Le Sunday River Retreat, sous une nouvelle propriété, surplombe 7 des 8 sommets skiables de Sunday River. Depuis le bain à remous pour 8 personnes, les dameurs préparent les pistes pour une autre belle journée de vélo.

Cette spacieuse maison entiĂšrement meublĂ©e avec 6 chambres et 2 Âœ salles de bain est plus qu'une simple maison loin de la maison avec des plafonds cathĂ©drale de 24 pieds, du parquet, une grande salle Ă  manger, une cuisine complĂšte, un bain Ă  remous pour 8 personnes, une tĂ©lĂ©vision par satellite, une connexion haut dĂ©bit Internet, billard, baby-foot, ping-pong et bien plus encore. SituĂ© hors des sentiers battus, il se trouve Ă  seulement 10 minutes en voiture de la station de ski Sunday River et Ă  15 minutes du village historique de Bethel.

Au rez-de-chaussée se trouve la salle familiale, la cuisine, la salle à manger, la salle de bain et 2 chambres, chacune avec un lit queen-size et une commode et une avec un ensemble de lits superposés. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée pour de nombreux invités et comprend une cuisiniÚre, un four micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle, une cafetiÚre et de nombreux autres accessoires de cuisine.

DĂ©tendez-vous en regardant la tĂ©lĂ©vision par satellite ou votre film prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©, ou dĂ©tendez-vous simplement avec votre livre et votre boisson prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©s. Deux portes coulissantes en verre s'ouvrent sur une immense terrasse oĂč vous trouverez un bain Ă  remous relaxant pour 8 personnes, un barbecue Ă  gaz et une piĂšce pour s'Ă©tendre. Un local Ă  skis couvert est disponible sur le porche avant.

Au niveau supérieur, vous trouverez 4 chambres, chacune avec un lit queen-size et une commode, et 2 salles de bain complÚtes.

Au niveau inférieur, vous trouverez une salle de jeux et laveuse et sécheuse. Cette salle de jeux a beaucoup à voir avec le baby-foot, le ping-pong, le billard, la télévision par satellite, le magnétoscope, le DVD, les jeux vidéo, les jeux de société et les livres.

Friends ski vacation

This was our fourth time using this great home in Newry Maine. Another great ski vacation. Very clean, great open kitchen and living space, lots of bedrooms! Owners are very responsive, and nice.

New Years Sunday River

This was our second time staying at the beautiful Lg Cabin w/ski Mtn views! It's the perfect house to spend a long weekend with friends as there is plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable, cozy vibes, and an amazing hot tub with views of the mountain and stars!

A getaway gem!

If you love the Sunday River ski area, this is the perfect house for you and your group! The house is clean, the hot tub is perfect to relax in, and the supplies are amazing. The kitchen is amazingly well stocked with anything you would need, there are games, puzzles, and streaming services on the TV so you can play music and don't need to bring your own speaker. This was the second time staying here for my group and me and we've all agreed that it's worth becoming our annual ski house!

A wonderful ski trip

We loved our stay here. We had 7 adults and 7 kids and the house was setup perfectly to accomodate multiple families with kids. We are skiers and loved the proximity yo the mountain (easy access to south ridge or Jordan) and the storage available for our gear. The view of Sunday River and hot tub were outstanding. We will definitely consider this property again in the future.

Amazing and well-maintained home!

Don and Elaine's home was perfect for hosting a ski weekend with friends from work. The home is very clean, kept in great condition, and is well-stocked and organized. There's plenty to do with all the games available and lots of space for entertaining. The view of the mountain is stunning. The hot tub was clean and was a treat after returning from skiing. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay!

Family Ski Weekend

This house was fabulous! I wanted to plan a weekend ski trip for my birthday and this property was perfect. We had a small group, only 5 of us, so there was plenty of space but this house would still be comfortable if we had filled every room. There were plenty of towels provided and extra blankets. We enjoyed all there was to do in the lower level (pool, ping pong, foosball, and there is a closet full of board games). The hot tub was amazing after a day on the slopes and the views were wonderful. The house was clean and comfortable. I can't say enough good things about this property and would definitely stay here again. I would agree with the caution in the property description that 4-wheel drive is necessary. When we arrived, there was about 5 inches of snow on the ground and none of the roads were plowed yet. We arrived around 11pm but by the next morning the roads and driveway were plowed.

Wonderful Winter Getaway

We had an amazing ski trip staying at this house. Everything was immaculately clean when we arrived. The sitting room, giant windows overlooking Sunday river, and gas fire place were a perfect place to hang out. The hottie was perfect after a day at the mountain. The house is an easy drive to the mountain (about ten minutes) and there was plenty of parking for all staying there.

Weekend Getaway

This MLK weekend my husband, myself and 9 other friends stayed at the perfect VRBO! The house was better in person than the pictures online. Vaulted ceilings, picture perfect view off the back deck, spacious living room, incredibly well stocked kitchen! The game room in the basement was more than sufficient. We had plenty of fresh towels. The beds were very comfortable. Every room had a ceiling fan and/or plug-in fan. The gas fireplace provided the perfect ambiance. More than ample cleaning supplies were provided including trash bags, sponges, dish soap, spices, plates, cups, utensils, you name it! The bedrooms did get really hot at night so I recommend turning the heat way down before bed. The house is a quick 10 minute drive from Sunday River if you like to ski. There are a handful of breweries within a 15 minute radius with great beer and food. Elaine was very communicative and thorough with instructions. Everyone in the group agreed this place was a home run and we would gladly stay again!

We had a great experience at this property. Location was 10 minutes from the mountain, house had everything we needed for a 3 day weekend with 10 adults, and the view from the back deck is awesome. The basement has games and is very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing family trip. The house was perfect.

It was seamless. The house was beautiful and met all of our needs and beyond. The large table allowed us to all eat together. The basement was a perfect place to entertain two small toddlers and my son and I enjoyed playing ping pong. The view of the slopes were amazing and it was so convenient to Sunday River. It was a great stay.

Perfect fall weekend

This property was perfect. There are essentially 3 ‘wings’ with 2 bedrooms in each wing, perfect for our 3 families. Plenty of towels and blankets, kitchen had everything you needed for cooking/serving, and the house was spotless. Hot tub was a perfect added bonus. The best part hands down was the view from the entire house, large windows overlooking beautiful mountains. Communication with Elaine was great and she was extremely understanding of a situation with some misbehaved kids. Honestly the house was perfect and we will definitely be back! ❀

The perfect getaway for nature lovers with an amazing view!

We spent 5 days in our "home away from home" and everything about our stay was exceptional. The house was spacious, immaculate, designed with love and care, had every amenity we could possible need and a back deck with a view that took our breath away every time we stepped out to look at the scenery. The common room was bright, airy and spacious - we spent all our time here when we were not on the deck. The 2.5 baths had great lighting, plenty of towels, and good water pressures in the showers. The basement was cool and offered hours of entertainment for the young adults in our group and gave them a special space to call their own with pool, ping pong, foosball and DVDs. The kitchen was well stocked and we found everything we needed. I found a lovely nature trail just around the corner and spent most mornings birding and admiring the wildflowers and mushrooms that were abundant. We were set away from the nearby houses and felt safe the entire time we were there. Communications with Elaine were stellar from day 1 and she even checked in with us to make sure that we had everything we needed. Every bedroom and main room had a fan and the windows and deck doors were left open all the time. No need for A/C. Hardly any bugs at all. If you rent in the summer, be sure to check the hours of operation carefully in regards to attractions and restaurants and call ahead. There is a good general store called the Barking Dawg which we could get essentials at but when we went it was so hot that day that they shut down the pizza ovens which were were planning on getting for dinner. We also had to drive almost 45 minutes to the closest Hannafords to get groceries. Also, it was so hot the 2nd day that the Sunday River Brewing Co. closed at 4pm to give their staff relief. The meal we had there the next day was excellent! We also had an amazing dinner al fresco at the Millbrook Tavern/Golf Club. The swimming hole was a nearby treat with record high temps that weekend and once you are back on the main road. We brought out bicycles but were not able to use them from the house. Too steep a hill and it was gravel. Once on the main road, we biked and saw a bear and two of her cubs by the river! What a sight. My group agrees that this was an amazing getaway and that we cannot wait to come back again next time in the fall to see the foliage! We cannot thank you enough for providing us with the rental of our dreams and memories to last a long time. Thank you!

Comfortable Home with Gorgeous Mountain View

Well equipped, very clean home with many thoughtful touches for comfort and fun. Owner was very responsive and helpful with any questions. The hot tub was easy to open and conveniently on the deck and we enjoyed it immensely. It was quite a treat for our adult children and their significant others after the little ones went to bed. The grill was large, clean and ignited easily. There were ample pots and pans, utensils, dishes and glasses and many staples that were a pleasant surprise. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels and linens. The basement game room was loads of fun. For rainy days there is a closet full of games and toys for both young and old. The large dining table provided plenty of seats, and there was a stack of table height stools for extra seating if needed. The picnic table and Adirondack chairs on the deck were great for enjoying the mountain view and outdoor dining. We had a fabulous time here!
