This condo is in a great location! We were at the nearby park every day! Plus the shops and Main Street are right there as well. We’d love to stay again at some point in the future.

Great Place

The property is well maintained, clean and fully stocked with everything that you may need. Location is awesome, walking distance to local eateries and Hideaway Park. Just a short drive to the slopes or to the grocery store. Highly recommend this rental for families.

Great place for families and groups.

The property is just as described! Really nice and comfortable. The bunk bed room is super tiny, but it was perfect for kids and teens. Location is amazing, close to restaurants and 7 min from the slopes. Loved it.

A great mountain escape!

We booked this condo for our annual ski trip and could not be more pleased. With 5 adults this condo offered all the space we needed and more. The furnishings are even better in person. The owner has thought of everything and the condo is very conveniently located to downtown Winter Park and the Winter Park Resort. We will absolutely be back!

A cozy well maintained Condo

Enjoyed this beautiful and inviting condo with the family during our recent ski trip to WinterPark. It is centrally located, and on the bus line. Stocked with amenities. Very clean. Owners are responsive. We look forward to coming back and enjoying a summer get away.

Beautiful condo, incredible Winter Park!

Wow, the home owners her have thought of everything. This condo was literally turn-key. We had everything needed to stay in and cook our meals after full days of skiing. The condo was clean, extremely comfortable and incredibly well stocked. We will definitely put this on our list of places to return to!!! Thank you for everything....

Great, well-equipped condo

Everything was very comfortable for our holiday ski trip. Unlike many condos, it was cool enough to sleep at night. Enjoyed the private hot tub! We were able to walk to some good restaurants. Getting to/from the slopes was not as easy as anticipated. Free busses were sometimes full and it's a longish walk carrying gear from bus stop to lifts/gondola.

Amazing Weekend Getaway

They really did think of everything possible to make this trip enjoyable! From the phone chargers in every room (I left mine at home and though I was going to need to buy one) to the cooking supplies that were essential to avoiding several trips to the store, this place is set up for a perfect getaway. The entertainment was perfect after a day on the slopes and everything was conveniently located nearby. We enjoyed the short walk down the street to the Hideaway Park brewery and then to dinner across the street. The location of this condo is perfect and everything is incredibly convenient. The owners did a great job of setting this place up and thought of everything to make our stay perfect.

Great place and location!!!!

We had a great time at this condo! It is so close to everything, it looks exactly like the pictures and is SO well equipped. It really had great finishes, from the art work and interior design to everything you'd ever need in the kitchen. And the beds and linens are super comfy!! It is right across the street from a great park, where our kids went sledding a couple of times (using sleds they had at the condo). It's within walking distance of so many restaurants. It's right on a beautiful trail, that you can access from their back porch, which is so convenient. You can even see Winter Park mountain from the back door. My daughters loved the bunk beds! We couldn't have found a better place for our family to stay!

Great Stay!

Rented this property with a group of friends & 2 dogs for a ski weekend. When we first arrived the key code that was given didn't work. However, Kerry was awesome about getting us a new code and making sure we could get in. The prompt response to any questions I had was greatly appreciated. The location of the property is super close to the shuttle pick ups/drop offs, walkable to restaurants in town, and being on the ground floor is great when you're lugging around ski gear! I would recommend this place for a stay in Winter Park.

Superb

First off I want to say how amazing the hosts are. I had issues with changing the dates and they worked hard with VRBO to trouble shoot a technical issue. Next the condo was amazing for our family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked, very clean and organized, not to mention having everything you need. My youngest loved the Xbox! It is walking distance to downtown Winterpark and a few miles to skiing. We didn’t get to take advantage of the pool or hot tub, because they had their own private hot tub, which was surprisingly relaxing after a day of skiing.

Best Winter Park Rental

Loved this unit. Perfect location. Every detail has been thought of, from adequate charging accessories, streaming access, video games, and everything you need in the kitchen. We come up every year to Winter Park and I always bring a host of items because most places do not have them and I don’t want to have to go searching for them in the city. I did not have to pull out anything that I brought up because they had everything. I definitely want to make this a frequent unit for our trips to Winter Park. Much thanks to the owners as they were very responsive in addressing all needs and concerns.

Lovely condo - great location!

The property was very conveniently located - walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The unit was very well appointed with ample supplies and amenities. We arrived late on our check-in day but found the Safeway in Frasier was open until 11 so we were able to get essentials. We had 6 adults in our group and it was plenty big enough for us to relax and hang out after days on the slopes. We loved the decor as well! Only downside (unrelated to the unit) was the lack of Lift shuttle buses operating the days we were there. We ended up having our non-skier friend drop us off at the slopes and pick us up at the end of the day. Overall would definitely recommend renting and staying here.

Cozy Home Away from Home

Our family had the best time spending Christmas in Winter Park! The condo is centrally located with lots of restaurants nearby & the grocery store a short drive into Fraser. The house everything you need to feel at home from comfy bedrooms & living room, stocked kitchen & a hot tub to soak in. Our kids loved the bunk room & used blankets to make a fort inside their little private space - they did not want to leave! The patio offers a gate for quick access to walk your dog or go for a walk on the trail. The sledding hill at hideaway park is a short walk & perfect for those who don’t want to drive or spend money at the bigger hills. We had a minor issue with the hot tub but the hosts were quick to communicate with us & get the issue resolved. We can’t wait to go back!

Nice place but noisy due to construction

Property is conveniently located close to restaurants and stores. Beds were comfortable and every kitchen item you could image was provided. The only negative was the very loud construction right outside the sliding door from 7:30am-5pm Monday through Saturday. This really limited our ability to enjoying the views and utilize the hot tub and patio. We were looking for a quiet place to relax and unfortunately the construction ruined that ability. The construction was not disclosed prior to arrival and if had I would have asked for refund because the noise was very disruptive.

As you likely noticed, Winter Park is in the midst of an economic boom with new construction projects in many of the popular areas around town - and we are no exception. Per our phone conversation after your stay, we were told that construction would begin in July and were not informed that the schedule had changed. It appears that the construction project had scheduled rock crushing over the days of your stay, which is definitely not the norm! We have aimed to compensate you for this inconvenience. We know you took great care in selecting a vacation rental for your stay and thank you again for choosing our home.

Great property!

I stayed here with my service dog and best friend. The place was amazing and even though there was construction next to us you couldn't really hear in inside. It was close to things in town and central to the other mountain towns around. The path around the property was beautiful and looked amazing with the snow fall! I will stay here the next time I come back to the CO mountains.
