Bienvenue! nous sommes fiers de déployer notre nouvelle maison, il s'agit d'un STVR enregistré légal, donc ne vous inquiétez pas de perdre votre réservation. Cette maison est 3100pc dans un bon emplacement et un quartier sûr, beaucoup de mises à niveau très propres, très fonctionnelles, je suis sûr que vous vous sentirez comme chez vous. voici quelques faits saillants.

Bowling trip

We were there for the bowling tournament - group of 10. We mostly hung out at the pool because it was 100+ degrees all week. Great location, nice neighborhood. House was nice - a few things could be updated...the host was very easy to communicate. I would rent the house again if available in 2027.

House could be perfect, great location, size and amenities. Carpet needs to be replaced, multiple stains and no wearing shoes upstairs. Refrigerator has built in ice maker and water capabilities however they don’t work. Right side of cooktop has to be lit with lighter. Kitchen faucet is a single lever action and is missing the handle, it works but is difficult to find the hot, when you take it all the way in both directions it’s cold. We made it work but it could have been much better. Host responded quickly but pretty much said he hasn’t had time to repair the faucet due to too many renters. Cool place but we won’t be back.

The Henderson House

When we opened the front door to our rental we were all surprised at the size. Lots of space for 11 people to stay. The kitchen has a huge Island which made it easy access for all of our goodies. We had some fun with the pool table but there was only one useable pool stick. The pool was wonderful and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here and if we did this again would search out this rental.

Great vacation rental!

We had a wonderful time with our family staying in this home. The pool was a huge hit and the kids were in and out of it every day. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We cooked in the kitchen at least once daily and were able to find all the kitchen tools and dishes needed. Comfortable beds and clean linens, plenty of towels and specified pool towels. The only reason we gave 4 stars for cleanliness is because the carpet really needs to be replaced or at a very minimum- deep cleaned. There are quite a few stains and it felt crusty in spots. We would stay here again with our family!

We enjoyed the house, but it really wasn’t the original house that I put money down on. Even in the

It is not the original house that I was supposed to have. This kid still had fun with a game system and there was a poker table. They thought was fun. The pool was great. It was too cold. At first I had to keep telling him to turn it up and the hot tub. We had a good time. My daughter thought the house was not very clean, but I was OK with it.

Not clean, but responsive host.

Host was very responsive. I appreciated that. It’s a very convenient location. The inside of the house overall was not clean. Carpet was not clean with big stains all over the front room. Kitchen was not clean. Kitchen sink faucet handle was broken. Upstair’s main bathroom shower faucet was broken. Sink faucets were leaky. We didn’t mind that it was outdated. We just wish things that were broken had been fixed prior to us being there. We weren’t gonna have them try to come over and fix all of that while we were there.

We had some issues with Lori particularly inviting way too many people to the property. I had to get confrontational with her so naturally she’s going to leave us a bad review and get very nitpicky. She’s attempting to paint a far worse picture than things really are.

Good time!

Overall the house was awesome, spacious, and was great for group of people. There were some flaws that include the pool and hot tub. Having to send a text to have the hot tub turned on and waiting for response and then waiting for it to heat up (we texted in advance so it worked out) but it wasn’t accessible when you want to spontaneously get in. The pool and hot tub also needed to be cleaned a bit more. Quite a bit of debris in the bottom. The couches needed a bit more cleaning as well. The pool table being a nice feature with 2 pool sticks. 1 pool stick didn’t have a tip and couldn’t be used, the other pool stick lost its rubber bottom and exposed a circular metal piece that could possibly cut someone. The location and neighborhood of the house was awesome. Close to the strip and many golf courses to choose from. Another cool feature in the garage was there was a ping pong table which I don’t recall being in the Vrbo website so that was a bonus! Very suburban and quiet neighborhood. We had an awesome time and recommend this house. The host was quick to respond and was very helpful!

Let me start with the last thing. Brandon wrote. The host was quick to respond and was very helpful, so we cannot leave the hot tub running all day and night and we do not allow guests to go back into the equipment area, flipping valves and throwing switches. It’s as bad as it sounds,. just shoot me a text I turn it on. It takes 30 minutes to reach 100°F. It’s just that simple, not sure why it seemed to be an issue issue for Brandon? Pool service comes twice a week, maybe there was a lot of wind when he was here, nevertheless, we were happy to host for Brandon and we appreciate him leaving honest feedback

Las Vegas bound.

What a beautiful house in a wonderful neighborhood. We traveled here from South Florida to get married. Had plenty of room for our family to stay. 7 adults and 4 kids. So much room in the house. Never had one complaint about anything. Except chilly nitetime temperatures. Brrrrr. We're from Florida. Every room has a tv. Everything about the house was wonderful. 5 bedrooms , 3 bathrooms. Big closets. Giant patio with a grill. Pool and a hot tub. Everything worked great. Master bedroom and bath were huge. The Las Vegas strip is only a 10 or 15 minute drive away. Very easy to navigate around the area. Shelby, the property host responded to any question I had immediately. Check in and checkout went as smooth as it could. I would definitely stay here again if I needed the room. Thanks for having us.

Great Stay!

I would definitely stay at this property. Check in and check out went smoothly, was even able to check in early!` The house had everything we needed, the pool and hot tub were a plus! The owner/host Cory was veryl accommodating and very quick to respond. We had a slight hiccup with the fridge and he was right there to check it out, even brought us a large cooler with ice!

Do not rent here.

Upon arrival at the home it was 89 degrees in the home and over 100 degrees outside.The AC didn’t work.Very poor communication on fixing the AC.After being there for 6 days in a very hot house the AC never gotten fixed.They told us they would compensate our stay but never did.We had to purchase fans to stay cool.The home wasn’t very clean so we had to do some cleaning ourself.Couldn’t cook much in the kitchen do to no AC and the home was already hot inside.After checkout the owner claim we had some damage that wasn’t true so he wouldn’t have to compensate us and never did.Good thing I did a video upon entering and exiting the home to prove that it wasn’t anything wrong or broken.

We had multiple issues with Mildred, yes, at the time the air conditioning in the home went out, it had never happened before, but there’s always a first time, We did everything we could to get a technician out there to take care of it. Mildred didn’t purchase fans I purchased fans for them, And compensated her for their discomfort,, many of the things she wrote here is stretching the truth quite a bit, and some of them completely untrue, I am a host of seven years I have more than 4000 reviews across two platforms and have hosted more than 50,000 People, we pride ourselves on being professional and attentive, however, in Mildred’s case she became vengeful and spiteful. Disappointed & Expected More

From the moment I took possession of this property I saw inadequacies that were not apparent in the online photos. First, the furniture is in poor condition The sofas in the den look mangy and less than desirable to sit on. Two chairs in the living room are peeling. A recliner in the master bedroom has an arm that's barely attached. Second, the carpet is horrendous. Apparently, someone has attempted to clean it but it appears that an excessive amount of soap & water was left to dry and now the carpet is dirty and crunchy. Third, the television in the living room did not work; When turned on it only flashed a white light. This is the room we chose for movie night since the furniture was better than that in the den. Unfortunately, we had to cancel movie night. The property manager advised that all the TVs were checked and were operating a day prior to my arrival. Further, he stated that the TVs are only 2-3 years old. I DON'T BELIEVE HIM! Fourth, the ice maker that is built into the refrigerator does not work. Two ice trays were available but, nonetheless, insufficient for my party of eleven. The property manager did supply us with a bag of ice but still that was insufficient as we had day-after- day heat indices of 105°+. Fifth, the swimming pool and the hot tub were disgusting. Debris, sediment, dirt and even a lollipop had to be vacuumed out. Again, the property manager advised me that the pool & hot tub had been vacuumed a day before my arrival. I can only conclude two things. Maintenance and upkeep are not being done satisfactorily and inspections are not being done at all. The pool and the hot tub were my main factors in choosing this property. The pool guy did come to clean the pool on our second day. Sixth, the overall cleanliness was not acceptable. There were grape jelly splatters in the refrigerator that had to be cleaned before I could store food. Eating utensils that were stored inside kitchen drawers were dirty and caked with food. White towels were stained to the point that they were only suitable for the trash. Seventh, and last, there is a leak coming from the second floor ceiling for which I have positioned a pot to catch the water. I took photos to document my complaints. None of the aforementioned "just happened" as the property manager would have me believe. My family operates a vacation rental and, for it to succeed, work has to be put in far beyond the collection of money and fees.

Quiet Neighborhood

This is a perfect place to get away from all the hustle in Las Vegas. We really enjoyed the spacious family areas and the pool. It could use some updates as far as the furniture goes. There was hair in the bathroom floor of the master bath as well as in the shower. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend this location to others.

Overall, had a fun stay!

6 adults in our group. Check in was easy, host let us in a little early which was great! House had plenty of amenities.. toiletries, towels, condiments, coffee, laundry soap, shampoo, etc. Host was fast and responsive with questions and concerns and when we wanted the hot tub on… One issue was that they record your sound level in the backyard, so we were told to keep our volume down at 7pm! No problem… we turned the music down and kept it down after that… but the neighbor dog barks.. LOUD and A Lot… The house is huge and spacious, and in a good area, but definitely needs updating… couches are worn, some blinds are missing / or don’t close, pillows are flat… but overall the space was great for 6 of us, and we had a great time, nice pool and hot tub!

Nice House/location

Enjoyable trip and great location. The only real issue we had was with the TV. There were no cable stations and the NCAA tournament and Masters was on. Otherwise it wouldn’t have been an issue. We have rented a lot of VRBO’s and have never had to ask for the remote to the TV. I thought that was strange. Shelby was very accommodating when we needed something or had a question and I appreciated that. All in all it was a great trip!

Large house for the group

We enjoyed our stay here. The pillows were a little thin and we didn't have enough bath towels, but besides that, the house was well stocked and clean upon arrival. It was a little annoying to have to text the host to use the jacuzzi (and we couldn't use it after 7 pm) but we still got to use it during the weekend so it was fine. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here!

Vegas Stay

The location of the property is terrific. Nice neighborhood, 20 minutes to the Strip and 15 minutes to the airport. The house is very spacious and was well appointed with furniture and a washer/dryer. Kitchen is updated. There was plenty of room for our entire group to relax. The entire house needs to be deep cleaned especially the carpet which is stained in several areas. Many of the blinds were either broken or missing. House definitely needs some attention.

Im Shelby, first off let me start by saying I love VRBO awesome concept...great community! trying to be as big a part of it as I can (Hosting & Traveling) Im a Las Vegas native born and raised I've seen this town grow quite a bit,I know how to have fun here shows,food,entertainment. I'm a BIG foodie and can give many recommendations. I have been hosting since 2016 and have done so for more then 100,000 people! I now host full time doing the best I can to support my four girls wife two daughters and mother, they mean the world to me. I try not not to take things to seriously balance is the key 8)... I have much to be grateful for, remember Live Love and Share life can be GREAT!
