We really liked the condo. The manager, Grace, was responsive to emails to pay the deposit etc. I have yet to receive my security deposit back. I have emailed her twice. The next step is the Better Business Bureau. There is no reason i should not receive a full refund. I was planning to book from her next year and had even spoken to her about it. It's very disappointing as she seemed like she would be a good contact for our future vacations.
