Spacious, open concept-mid century house located on a private 1/2 acre lot in a park like setting in Cherokee Oaks. NEWLY REMODELED CHEFS KITCHEN. Ample space for sleeping, lounging, cooking with TONâs of outdoor space. A canopy of trees give the ultimate serene experience. Located in A premier neighborhood, close to amenities but extremely private. Owner lives in the neighborhood and is available if needed.
Nicole was a great communicator throughout the trip. The place was great with a ton of kitchen amenities for cooking and AC to cool the place down after a hot day in Sequioa. Looked exactly like the photos! Would recommend to others.
We absolutely loved your home.
Everything was as described, comfy and clean.
Kids enjoyed the trampoline and hot tub.
We loved how closed it was to the National Park even though part of it was closed. Highly recommended!
This property is beautiful and it has everything needed. I loved the local art displayed throughout the property. Itâs a short drive to the most amazing river views and waterfalls. My 8 year old enjoyed the jacuzzi and trampolĂn. We were happy with the quick responses we received when we had questions.
We stayed here for a family vacation to Sequoia National Park and Kings Canyon National Park. We have three kiddos ages 5, 3 and 18 months.
Things we loved about the house- updated kitchen, cleanliness, mid-century architecture and decor, and of course, the kiddos loved the hot tub and trampoline! The property is a big size and in a quiet neighborhood. We felt like we were tucked back a bit, in our own little hideaway, especially in the backyard. A highlight of our visit was seeing the turkeys walk through the front yard each day- including a mama turkey and like 10 little babies. Too cute!
I totally did not notice in the listing that it does not have a bath tub. Not ideal for little kiddos, but we made it work!
It is a short drive to the Sequoia NP entrance. Unfortunately, Generals Hwy was still closed from the winter storms after the Hospital Rock, so we were only able to explore the trails up to that point and then had to drive 1.5 hours on aback road to the Big Stump entrance, which we did on two other days.
We loved our stay here and had such a fun trip exploring the national parks!
We had a wonderful stay at Nicole's property- it is truly as pictured and described. It was the perfect hub for our Sequoia adventures. The kitchen was wonderful and well- stocked! The kids loved playing on the trampoline. Thank you Nicole!
Born in Berkeley, CA...raised in Three Rivers. My family has been in Three Rivers for 5 generations. I have a local restaurant and am very much apart of this community. Every single item in the house has been selected by me with you in mind. Design and function are incredibly important to me. The house has a very loving, natural feel and is a perfect home base for your trip!
