It is such a special little pocket, and those views really are hard to beat. I did want to clarify a few points for future guests reading this, as well as address your experience. The condo does have a private washer and dryer located within the unit in the kitchen, which is shown in the listing photos. We are sorry for any confusion there, as we certainly want that to be clear and easy to find. Regarding the TV, a Roku device had been purchased and installed for guest use to allow for streaming. Unfortunately, it was missing after your departure, which is why that charge was applied. We always aim to provide those conveniences so guests can feel at home during their stay. You are correct that the kayaks are reserved for owner use per the community rules, and we understand that bike storage can be a bit of a challenge depending on the building layout. We will take your feedback into consideration as we continue working with the association on ways to improve the overall guest experience. As soon as we read this review both of the beds were replaced with new. I wish you would have let us know right away we would have taken care of it right away!

I apologize for your experience during your stay at Holiday Island. We have placed ant baits in the unit following your stay and would have been happy to do so during your stay if we were notified. We were notified of the stained towels and we did our best to accommodate and had housekeeping bring you a new set right away to replace the others. The toll booth is required to access on and off of the Island but if you purchase a temporary sunpass during your stay you receive 50% off the rate of the toll booth. We apologize that you were unsatisfied with your experience during your stay. However, we did everything we could to accommodate you and to address your concerns. Upon request, we immediately sent maintenance to the property to remove excess items that were in your way in the closets and to take care of the ants in the kitchen. The unit was recently remodeled so there should be an adequate number of dishes and cups for guest use for the number of guests in the unit. The kayaks and bikes were not advertised in the listing but we still went out of our way and rented bikes for you during your stay since your check-in instructions contained outdated information about bikes that were removed from the property during the remodel. You were notified of the washer not working upon arrival and we offered to have it repaired but you refused since you said you would not have time to allow someone into the unit for repair. We apologize about the oversights but we did everything we could to help you and you were still not satisfied which is why we did not offer a refund since we made attempts to resolve any and all issues during your stay.
