We came down as extended family for the Shakespeare festival and to enjoy some hiking. This home was perfect for our needs, plenty of space for everyone to spread out during the downtime and close to the festival. We hope to stay there again in the future.
We stayed here with family to attend my oldest sons wedding. The location was perfect location to the venue. Nice clean home and everything we needed. Highly recommend
This home had plenty of room for all 12 of us, plus a foldout couch we didn't even use. Everything was immaculately clean and well-kept. We loved our stay and will come again! Thanks!
This place was the perfect home for my friends & family to stay during our visit to the Southern Utah area! It was very spacious & accommodating, & slept all of our people comfortably. If youâre looking for a place to stay close to Cedar City, I cannot recommend this property enough!!
A little out of cedar city. It was quiet, clean, and overall a really nice house to stay in. We had11 people staying there and we all fit very comfortably.
This property was very clean. It had plenty of beds for all to sleep in. The kitchen is very well stocked! Lots of extra blankets around for sleeping and lounging around. My younger kids loved the air hockey table ans the foosball table. The host was easy to connect with and quick with replies. Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again.
Very nice home with plenty of room for our family. The only disappointment we had is that the listing gave us the impression there would be an outdoor hot tub but they only had a small indoor jacuzzi tub. We still enjoyed our stay but we missed having a soak after a long day hiking Kolob canyon.
It is a split-level, which wasn't specified in the listing. I knew it was 2 floors but didn't realize there were more than the few stairs at the entrance required to be on one level or the other. Luckily, my mom managed with assistance, and her wheelchair is not too heavy. The picture in the listing makes sense now that I have seen the place, but it only looked like a set of stairs going down to the basement level since the front door isn't seen. I mentioned my mom and her wheelchair in communications and said she could do a few stairs, so the few going to the door were fine. I guess we didn't realize what each of us meant. She didn't have to come and go a lot so it was fine. PROS: 5 bedrooms with different beds, 2 on the main floor and 3 in the basement level. Plenty of bedding and towels. Lots of dining seating - counter seating, dining table, and deck table. Plenty of dinnerware and silverware, dishwasher, cups and mugs, and pots and pans of various sizes. Great communication with the host. Right off the main road. Nice touches with some water bottles in the fridge and chocolates on the table. Water and ice access on outside of fridge. CONS: GPS address is in Enoch, if you go to the same address in Cedar City it is a restaurant. The entrance to the house is unmarked and for a few houses along the street, not bad, just would be nice to know so we didn't pass it and have to turn around and look again. No house access from garage. Overall we enjoyed and recommend it.
This wasn't my first time staying at the property and it probably won't be my last. Love the setup of the house and the different types of bedrooms. Perfect for a big group where you have single and couples mixed in. Kitchen is pretty well stocked with cooking utensils.
The house is very nice. There are clean bedrooms, it is just newly remodeled, a nice big kitchen, and there are a ton of fun things to do around Cedar City. With this being said, there is little to no landscaping. Fix the hot tub in the backyard and clean up the landscaping, and you'll have another big selling point.
We visited Cedar City for our daughter's wedding. This home was just perfect for us. We were able to sleep all 13 of our family and bridesmaids in the house. There are 5 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. It was very clean and the 3 bathrooms made getting ready very convenient. Only issue we had was that there is no microwave in the main kitchen and we had to go to the downstairs to microwave food.
Overall our stay at this house was good. The house is very clean and seems to have been recently renovated. There were 12 of us that stayed here and there was plenty of room for us to not feel crowded. The 3 bathrooms were also very nicely remodeled. The only problem was that we never received the code to enter the house even after sending messages through the Vrbo app and text. Luckily, someone had left something unlocked and we were able to get in anyways. We received a small refund because of this which I appreciated. The rest of our stay went well and I would still recommend this home because of the cleanliness and amenities included.
We did not get our code to get in the house until 4:30 and that was after I reached out to VRBO (who was great to work with). That was frustrating. We spent 4 nights at the house and the rest of our stay was fantastic. The house was clean and well equipped and there was plenty of space for our family to enjoy Thanksgiving weekend. If we need to stay overnight in Cedar again we would definitely think about staying here.
We absolutely loved the back deck for eating dinner! Everything was clean which is always so appreciated! Such a great place to stay for our big group.
