This trailer was a great alternative to staying at a hotel for the State Softball Tournament. It was an easy drive to the field and to springs. The kitchen and little washer/dryer combo were a lifesaver, the price far more affordable vs a hotel, water pressure in the shower was great, we saw deer every evening and morning. It was quiet and secluded. The description is accurate, nothing luxurious, it's a bit old and the floor is squishy in a few spots, but the AC was cold, wifi worked, and the beds were comfortable. I would stay again.
We weren't at the home for much of the time. We were there for an event. There were a few problems and I communicated with Marcela, the host, about the problems. The beds were great.
Les points faibles : Emplacement et exactitude de lâannonce
Clean and bed was good
The place was clean and the bed was good, there were plenty of towels. The shower was interesting. The water would shut off halfway through, then turn back on. The owner said they were having issues with the water pressure. The internet is not very strong and the tv buffered a lot . The floor had a lot of saggy spots. The overall maintenance is very poor was interesting
Cute cabin. Clean and well furnished. Could use some TLC in the yard around the cabin. It was peaceful with wildlife (deer and rabbits) Enjoyed the fire pit and hammock. Will definitely stay again!
The communication from the host was lackluster at best, with no check-in or check-out instructions until I asked via message in the app and by calling and texting. The host was responsive but the reply time was delayed. The rental itself was decent. The front room as soon as you come into the front door had no power at all. No lights, no outlets working, and we werenât told of that either. The yard needed grass cut and have the poison ivy/oak trimmed that was growing around the front door. The refrigerator needed to be cleaned out which it wasnât. There were drumsticks ice cream cones left in the freezer and no known timeframe as to how long. Overall it was a decent stay but not repeatable in my eyes. *This review is from my experiences and what I encountered. Your experiences may vary.*
Host was very friendly & accomodating, flexible. Long, dusty, bumpy dirt road to property. Woodsy & secluded. If you think camping, you'll be thrilled w/ AC, very comfortable beds, electricity, hot & cold water etc. You won't mind so much missing & broken items and minor housekeeping lapses. Overall, a pleasant, inexpensive getaway, tho you can hear &glimpse major highway nearby. Despite nearby homes, we saw a deer and several bunnies!
This cute single wide was perfect for our needs. We are bike trail enthusiasts and decided to couple our rides with the many head springs in the area. It was nice to cool off after a long bike ride in a 72 degree spring!
Water was hot, beds were very comfortableâŠeverything you need (except bring your own coffee and filters). Location is off the beaten path but the GPS found itâŠno problem.
Air purifier and air conditioner were somewhat noisy. It was a little dusty in some areas. For the most part it was clean and like a nice little home away from home. The woodsy outdoor atmosphere was very nice especially in the morning-with the sun shining through the trees. I saw a sweet little bunny and squirrels . Birds chirping in the morning very quaint:)
When I checked the beds for bed bugs I discovered dark residue on mattresses so we slept on vinyl sofa and loveseat in living room. Central air system did not work. Window air conditioner limited air flow. Hot stagnant air.
Surfaces all felt damp from humidity.
Extremely dim lighting.
If you are looking for a secluded property with lots of outdoor space, fire pit, and room to enjoy the outdoor space, this place is for you. The photos showed the property just as it is. The inside was small, but very clean and accommodating. Other reviews commented on the traffic noise coming from I-75, but we didn't notice it too much. It was not a dealbreaker by any means.
However, there was something that was not mentioned previously. To no fault of the owners, the road that the driveway is off of it horrible. There are several places where the gravel/dirt has washed out and it is difficult to navigate. We have a F250, so we were able to get in and out, but we sure were glad that we weren't in a very small car. Again, not a dealbreaker, but it needs to be mentioned in the property notes so people that have small cars are prepared.
We visited my cousin for a New Yearâs Eve party and just needed a clean, quiet and safe place to sleep for the night. The place is not the Ritz but itâs exactly what we needed and we were satisfied. The dogs loved it too.
Location of this property is amazing. The only thing is you can hear the highway. The furniture outside should be upgraded the Hamic you cannot use it. Itâs full of mold and they need to buy a new grill. If you want to lay down outside you need to bring your own chairs. We used the fire pit it was awesome. Kitchen is furnished you don't have to bring anything.Property is very clean.
We were very happy with our stay! Property was peaceful and the rental was very clean. The WiFi didnât work very well out there but we didnât spend much time using it. It was a short distance from Ginnie springs which was perfect! We would definitely stay here again!
The drive way is hard to find, look for the sign by the pole and garbage cans, google will take you past it. Drive way is grassy and rutty but the road leading up is dirt and holey. Very clean and has all the appliances, dishes, coffee, etc. In the middle of nowhere, wood for outside firepit was left in the rain beside the pit so we couldn't have a fire like we were hoping. Wifi was horrible and hardly service so watching television was not an option for more than a few minutes. The water is so hot just be careful, no water pressure for shower and it's well water so the smell is putrid. One of the bedrooms smells like mold and made it hard to breathe, not cool. There's an air matress and extra blankets, didn't smell clean though. Sheets on the other hand smelled like bleach which I love and the beds are comfy and firm. Very old trailer so hubby was weirded out and felt like he was going to fall through the floor in a few places. Price per night is stated but after charges the cost doubles, rip off for the quality of stay. Cabins were booked so it was the only option I could find close to Ichetucknee Springs. Dropping the cost really seems like the right thing to do and fixing the above problems. We won't be coming back.
