The building Pool and Gym are unavailable to Airbnb guests.
NO SMOKING, NO VAPING inside the building. If smoking found you will be fined at least $250.
Guests NOT included in the reservation are NOT allowed to stay in the condo overnight.
No parties allowed in the house.
1. There is no camera inside Apt.
2. There is camera set by HOA on each floor in the hall way .
3. There are camera in the lobby and common area in the building.
4. There is security system at the entrance of building ( butterflyMx) which open the door only when guest has the code to open the building door. That code will be provided to guest by host.
Check out time is 11am. Late check out need to be discussed with host and be agreed upon. Unauthorized late check out will result extra service fee and cleaning fee of at least $300.
NO PET in the building unless service pet with documentation. Unauthorized pet will result in fine around $600.
This is a residential building, please keep the noise to a minimum.
The Landmark building was built in 1963 and in doing so the air conditioning and heat are from the same area. Only the building has control over the thermostat, unfortunately. In each condo, It only controls the speed, and force of the air. So some times the weather outside will affect the temperature in the condo. Every year during March and Nov, guests might feel too warm or too cold, we will provide fans/ space heaters during that time. Please ask us the details before you book.
LIABILITY WAIVER: By booking you and the other members in your party as THE GUESTS agree to release THE HOSTS/OWNERS from all liability, including financial responsibility relating to injuries & personal property damage that may occur during your stay. You understand that using any amenities (including the pool & hot tub), walking around the complex and climbing of stairs anywhere on the property is at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for any injuries arising during your time at the property.
