Great location with short walk to the slopes. Communication with host was outstanding, immediate responses to a few questions we had during our stay. Just wish we had some fresh powder during our stay!

In town for the Food and Wine Classic. This was the perfect size for my wife and I. Great spot, gorgeous drive, close to the hot tub. Better than a Hotel.

So many great things to say about this property! It is steps away from the slopes, pool/hot tub, shops and dining, and bus stop! We had everything we needed and definitely would love to go back again! You cannot beat the location for the price!

Perfect Snowmass location and rental for 2-3 people

Location was incredibly convenient. Steps from the Snowmass slopes and right next to the bus to downtown Aspen. Rental was clean and as advertised, great for a couple or group of three if someone is okay with sleeping on the couch. Rebecca was super responsive in answering our questions about parking and the pool/hot tub. Would definitely stay again!

No Hot Tub

Do not book here expecting a hot tub since it is closed. Very dissappointed in this false advertising. Otherwise the place was fine.

Hi Bryan, thanks for your feedback. We wish you had reached out to the guest contact during your visit about the hot tubs. They would've been happy to help. After receiving your comments, the homeowner checked with the HOA, which confirmed both were operational and available during your visit. Major work on the lower hot tub was completed on January 18th. While both hot tubs require occasional brief maintenance closures for servicing, they remain open for guests to enjoy. We take our guest experience seriously and strive to provide an excellent stay for each visitor.

Cozy Studio!

We enjoyed our stay! The studio was clean and our guest contact was responsive to our questions. There were plenty of towels to use and the check out instructions were very simple. Only concern was ease of access for the pool/hot tub use. We never found the code to enter the pool area and didn’t know if there were specific hours the pool/hot tub was open for use

This is a small but highly functional little condo. It’s one big downside is that it is adjacent to a large wedding/event tent that had very loud events from about 5 to 10 pm on 2 of the 3 nights we were there. Loud music, loud cheering and yelling, etc. With the windows open you could hardly have a conversation in the unit. With the windows closed it was suffocatingly hot and still too noisy. I will not return since the noise level ruined the whole concept of a quiet weekend away. Also, if I were the owner, I would replace the disgusting and delaminating non-stick pans that seemed dangerous to use.

Ski in and ski out snowmass

Our unit was hard to find. Had to ask around. Parking was not talked about in listing. Cupboards w food inside was not clean or organized. We did love the ski in and ski out. Super convenient. Liked that it was close to mid village.

Small studio near slopes

The studio was very near the ski slope and had a very sunny exposure. Just about five minutes to get on the slope. It was very small decently maintained. Very Nice Condo in Great Location

Perfect place for 2 people. Comfortable and well appointed. Having a king size bed in a studio was a plus. Also great and not listed is the ability to pull your car up in front of the condo to load/unload (turn in driveway across from Lot 9, condo is on right when the road angles right). One more tip for skiers. If you come down Adams Avenue at the end of the day, it is roped so you can’t ski directly across Fanny Hill run to the path to the condo and have to walk up the slope. Better idea is to just ski down to Village Express lift, ride it up to halfway disembarking point and have a quick easy run back to the path.

Disappointing

Our stay at Aspenwood J6 was not what we expected. The unit had a nice layout and we enjoyed the gas fireplace. But the unit was not kept up well, sufficiently clean, and there wasn't any sound proofing in the walls or ceilings/floors - meaning you heard (and felt) every footstep or conversation of your neighbors nonstop.Some details:Kitchen: There was dust/dirt accumulation on surfaces in the kitchen. The easily accessible countertop and stove top were ok, but areas behind the sink, the top of the fridge (including a stack of placemats intended for use - I'm only 5'3" and could see the fridge top easily, so we're not talking out-of-reach surfaces) and kitchen utensils in the caddy hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The coffee maker was not clean and the carafe was cracked. My husband reported the cracked carafe immediately and we were told a new coffee maker would be delivered. That never happened. Bathroom: Cobwebs on the lights over the sink area. Live spiders along the floor/walls. The hung towels were fresh, but the extra towels on the shelf had a strange, stale smell - like they hadn't been moved or washed in a long time, making them not usable. The air vent under the sink was not attached and fell out unless you propped the trash can next to it to hold it in.Bed: Terrible for sleeping. There was some kind of a thick, foam top on the mattress which was very uncomfortable.Noise: No soundproofing at all! We were in a second floor unit and the noise from the o

I was never sent the check-in instructions and had to get help from other property. managers on site to track down the name of the property management company, the unit number, and the code to open the lock box. I was lucky someone was able to help me. Otherwise, the unit met my needs.

Perfect location, perfect studio

The studio condo is located right on Snowmass mountain. You can see the mountain and chair from the window. The unit is on the second floor / ground floor but it is extremely private and quiet. There is a separate, exterior ski locker right outside your door which is very convenient. Slope access is about a 30 second walk from your door. Maybe a couple hundred feet. Heat/AC worked really well, bathroom was updated, clean, modern, and spacious. Kitchen was neat, fully stocked, and an updated. The only thing that didn't work was the humidifier, which wasn't a huge deal but should be replaced. The fans, which I prefer for white noise at night were in right in the closet but very dirty and dusty so they should be cleaned. I highly highly recommend this condo. It's much nicer than most other listings.

Too loud

I could hear the entire conversations of the people staying above me. From coughing to reciting their credit card numbers. The construction traffic was bad and the room was very hot.
