GORGEOUS 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom custom home on 1 acre with AMAZING VIEWS of Breckenridge Ski Resort. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood and a short 1 mile drive to downtown Main Street, Gondola, Shopping, and Dining!
This 2020 construction home has everything you need to enjoy the perfect mountain get away; including TWO MASTER SUITES each with King beds and en-suite bathrooms..perfect for 2 couples to enjoy!

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood with many locals living nearby, and with the convenience of a short 1 mile drive to downtown Main Street! Gondola! Shopping! Dining!
The pictures tell the story of the beautiful furnishings and finishings in this stunning home! This is NOT a high turn over rental, this is our second home.
TWO MASTER SUITES (one on Main level the other on upper level) each with King beds and en-suite bathrooms is perfect for 2 couples to enjoy! Both have stunning VIEWS of the slopes and mountains!
On the main level you will find the Chef’s kitchen equipped with a Thermador cooktop and everything you need to prepare gourmet meals! And VIEWS VIEWS VIEWS!!! The kitchen/dining/living area are open concept so no matter where you sit (next to the fireplace with impressive stonework reaching to the ceiling, the dining table with seating for 8, one of the barstools at the kitchen island, or on the living room’s chenille sectional) you will enjoy incredible views of Breckenridge ski resort from the expansive 9 ft windows and doors! No need for artwork on the walls here...the stunning view of nature IS your art! Step outside onto the expansive front deck for cocktails and a watch a beautiful sunset! Step out the back door and enjoy the wilderness and wild life! And Hot Tub!!
On the main level there is also a large bedroom with Queen size bed and full bathroom adjacent, as well as a laundry room.
The walk-in basement area boasts a large mud room, a huge game room with impressive 75” TV and leather sectional, and another bathroom (this one has a shower/tub) and bedroom complete with a Queen bed and twin over twin bunk. Oh and did I mention VIEWS? Yes! Even the lowest level of the house has amazing views of the slopes! On this lowest level you will also find a 2nd laundry room and the heated garage!
Look no further!! This home is absolute perfection for families looking for an amazing mountain get-away....no matter what time of year!

**4-wheel/AWD is REQUIRED during winter/spring stays! (Nov-April)
**Because of multiple staircases and no safety gear (furniture not secured to prevent tipping, chemicals and cleaning supplies not locked, etc) our home is not safe/appropriate for children under the age of 12.
**NO SMOKING is allowed in or around our home
***NO PETS allowed

Breck Summer

We had a great stay in Breckenridge at Scott and Becky's home. Everything was as advertised and the owner's were great about communicating with us before and during the stay. I highly recommend this house for a stay at Breckenridge.

5 Star Stay in Breckenridge!

This was my 3rd trip in the last 5 years to Breckenridge, this time being the 1st with my wife and kids (ages 16, 14, and 10) and everything about this house was absolutely perfect. Everything is exactly as described, and even nicer in person with some of the recent decorative adds by Becky and Scott. We felt right at home and especially loved the Christmas tree lit up at night! Becky and Scott were both super responsive to any and all questions and made my family feel so at home during our stay here. You can tell the extra care they have put into their home and we were appreciative of them opening it up to us as guests. Location was perfect - close enough to Main St and the slopes, yet just far enough away for peace and quiet....and the VIEWS are amazing!! Hoping to visit Breckenridge again very soon and our first order of business will be to reach out to Becky and Steve to hopefully stay here again!

Great House- Wonderful Host

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this house. It is well maintained and very well furnished- feels like a second home and definitely not a turn-key rental. Host was very friendly and communicative with excellent local recommendations. Worth every penny.

Fabulous

House was exactly how described, plenty of room for or party of 8. Very roomy and clean. Will recommend to all my friends. Everything is 5 minutes from the house, so easy to get around. My grandson loved the yard for sledding and then jump in the hot tub. If you are looking for a very memorable home in Breckenridge, this is it.

Fantastic Stay and House

We stayed five nights at this home and everything was great. The home is nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and high end finishes throughout. There are nice touches in the bathrooms and everything you need in the kitchen. In fact, I love to cook and so we made most meals at home. There was not one thing that I had to do without. Also, the beds were very comfortable. All that with a fabulous view, convenient location, great outdoor spaces and a great host who communicates and responds quickly. We loved this property. FYI, the photos are a true representation of the property.

Immaculate Home with Great Views

Immaculate home with the perfect location for unbelievable views , close to Main Street and everything else. The house was very clean and had everything you need for a great family vacation. Becky and Scott, the home owners, were extremely helpful in every way. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Amazing Winter Escape

Becky and Scott were wonderful hosts, and their home was absolutely amazing! The home was amazingly clean and extremely well appointed! Beds were very comfortable and there was tons of room for 2 families to stretch out and enjoy the space! Heated garage was terrific for winter use. The home is in a perfect location, 10 minutes to anywhere in Breck, 5 minutes to grocery store, 15 minutes to Frisco and 25 minutes to Keystone. We will definitely be back!
