Amazing views

The unit itself needs a lot of updating but the view is amazing. Overall it was a wonderful stay. The crystal sands is a great location.

Summer get away.

A week trip with my daughter and her friends. There were 4 of us and the room size was perfect for us. Probably the cleanest place I have stayed.

It was a nice little place . There are just a few things we would have liked better that needed updated . Need more pans for cooking in the kitchen . . The shower curtain is too long and hangs in the shower. There is no light in the bedroom just a lamp . The tv is small in the living room. The toilets are short and you have to bend down just to use the bathroom. Same with the vanity’s . They are also short. Other than that the place was clean when we got there and we had a great week. !

Ease of check in was great. Plenty of towels and very nice to have washer and dryer in unit. However, aesthetically, the condo was in need of some upkeep/upgrades. Overall, our stay was good but would choose a different room at Crystal Sands for our next stay.

Quiet Get Away

The condo was very quiet and clean. There was an issue with the heater (I know it’s Florida and should not be 36 degrees), however maintenance was there within the hour bringing me a space heater and taking care of the issue. Great service. The condo is centrally located which made getting to and from the Bay Bridge very easy.

I love the place. The people above me jumped and ran all night long. I woke at 4 am, drove all day and wanted a good nights rest and they decided different. I called 2 times and complained and was told they didnt manage that room that was above me.

Perfect location

Great condo right on the beach. We had some cool weather so enjoyed the patio looking at the ocean on those days. Property management was quick to respond to questions. This condo is close to stores & restaurants. This is the second time we have stayed at this property and will be back. My only request is for all VBRO owners to provide better quality pillows. I have stayed at VBRO properties around the world and the pillows are always cheap. Regardless I look forward to returning to this unit in the future!

Great condo

Really a great condo with comfy furniture. Only issue we had was the DVD player in living room didn’t work so we took the one from bedroom and put it in living room. But then could never figure out how to get the tv channels back. However, if we would of had our husbands there, am sure they could have figured it out

I have stayed in this building before. I have loved everyplace I have stayed. This unit needs some updating. I can take older but not neglected. The baseboards are so scuffed up that it feels dirty. The toilet paper holder in the bedroom toilet area won’t stay on so the toilet paper falls everytime you use it. The WIFI router looks to be from 10 years ago and we had to reset it every night but one. You provide a million dollar view and dollar general chairs to set on. The place is neglected and you can see from the stains on the ceiling, fire sprinkler hanging out of the ceiling and rusted outlet on the deck.The good.., we love this location. Ease of checking in and again the location. The water pressure was good. I would not stay here again.

Great location

Property is very dated and smells moldy/mildewy upon entry. There are broken tiles in the bathroom. The location is great. WiFi worked whenever it wanted. Had to reset it multiple times per day. The unit did have a full working kitchen. Pool is in the shade in the front parking lot of property. Went to use it and it was closed so they could power wash the building.

Toilet was not working properly. I reported it and they never came to fix. The tv was not even hooke

I will not stay at this property again and will advice others of it.
