Cette maison a été entièrement rénovée et dispose de toutes les nouvelles toilettes et douches, cuisine et est décorée de manière à vous aider à vivre dans le luxe pour votre temps à Beautiful Sea Pines sur Hilton Head Island. Il y a 6 chambres au total avec 4 d'entre elles ayant une vue directe sur l'océan. La chambre au 3ème étage dispose d'un balcon donnant sur le golf et l'océan. Vraiment une propriété très unique qui est calme avec une vue imprenable. À quelques pas de l'océan et dispose d'une piscine privée et d'un court de tennis qui est uniquement ouvert aux propriétaires et aux locataires de Atlantic Pointe (environ 12 maisons). 5 chambres sont en suite avec une chambre avec lits superposés pour les enfants. Grand espace de rassemblement partageant un espace ouvert avec la cuisine et un grand espace de rassemblement et qui dispose également d'une salle de télévision confortable.

Beautiful, spacious house that fit our multi generational family of 10 perfectly. The quick walk to the extremely private beach area was awesome. The pool was quiet and we had it mostly to ourselves. The neighborhood is beautiful. We had a lovely time and would stay here again!

The location of the home is wonderful. A short easy walk to the beach, and easily accessible to all of Sea Pines. Very nice to have a pool right across the steeet from the home. The home was well equipped, and worked well for our family gathering. The property owner was helpful and friendly. We look forward to our next visit.

Communication with host was excellent and very quick to respond. The house was exactly as described and photographed for the listing. The house was extremely comfortable. Although this was a work trip and not a vacation, we all thoroughly enjoyed the house and location, especially being inside the gates, with its privacy and access to golf and the beach.

Lovely home which is nicely furnished with plenty of space. We enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen and sitting on the porch overlooking to 15th hole. The neighborhood pool was clean and close by and the beach walk easy. The house has great potential to be super. Some minor landscaping would make for a more welcome entrance and some stepping stones with a better hose would be helpful for entering the home. Front door and back door did not work well for us but owner was kind to call and give instructions. Also the third floor door did not operate at all so we did not let the children go up there. A deep clean is in order. Great week and good location.

Most importantly, we are glad to hear that you had a great week. We appreciate your comments regarding the doors. We spoke upon your arrival, and I was happy to help with entry into the home. Had we been made aware of any continued concerns with the doors during your stay, we would have gladly provided additional assistance or arranged for our local handyman to stop by if needed. Our home is professionally cleaned before each guest arrival, and the interior had recently undergone a thorough deep cleaning. The exterior is maintained regularly, including twice-weekly landscape service. Because the property is located among the mature trees and natural surroundings of Sea Pines, outdoor areas can occasionally accumulate leaves and other natural debris between visits. We take great pride in the property and continually invest in its upkeep and improvement. Thank you again for choosing our home, and we are delighted that you enjoyed your time in Hilton Head.

The host was welcoming and extremely responsive -- never waited for a response more than a couple of hours. My wife and I have 3 grown children with partners and 2 young grandchildren. We each had are own spacious and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms (with additional room to spare).

Spring Break - 4 Families

Place was spectacular, clean, and awesome location. Quiet neighborhood but easy access to all the great spots in sea pines. We had four families with 6 teenagers and had plenty of room and everyone loved the house. Owner was easy to reach and sent easy instructions for check in and check out!Highly recommend!

Thanksgiving Gathering

The home was well appointed, very clean and had an ideal location. It was perfect for our group who love golf and the beach-it was the best of both. We definitely would return as we believe it would be a great place to stay during any season.

Golf Trip

The home is in a great location and provided us with very comfortable place to stay for the week. Waking up and having a cup of coffee overlooking the 15th at Atlantic Dunes was a great way to start the day.

Perfect for a big family

This home was well stocked in the kitchen with all the extras. There were bikes and beach chairs. It was a home away from home. Our host was absolutely the best! He communicated immediately to any emails and was so easy and enjoyable to work with. EXCELLENT experience all around.

Great family vacation

Beautiful home. It was nicely equipped. It is at a great location. The house backs up to a golf course which is a nice view. It is located close to the Ocean -- short walking distance. Very nice neighborhood. It had a very nice community pool that was not very busy. The beach at this location was not busy and at low tide had a big tidal pool which was great for little kids to play in. The house is close to great bike trails.

Great spot!

House provided room for all the family. Use of beach chairs and bikes was a big plus. House sits adjacent to the 15th tee with a view of the 15th green and the ocean beyond. Sons enjoyed playing that hole after hours. Only drawback was lack of a screen porch or upper deck. Easy biking to South Beach and Harbor Town.

Couples HH Weekend

We loved our stay at Atlantic Pointe - from the location (5 stars) to the beach accessories - it was fantastic. Two small things that did happen - we had a leak that occurred the first day in the master bathroom. Manager was on it and worked to address with plumber. Second thing - both ovens weren't working. This didn't impact us much given we had plans every night. Overall, our group walked away wanting to stay for another week. We've already discussed booking again in the fall. We love Atlantic Pointe!

I am terribly sorry you left a 4 star review, in our world, anything less than a 5 is a bad review and for that I’m just terribly sorry. However, I was not told both ovens did not work, I am just now hearing this and I’m sorry this resulted in the first ever 4 star review I’ve had in 5 years. The shower turned out to be a washer that ripped in a body jet sprayer, and the plumber fixed it and I got all the drywall fixed and painted as well. I am the manager (and the home owner) and I am headed to Hilton Head as we speak to look at the oven situation. I am terribly sorry, but I’m reviewing my notes and I was not told the both oven (it is a double oven) were not working. The next week, I had a family friend and he told me the one iven was not working, so I’m terribly sorry that both didn’t work for you, it seems very odd indeed, my apologies. We have had huge issues in the island getting repairs made to Appliences and I’m again terribly sorry. This truly is my first 4 star review, I’m sorry your weekend stay was such that it merited this rating. Edited response. I just arrived, and both ovens are working properly. I scheduled a trip from Indiana to address this since the shower had been addressed by a subcontractor and I’m happy to report, both are working properly.

Beautiful and Comfortable

This property easily fit the 11 of us. It was clean and the beds were really comfortable. For us, the location was perfect. The beach wasn’t crowded, and it was a 10-20 minute bike ride to Salty Dog, Harbortown, and Coligny Beach. Most nights we cooked at home, and the kitchen was easy to navigate and had everything we needed. There is a nice pool that the kids enjoyed often. When we first arrived, the pool was very, very dirty. But when I reached out to to Brady, he was quick and thorough in his response. He made some calls and within a day or two, the pool was cleaned and looking great! It is not heated, but after a few days of 80 degree weather it was really comfortable. Overall, we would come back to this property again in the future.

Book it. It's everything.

I wish I could write a terrible review to stay away from this property so that I could just have it all to myself. But then, nobody else could enjoy this gorgeous house, tastefully and thoughtfully decorated, and the very kind and responsive owner would not be able to share his home. Folks, this house has everything. We have been coming to HHI for 25 years and always stay on this part of the beach but we have never been able to score an Atlantic Pointe house which we have been eyeing forever. It's clean, it's spacious, it's comfortable, it has all the amenities you need. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need for a large family. Thoughtful details like many bath hooks and laundry baskets were appreciated. For a beach house where sand and bugs and ants normally get everywhere - this was immaculate, even the garage which has beach toys and seats galore. Furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. Brady the owner is SO responsive, cant ask for anything more. The neighborhood is small and private with a nice pool and a short walk to the beach path. The only negatives (if you can call them that) are that a smaller fry pan would have been nice and the TV room is realistically not big enough for a big family to watch a movie together without sitting on the floor but really who cares. You should be out enjoying the patio with the golfer and dune view. Really hard to beat.

This home was perfect for our family! The layout of 2 bedrooms on the first floor, 3 on the second floor and the 6th bedroom on the third floor gave everyone plenty of space and privacy. The kitchen was fully stocked and a dream to prepare meals in. The large deck and all the seating made gathering outside easy. We enjoyed the beautiful golf course view, easy walk to ocean, and the neighbor pool was never busy but we used it and enjoyed having the option. The garage has tons of beach chairs, a beach cart and extra refrigerator. Excellent communication with our host!

The house was beautiful and well appointed and the location was unbelievable. The beach and local pool were both a very short walk and the golf course view was amazing! Communications with the owner were fast and easy!

Everything was wonderful! The house was beautiful and welcoming. We appreciated how we had all the essentials needed for cooking etc! The view from the Master bedroom was also beautiful! I feel like the owners went above and beyond to make their guests feel comfortable!

On the tee box of Atlantic Dunes Golf course. It was the 2019 golf course of the year. We are 137 yards from the pin, which is where the beach starts.
