Southern Comfort 3/2 avec piscine chauffée et ponton

Southern Comfort est situé au 403 28th Street à Holmes Beach dans une rue calme et sans issue. Cette belle maison est sur un canal avec un accès direct aux voies navigables inter-côtières. Le quai est parfait si vous prévoyez de louer ou d'apporter votre propre bateau pour explorer ou pêcher nos belles eaux. Après une longue journée à la plage ou en bateau, rafraîchissez-vous dans la piscine privée chauffée et profitez de la soirée à griller au bord de la piscine.

Cette maison de quatre chambres et trois salles de bain récemment mise à jour dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée et mise à jour avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer des repas en famille. Il y a 2 espaces de vie, donc il y a beaucoup de place pour tout le monde. La chambre principale a un lit king size et une salle de bain privée et accès à la piscine et à la véranda. Les autres chambres ont un lit queen, twin et un lit superposé avec un double en bas et un twin en haut.
Cet emplacement est parfait pour une courte promenade à la plage ou à la baie, vous êtes à quelques pas des arrêts de tramway. Alors garez votre voiture et explorez notre petit coin de paradis sur le chariot gratuit!

Spring Break 2023

Lots of space, comfortable beds and quiet neighborhood, could use some repairs around pool area and more towels out for use.

A Charming Visit

The location of the house is in walking distance and short bicycle ride to the beach, shops, restaurants and more, but on a quiet and not busy street. The manatees visited in the canal almost nightly and wild birds were an enjoy to watch. The house inside is clean, pleasantly updated and well supplied. Island Vacation Properties were fantastic to work with and great customer service. We will use Island Vacation Properties again!

Almost Amazing....

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect position on Anna Maria with trolley stop at the end of the street and the gulf beach only a few steps further. Lovely villa and boat dock but with issues. The tiles around the pool are a major hazard and one which no one seems to want to resolve. We cut ourselves on the tiles and the ladder getting out is loose. Emails went ignored. Kitchen and living area recently refurbished and a great space. Bedrooms good too with comfy beds. Bathrooms ok. Terrible smell from the kitchen and we found a bucket under the sink with stale water in it after being there a week. Simple fix but was ignored. Some lights and lamps didn't work when we got there, resolved quickly but the pool area left a bad taste as we asked before we arrived if this hazard would be sorted. Wouldn't hesitate to book this home but only if the management company did their bit.

Very accommodating and all one level as one of the guests has mobility concerns. Loved the kitchen and 2 different living areas. Bedrooms were comfortable and plenty of bathrooms. The canal was awesome for fishing, kayaking, and launching the stand up paddle board. We saw manatees daily! We rented a golf cart and was able to find parking at the local beach access easily. However, the exterior REALLY needs to be cleaned up. The pool area is grimey and there are broken tiles. It desperately is in need of replacement furniture. A good pressure washing would be helpful along the patio. Trash was all over the left side of the house and housekeeping must not be attentive to the outside as some was also in the back yard. Back yard has random hoses and broken pool cover that is unsightly. Also, at night time the pool is very hard to use as the bugs are relentless.

Rough around the edges

Pool was not clean when we arrived and had broken tiles. House needs a deep clean. There were cob webs in windows and dried food on cabinets that we wiped down when we arrived. Couch has a smell to it and needs to be replaced. Rugs are dirty and matted. They also need to be replaced. The kitchen is updated and well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and etc. The beds were clean and comfortable.

The pool was in rough shape...unsturdy ladder tied with zip tie, broken and sharp tile surrounding the pool. Drains in bathrooms need replacing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year renting this house. It is a great fit for our family. It was disappointing to arrive with significant debris in the pool. After 2 phone calls to the management company and a drop in at the office, nothing was done to clean it out and make it useable. The rental company said they would send someone from maintenance but no one ever showed up and we waited until Wednesday for the regularly scheduled pool person to arrive. Very disappointing since it only took 10 minutes to remove the debris and make it swimmable.

Fishing off the boat dock in the back, great view of manatees playing in the canal, beautiful pool and in walking distance of the beach. It was **** and span clean! Gorgeously decorated. Beds and couches were amazingly comfortable. I slept very well. Naps and bedtime. I love the decor. Can’t wait to rent again!!

We hosted thanksgiving for local family and the home had everything we needed. I love that there is a new washer and dryer, tow refrigerators, two large bedrooms with their own bathroom and a hallway bathroom. The sofa is very large so you can hang out comfortably with a large group. It’s walking distance to the beach and a short trolley ride or drive to the downtown on the North or South end. We walked to the beach nightly for the sunset. Just amazing. Clean house and nice decor. The pool was clean and warm too. We will be booking this place again for sure!

But the price has gone up too much so I will not rent again

There was enough room for us all to spread out and we definitely needed the three full bathrooms. Kitchen was great and nicely appointed. Everything seemed to be clean and updatedZ. Loved the huge sectional and the additional TV area. We saw Manatee and dolphins every day in the canal- so much fun to watch! Lots of beach and pool items in the garage like chairs, etc. Suggestions: more towels and an update of the pool area. There were several broken tilesAnd the cement and area around pool could use some work. We would absolutely stay here again!

The property is as describe and better. It’s proximity to the beach makes the staying even better. Area was very quiet. It’s the perfect place to spend your vacation.

House was great. Both gas tanks were empty and we were not able to grill. Coffee maker was broken and when we checked in pool was filthy.

Fantastic Stay

House was well equipped and great location! Pool was huge plus as well as the dock for fishing. Very clean and maintained. Plenty of items for beach and pool in the garage. Definitely will stay again!

this was a very nice clean property , enjoyed the split on the bedrooms

the only thing that was issue , when arrived all 5 trash cans full of trash . odor was terrible , after two days I asked the neighbor when trash was to be picked up , placed cans near road next morning was picked up . also last evening of our stay granddaughter was learning how to swim her foot hit sharp edge of the already broken pool tile . on the upper side of the pool ,when checking out we reported what happened and told the office to have tiles checked out so . out arrival noticed 5 -6 tiles broken with sharp edges . made everyone aware but accidents happen . cut was close to needing stiches . she is fine now . Thank you

Really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was a great place with EVERYTHING needed. Listing was perfect. Loved the pool. Loved seeing manatees and a baby in the canal daily. Great restful week. Pool area in need of cleaning and updating. However, would stay here again.

Perfect family house ! Location was great-beautiful sunrise and sunsets everyday of our trip. Lots of bird friends stopping by the pool to visit. House tastefully decorated and homey . No complaints will definitely be returning!

Amazing month in an amazing house

The pictures accurately depict the house. The master bedroom is very large with the most comfortable bed ever! Large jetted tub in the master bath. The queen master is off the kitchen with a large walk in closet and attached bath, 2 other bedrooms on opposite sides of the home. 2 living areas were great for privacy. 4 doors to the backyard. Great pool, canal is amazing. We caught fish everyday. Birds hang around the yard, they are fun to watch. Beautiful sun rises in the backyard. Washer and dryer in the clean garage. Lots of beach chairs, pool rafts in the garage. There was a large table in one of the bedrooms that my son used as a desk. I used an extra patio table for my desk. Internet works great. If you walk out the front door the bay is to your left and the beach is to your right 0.2 miles. You can walk to a plaza with a Walgreens, Dunkin Donut, bagel shop, subway, bike and kayak rental, much more. This location is perfect! Great house on a super island. The house was clean, lots of extra linens, pillows and blankets. The island is full of friendly people and great restaurants. We loved Shore, Sandbar, Riverhouse, Dry Dock and Swordfish. If you want to cook There is a fully stocked kitchen and grill. My only complaint is no garbage disposal. Recommend go to the Sarasota and/orCoquina Beach markets. Loved Holy cow ice cream, great owners! I will definitely return and rent the house again.
