Spectaculaire maison au bord de l'eau au bout d'un cul-de-sac! Lumineux, aéré et immaculé! Quatre ponts, (un hors du magnifique 2e étage - Private Master Suite). Plafond cathédrale spectaculaire dans le salon confortable au bord de l'eau. Un porche grillagé pour accueillir un dîner en plein air. Le chauffage central, une cheminée (poêle à granulés) et la climatisation centrale en font la maison de vacances idéale toute l'année. Un ensoleillé, bien équipé, cuisine en cuisine pour le cuisinier gastronomique. Plaque de cuisson et gril à gaz à courant d'air parfait pour tous les repas. Beaux couchers de soleil sur la baie de Chincoteague. Vues sur l'eau de chaque pièce! Salle de jeux indépendante et zone TV / Playstation avec 2 canapés-lits et salle de bain complète! Nice Family Getaway

We enjoyed the window on the bay. The weather was cold, windy and rainy but we made the best of it.

Blue Point Bayside is perfect! The game room was great for our littlest guest on the coolest day of our stay. The view was spectacular and it was peaceful and quiet.

House was not as great as expected

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and view was great. However for the rental fee I expected the house to be in better condition. It needs a deep clean! For example the tiles in the master bath were moldy and so was the shower curtain. Chinoteague the island did not disappoint. Weather was great and lots of nature to enjoy!

Great hub for family reunion

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home on water, beautiful sunsets and critter viewing. We rented kayaks and went out almost everyday. We hosted dinners in the enclosed porch and movie nights in the living area which sat plenty. BBQ was empty but staff replaced next day. Check when you arrive or you may have to cook in the kitchen. I was disappointed in the dustiness above eyeline but nothing to gross like some of the rentals I’ve had in my life. Good communication with staff and they were always pleasant. Recommend you stay here!

August 2022 Stay

We stayed at blue point bayside. Location is excellent. The house needs a deep cleaning! Baseboards were dirty, master bath tile had yellow mold, dirty walls , kitchen cupboards were dirty etc. I expected more for the price of the rental. We did not use the game room but when we checked it out the air hockey game was broken. We love Chincoteague and the island activities did not disappoint. The house, however,I would not go back to.

Wonderful hub for family reunion. Easy kitchen to cook in and plenty of room for large dinners. The views and nature sounds were so relaxing. Humidity and mosquitoes present but not enough to stop the fun! Would prefer to not sweep and vacuum at end

Blue Pointe Phenomenal

Upon arrival the house more than met our expectations with the rooms, the bay views and the overall accessibility and information provided to help us make the most of our stay. We absolutely hope to return to this house next year to once again enjoy the amenities and balcony views.

We’ve always enjoyed staying at this house and this summer did not disappoint! Clean, comfortable and well appointed. Bring an eye mask if you’re staying in the master bedroom, as there are no shades and it gets mighty sunny mighty early!

Our group had an incredible time visiting and staying in this beautiful home. I had plenty of space for us all and was well-stocked with everything we could've wanted right down to the binoculars and bird chart in the living room! Spring Break

The house was beautiful and we loved the gameroom. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and this was great as most of the restaurants on the island were closed for the off season. ( Microwave was a bit "glitchy" though). The nature preserve and surrounding salt marshes were lovely and really nice to explore before mosquito season!!

Quiet weekend on the Bay. Enjoyed the upper deck off the master bedroom overlooking the bay. Beautiful Sunsets. Also screened in deck on first floor.

Friends Getaway

Had a relaxing few days here. BVery quiet; beautiful views and sunsets; lots of space for three couples, including four dining areas! Kitchen had everything one could need. Had a few minor issues initially, and most were taken care of quickly. Definitely recommend.

Enjoyable vacation in a cozy home with stunning views.

We would love to go back next year, had such a great experience! Mosquitoes were a bit crazy but otherwise an AMAZING trip. Every room had a view. Was relaxing and my kids enjoyed the game room A LOT. My fav rooms were the screened in porch to have breakfast and coffee in the morning with that peaceful view and the deck off the master was beautiful and so Serene. BUT I was obsessed with the outdoor shower, just wished the hot water lasted a little longer. Overall our favorite family trip. Just beware, do not go to beach at night, again, mosquitoes were brutal!!!! Otherwise can not say anything bad about the house, Loved it!!! A lot of charming features and nice touches....the kids got a kick outta me saying good morning to them each day from the peekaboo window upstairs. Beds were comfortable. Hope to book again next year! Thank you for offering your home to us for a lovely family vacation that we will not forget!! A lot of great memories made ♥️
