Coco Cabana situé au 309 A 58th St à Holmes Beach est une belle maison de trois chambres et deux salles de bains avec une piscine privée chauffée. Cette maison de plain-pied a tout ce que vous pourriez souhaiter, à seulement quelques pùtés de maisons de la plage et à proximité des commerces et des restaurants. AprÚs une journée à la plage, revenez et continuez à vous détendre au bord de la piscine.
Coco Cabana peut accueillir six personnes avec deux lits king size et deux lits jumeaux, il y a aussi un canapĂ©-lit queen size. Chaque chambre dispose d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision, tout a Ă©tĂ© mis en Ɠuvre pour crĂ©er une ambiance dĂ©contractĂ©e, pour une escapade en famille.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Could not recommend this place more highly! Came down for a trip with friends and loved everything about it. The kitchen is well stocked and perfect for cooking big meals. The bedrooms are all clean, comfortable, and airy. The bathrooms are both magnificent. The true highlights are the backyard pool and the short (less than 10 min) walk to the beach. We have stayed here twice and can't wait to come back! We had a question about something with the pool and someone from the rental company came out within an hour to check it out. The management company regularly checks in. Every detail is accounted for, including beach chairs and a wagon. We loved it!

The cherry on top was the private pool and the quiet that overtakes the residential area around 9pm. Its a wonderful place for those looking to relax with their spouse and children. I love the water, my happy place, and we spent a lot of time out back. The kitchen (and entire unit) was hands-down the best stocked place we've ever visited (and we've stayed at many rentals). I love to cook and everything I could ask for was there! We spent evenings watching sunsets on beach. Thank you for sharing your piece of heaven with us.:-)

Christine and Jerry - the owners - as well as the management company Island Vacation Properties - made sure we were safe and knew how to contact them. The cottage is so convenient to everything we wanted - beach, restaurants, shops and bars. We love AMI and hope to stay at this hidden gem in the future. Thanks Christine and Jerry for sharing your place! Our 10 year anniversary was very memorable.

We had zero issues with our rental and found the management company to be easily accessible and knowledgeable. The home was beautiful with beach decor throughout. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The kitchen is very well appointed and we had everything we could possible need. The pool was perfect for our four children and going to the beach was easy and convenient with the beach wagon and all beach supplies you could need. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone. The location is great with The Ugly Grouper right at the end of the street and many shops and restaurants just a short walk or golf cart ride away.

The pool set up with the chairs, table, tiki hut, and landscaping was resort level! The house is well maintained and fully set up for renters including kitchen needs, pool/beach towels, and pool/beach floats, chairs, umbrellas. We had stayed off AMI before but we did prefer this location as we were able with a short drive/golf cart up to the Doughnut Experiment and Two Scoops ice cream on the north end of the island. We will definitely look for this house again when we return to AMI.

The property is beautifully decorated, spacious and the kitchen has everything you might need (if you plan to cook). It's a short 5-6 minute walk to the beach and a 1 minute walk to the Ugly Grouper (but you don't hear any noise really). Loved the large pool too. We had such a nice, relaxing week away from it all.
