This property is lovely. One of the nicest I have stayed at. The bed was firm but very comfortable, very clean, very well stocked with everything you need. The washing machine was great to have and not come home with dirty clothes. Lovely atmosphere, very quiet. Parking is not plentiful but we managed to find parking within a block each day. Really enjoyed our stay, would go back for sure.
We stayed for 2 weeks awaiting settlement on our new home. The studio is one of many residences in the building and the walls and floors throughout are very thin. We were kept awake for 3 nights in a row from 10pm-5am by a group upstairs from us who appeared to think nobody would be bothered by their screaming, loud music, smoking and smashing of items. Repeated complaints to MadeComfy took 3 days for anything to happen although I was informed the group was then evicted. Look, it's fine for short stays of a few days or so but I probably wouldn't recommend for longer stays like we had. The space is small, the wider immediate environment overall is changeable [with potential nightmare fellow guests like we had], MadeComfy is a bit tricky to communicate with and the bed is far too soft and gave us backaches. Not completely convinced of the hygiene/cleaning either. Under the bed was filthy and clearly hadn't been swept, vacuumed for months, bed throws had questionable stains on them as did the mattress protector. The one window which did open has no fitted fly wire on it but rather a draped wire screen hanging that allows insects in. You need to open the window and/or door to circulate air otherwise it is completely unbearable. The doors of the main home are always open so anyone can come in at any time of the day/night with no security. People were smoking in the main hallway and it stunk. We wouldn't stay again if we had the choice.
