Thank you for your feedback. I take all guest comments seriously; however, I feel it's important to clarify several points for accuracy. Our home has been professionally cleaned and maintained by the same experienced cleaning team for over two years The property consistently receives five-star reviews across booking platforms, reflecting the high standards we work hard to maintain. Prior to your arrival, the home --including the hot tube and all linens--was thoroughly cleaned and inspected. At no point during your stay did you notify me of any concerns regarding towels, cleanliness, outdoor furniture, or the hot tub. I am always responsive and committed to resolving issues immediately when made aware of them. Without communication during your stay, I was not given the opportunity to address any concerns you are now raising. Additionally, during your stay we had to send multiple notices regarding a 10 year-old driving the golf cart on public streets, which are both unsafe and against our clearly stated property rules and state laws Guest safety and liability are matters we must take seriously. Following checkout, several items were missing from the home, including bath towels and a throw blanket, which resulted in a replacement charge. An unusually large quantity of consumable supplies provided for guest convenience was also missing. We strive to provide a well-maintained generously stocked home and a safe, comfortable experience for every guest. The vast majority of our reviews reflect that commitment.
