Située dans un quartier attrayant du sud-ouest de Cape Coral sur l'un des 8 lacs populaires, la Villa Melima offre non seulement un accès au golfe mais également une vue sereine sur le lac. Rien n'épelle plus le "style de vie de Floride" que de se détendre au bord de la piscine tout en admirant la vue magnifique sur l'eau. La maison comprend 3 chambres, 2. 5 salles de bain, une cuisine très bien équipée, un salon spacieux, une salle à manger donnant sur la piscine et une salle de jeux avec baby-foot. De nouveaux meubles et décorations ont été ajoutés en 2020, créant une atmosphère moderne et accueillante.

L'espace piscine spacieux comprend une piscine chauffée électriquement, un patio couvert avec une table à manger pour six, un barbecue Weber et beaucoup d'espace pour installer les chaises longues. Vous pouvez également utiliser le quai pour bronzer.

Veuillez noter: le dépôt de garantie entièrement remboursable de 300 $ sera facturé avec le paiement du solde. Les frais d'électricité ne sont pas inclus et seront facturés au départ en fonction de l'utilisation à 0 $. 15 / kWh.


Villa Melima befindet sich in einer attraktiven Nachbarschaft im Sudwesten Cape Corals an einem der popularen 8 Lakes und bietet dadurch nicht nur Zugang zum Golf von Mexiko, sondern auch malerische Blicke uber den See. Nichts sagt "Florida Lifestyle" mehr als sich am Pool enstpannen und den schonen Blick aufs Wasser auf sich einwirken zu lassen. Das Haus bietet 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bader plus Gaste WC, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Kuche, groBes Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer mit Blick auf den Poolbereich, et ein Spielzimmer mit TischfuBball. Mobel und Dekor wurden 2020 komplett neu angeschafft und verleihen dem Haus eine moderne und einladene Note.

Der groBzugige Poolbereich umfasst einen elektrisch beheizbaren Pool, eine uberdachte Terrasse mit einem Esstisch fur sechs Gaste, einen Weber Grill und viel Platz um die Liegestuhle aufzustellen. Auch das Bootsdock eignet sich bestens zum Sonnenbaden.

Had a fantastic stay at the Villa. Only one very slight criticism would be the outside pool area was a bit tired but I believe that was being painted just after we left. Other than that everything was spotless and as described. The Comms and management team were great. Its the ideal location for a family holiday. We would definitely return!!

Paradise!!!

My first VRBO and what a relaxing experience. The scene is beautiful especially in the backyard at night. Very Well kept home, very clean and very nice in the inside. Nice and quiet which was what we were looking for. The management was awsome and very accommodating. We will be renting homes from them in the future. SCREW THOSE HOTELS VRBO IS THE WAY TO GO. THANK U SO MUCH FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

Surprise at check-in

When we arrived to our surprise the house hadn’t been cleaned. When I contacted Sven on a Sunday he was quick to respond and take care of the issue right away! Sven you’re awesome, thank you!! And to the women that showed up to clean, she too was amazing!!!! We were disappointed that the tiki hut/table wasn’t there as shown in the pictures, we enjoy starting our day with coffee and we’re looking forward to starting our day on the dock. Check dished before using them we found several that hadn’t been clean. Quiet neighborhood. For the price nice place to stay.

Lots to do even in the cold and rain

The house and location are excellent. The furnishings are well done and view from the windows is gorgeous. The living room furniture was extremely comfortable. Since it was always in the 60’s and cloudy and or rainy for the most part, we did not get to use the pool, kayak or sit outside by the pool or on the dock. All of which were reasons we chose this house. We did use the bikes once and they are good bikes for leisure riding. The appliances are relatively new and worked well. It was a great location for exploring from Estero to Venice and there are many things to see. We also played golf 4 times in our 2 week stay. Tough to get on courses in the winter. All that said, even in the midst of some of the coldest and rainiest weather in southern FL in years, we found things to do and enjoyed our stay.

Cape Coral vacation

Light switch for pool is on wall behind couch.. Nice home that is showing its age. Warped flooring and needs updating. Feels like you may have stepped into the 80's. Beds are very soft, comfortable if you like soft beds. Home is not set up for smaller children. All tables are glass and lots of glass decorations that I put in the master suite for safe keeping until check out. Be very conscious of your energy consumption since you pay the electric for the week you are there. Ample towels for the pool. They also leave some paper towels, dishwasher pods, garbage bags and glass cleaner for you to use. Bring laundry detergent with you. Enjoyed our stay but probably would not rent again with young children. No contact with management company except to tell you what you are responsible to do with the grill if you use it and about paying electricity and to sign that they had read the meter.

An initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper etc is provided, and we apologize that there was no laundry detergent because there should have been some. The electric fee is disclosed up front, though the exact amount depends on the actual usage of course. It sounds like you were surprised by the fee, and that was certainly not our intention. It's listed in the Terms & Conditions, as well as in our e-mail communication during the booking and payment process. It would be a pleasure to welcome you back as our guest anytime. Brothers Trip

The property was very nice, and pretty much in great condition. I say "Pretty Much" because of just a few things: THE GOOD - Beautiful home, beautiful area, beautiful waterfront. - Clean - Comfortable (except for bed) - Modern and updated - Extra items were unexpected and thoughtful (even though we didn't use them (2 bikes in garage, beach chairs, cooler, life jackets) - Excellent curb appeal - Sven was nice and helpful at our initial meet-n-greet. THE BAD - Strong fresh paint smell on arrival, almost overbearing; - Nearly 20 light switches in the main living area. Some did nothing, some ...who knows?? Needed labeling or a decoder or something.. Had to hit every switch until the light came on you wanted ~ yikes..! Finally figured out how to turn the pool lights on and the dock lights our last day (in the living room behind the couch). - TV was not connected so we were NEVER able to watch it. Tried for over an hour to hook it up, to no avail. Sent many texts back and forth, still didn't work and no one came over to fix it. (Missed the NBA all-star weekend).. bummer - Master bed was broken. The center pegs holding up the interior of the base were all broken, only the outside frame was holding the bed up. That translated into the middle of the bed being so soft it was like sleeping in a hammock... and that led to terrible back pain. I held on to the edge of the bed all night like I was sleeping on a cliff afraid of falling off into the great abyss. I asked for assistance, was told they would fix it when we left. - The WiFi password did not work. Finally on the 3rd day they informed us the password in the book was wrong and sent us the correct one. Got our electron devices to work, but still didn't get the TV to work). - Threshold trim shot off the floor the first time we shut the bedroom door. Looked as though it was partially glued down. Showed Sven during the initial walk through. Had to deal with it the whole time popping up like a trip-wire. No biggie, kept us alert and agile I guess ;-) I wouldn't hesitate to stay again though.. the issues were minor and I'm sure they'll fix em before the next folks show up. I hope they replace that bed though.. that was BRUTAL !!!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns in der Villa Melima sehr wohl gefühlt. Schöne Einrichtung, hell und modern. Es war alles vorhanden, wir haben nichts vermisst.

Toller Aufenthalt in Cape Coral!

Wir haben uns in dem luxeriösen Bungalow rundum wohlgefühlt! Jede Menge Platz und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Schöne Lage am Wasser und der eigene Pool rundet den tollen aufenthalt entsprechend ab. Kommen gerne wieder!
