That's exactly what you'll experience in this 2-bedroom condo in Isla Verde Beach, Carolina. This condo is just 5 mins from the airport & walking distance to a number of restaurants, bars, pharmacies, and supermarkets.

This condo has direct access to Isla Verde Beach, widely considered one of the best in Puerto Rico. Enjoy a tranquil, white-sand turquoise beach for sun bathing, swimming, wind surfing, and other activities such as jet skiing, parasailing, hydro-flying, hiking, and more.

🌴 About the Space 🌴
This 2-bedroom oceanside condo offers stunning city views and makes an excellent stay for families, groups or for business travelers.

The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed while the second bedroom includes two full-sized beds. The living room has a pullout sofa bed/futon.

This is a privately-owned apartment in a condo-hotel building. Guests will have access to the entire condo and all amenities provided by the condo/hotel, to include the lobby bar, gym, and building private beach access. (The pool and hot tub are currently closed for renovations.)

Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and basic cable TV. For your convenience, the apartment is equipped with a starter set of toiletries (paper towels, toilet paper, etc.), and additional toiletries can be purchased at the nearby stores. Please note linens, bath towels and some beach towels are provided, but there is no room service, housekeeping or towel/linen exchange during your stay. If you would like housekeeping services during your stay they can be purchased separately for $95 per cleaning.


🌴 Guest Access 🌴
The condo is equipped with an electronic door lock. One day prior two arrival guests will receive a link via VRBO to check-in online and retrieve their access code to the apartment. A government-issued ID must be provided at check-in. One underground parking spot is included.


🌴 Important House Rules 🌴
Please no pets, no smoking, and no parties. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am and they are enforced by building security. The washer/dryer in the unit is for owner use only. In addition to the required online check-in, guests must also register upon arrival at the front desk.
