Definitely smaller than we had anticipated however the property was furnished to make the best use of space with full functionality. Only suggestion would be for all supplies listed actually be available. Otherwise, really enjoyed the comfort and convenience it provided.

We had a great stay at this vacation rental for the weekend. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was convenient and made it easy to enjoy the area. Check-in and check-out were simple, and the host was responsive and helpful. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable getaway, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Location was perfect

This apartment was the perfect location for quick access to my training and quaint spots to eat. It was the perfect spot to return to each night with easy parking and a comfortable bed.

Great for a getaway. Way better than a hotel room and the price is very affordable. I would highly recommend or a weekend getaway or even business accommodation.

This is an awsome little place. I work in sales and service the tri cities. This apartment is in the middle of my territory and so convenient. It's really clean, and much better than any hotel. I look forward to the next visit here.

Everything was great. There is only a couple of things I would mention that I wouldn’t take off any stars for. I would suggest having 1 hard pillow and 1 soft pillow on the bed for people who have personal preferences or joint issues instead of having all of the pillows the same firmness. A few of the dishes weren’t clean when we pulled them out to cook and we had to wash them before we could use them. Last but not least, when trying to fill the bath tub with water for a soak it took forever to fill up due to the water pressure, not to mention once filled, the water leaked out completely after about 10 minutes. Overall a very pleasant stay!

Convenient Location

Perfect for a weekend getaway! The apartment was nicely decorated and had all the basics covered. The one thing that was disappointing was that the bedroom windows did not have curtains. The bright streetlight outside lit up the bedroom and made it challenging to sleep.

When we arrived everything looked nice and as expected. Although we had a problem with blowout from the air conditioner we contacted the property manager and we’re given the option of a free upgrade nearby. They solved our problem quickly and the other property was also clean and nice.

Conveniently located. Clean. Well equipped and surprisingly quiet despite being near I-26. Super cute. The property manger is very responsive especially if anything comes up. While this property isn’t quite as nice as one of their other ones I stayed in during a past visit, it is definitely above average for the price. If I had to offer constructive feedback it would be to include in the resource book that running the microwave and air fryer at the same time will trip the breaker (and where the breaker box is located) and to have the cleaning crew look under things because I found a couple leftovers from prior tenants (part of a child’s toy, socks under the bed, and a lid under the vanity), but overall I’d definitely recommend staying in any of this company’s properties.

Trials and Tribulations

Let me first say that the apartment is aesthetically pleasing! Whoever does the turnover for them is amazing because there wasn't a fingerprint in sight! Oh and the "extras" that they provide gives an eye for detail that you don't find with other rentals. However, those things lulled me into a false sense of comfortability because after a couple of days things took a turn. Here are the issues that I encountered. Day 1- incorrect door code. Day 3 - internet outage Day 4 - Power outage and the batteries in the apt door key pad died and it was 24hrs before we realized that the apt wasn't locking Days 5-7: consistent internet outages (I think its on some sort of programmed cutoff), daily early morning sirens (right by the bedroom window so luck sleeping past 7AM), stomping from the upstairs neighbor (starts around 4:45AM and last about 30 mins), constant slamming of the front entrance door that causes the mirror to shake on the wall. I thought it would eventually fall off, Other than that, I guess you're good.

We had issues when we first got there. They were taken care of quickly. You had assigned parking which was nice. It was a great location and close to shops and restaurants. It was a little loud at times with the train tracks near by, Police and Fire Dept. The internet was very slow, I had to use my hot spot to work. The water pressure wasn't good and the hot water stopped mid shower twice and you had to wait for it to start back. If you have dust or mildew allergies I wouldn't suggest. My nose stayed stopped up the whole weekend.

We chose Johnson City because I grew up in the area and wanted to raise our family in an area with the same family values as our family believes in.

These homes were built back in the 50's and they have some very unique features that we wanted to highlight in the renovation. We believe in giving old properties new life and love the entire process.
