Our pool utilizes state-of-the-art saltwater technology, courtesy of a salt-chlorine generator, ensuring fewer harsh chemicals in the pool and a gentler experience for your skin.

For your added comfort and enjoyment, we offer two optional heating packages:

1. Pool & Hot Tub Heating – Available Year-Round

$59 per day ($64.02 including taxes and VRBO fees).
Pool: Heated to a comfortable temperature of up to 87°F throughout the day.
Hot Tub: Adjustable to your preferred temperature, up to 104°F, available 7 hours daily from 3 PM to 10 PM.

2. Hot Tub Only – Available May through October

$35 per night ($37.98 including taxes and VRBO fees).
Enjoy a heated hot tub at your preferred temperature, up to 104°F, daily from 3 PM to 10 PM.

Please let us know if you'd like to add either heating option to your stay, and we'll be happy to arrange it for you!
Heating is optional and must be prepaid for the full duration of the stay. If not selected, the pool remains at natural temperature and the hot tub will not be activated.

For added convenience, we also provide extra sleeping arrangements such as two twin roll-away beds, a baby crib, and a high chair—all easily accessible within the home.

Please note: The maximum occupancy of 14 guests is based on double occupancy per bed (king and queen beds). It is the guest’s responsibility to review the bedroom configurations carefully to ensure they are suitable for their group. No additional beds will be provided beyond what is shown or described in the listing.

Only the guests listed on your reservation may be on the property, whether staying overnight or visiting for the day. The home accommodates a maximum of 14 people at any time. Your reservation includes up to 10 guests. Additional guests, up to the maximum occupancy of 14, are charged $30 per person, per night.

Please enter the correct number of guests when making your reservation. The number of guests on your reservation must accurately reflect the total number of people staying at the property. If your guest count changes before arrival, you must notify us so we can update your reservation accordingly.

- Pets
Well-behaved furry friends are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee. Please enter the correct number of pets when making your reservation and notify us in advance so we can ensure everything is ready for your stay.

- Parking
We can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. Please plan accordingly.

- Arrival & Departure
Check-in and check-out times help us keep the home ready and sparkling for every guest. Please follow the times listed in your reservation.

- Smoking & Substances
Smoking is not permitted inside the home, and illegal substances are never allowed on the property.

- Neighborhood Courtesy
This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect our neighbors. We ask that you keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.
