Beautiful home. Highly recommend!

Our family enjoyed a long weekend here for a wedding. Amenities great and extremely comfortable for our couples. Plush/ modern/clean. Would absolutely book again when we return to the area!

Great girls’ weekend getaway

This property was perfect for a girls’ weekend. The host was very responsive. The property was very clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was that the sidewalk was not shoveled during our stay. Hauling luggage over the snow was difficult.

Wedding Event

This home was perfect and worked well for us. The neighborhood is great. It is located by a ball park, police station and firehall. We felt safe and had great time. We hosted the bridesmaids getting ready and the downstairs is spacious and comfortable.

Great place to stay

The house was great for our family. Everyone, from teens through grandparents, enjoyed their stay. Plenty of room to gather and also to spread out. The house was well stocked, clean and close to everything we needed. The check in and check out were both seemless, and the hosts checked in with us to make sure everything was ok/we had what we needed after we checked in.

Beautiful home with plenty of space for entertaining.

The entire property was fully remodeled with a clean and modern feel. Parking was easy, and the location was convenient to lots of Denver activities. We'll definitely rent here again!

This home is perfect. It’s bright, clean, well maintained, and the host was welcoming. It’s also close to the highway and essentials like target, Walmart and Costco. We would definitely stay here again when in Denver.

Wedding in Denver

There were seven of us and we needed enough bedrooms. Alfredo's place was perfect! It had a great living room kitchen area. Plenty of room to cook for this big group! Beds were good and fireplace was great, as were all the TV's throughout the Townhome. We definitely had a great time! I would rent this place again!

Family holiday gathering

Great, large, modern house with plenty of space for a large family to stay for extended weekend. Easy access to highways and activities. Plenty of bedrooms/showers/multiple tv spaces for a group vacation. Would have liked to see standard tv instead of Peacock, but everything else was perfect.

Bright and spacious

The house is very spacious with 5 bedrooms on three floors and can sleep many comfortably. It was very clean and had enough plates and utensils for a large group. There was a comfortable seating and eating area and the kitchen was fairly well equipped. The air conditioning functioned well, despite it being very hot. The location is good if you need to be in Englewood or close to Swedish hospital.

work convention

My company was traveling to Denver for a work convention and was in the need of 5 rooms for 5 adults for 5 days. The location was safe and clean. All the appliances were in working order, never ran out of hot water, easy freeway access, amenities were close by, and would definitely recommend.

Family college visit

We stayed at this townhome (attached to 2 other townhomes) with my family of 6 for a visit to the Denver area to tour colleges for my oldest. The home proved perfect for us as each of my kids was able to have his/her own bedroom. The finishes in the house are top notch and the internet is excellent. The house served as a great launching pad for our visit to the Univ. of Denver (4 miles away), Red Rocks Ampitheater, and river rafting in Idaho Springs. I would stay there again.

Wedding weekend

Overall the home was a great place for our family to gather for our daughter's wedding. No water the first night was rather inconvenient but Alberto was very responsive and got it back on early the next morning. A shovel would have been handy to deal with the early morning snow to get the wedding party off to the venue. Close to stores and the highway.

Great location to our wedding

This home is located just off a main street and convenient to many stores and amenities. Couple of issues with the plumbing, and being right by the police and fire was good and bad. Not a home for older folks, 85+ or so. Uneven stones to get to the front door. Host was great and easy to work with. It is a 3 story so as you would imagine it is warmer upstairs, but 2 ac units is helpful.

Wow..wow..wow...

We have stayed at our fair share of VRBO places but this place was so perfect. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Clean, just as pictured, easy to arrive at..more than exceeded our expectations. The location cant be beat as it is convenient to just about everything. The kitchen is well equipped and the decor modern. Just the right amount of furnishings. The beds were very comfortable as was the couches on the 1st and 3rd floor. The small but very private backyard was more than adequate. We stayed there for our sons wedding but would book again if we visit. Do not miss the opprtunity to stay in such a great place.

*1st floor bedroom, great space and perfect for someone who doesn't want to use the stairs (queen bed).

* Two bedrooms with queen size beds and shared comfortable bathroom on the second floor.

- The entertainment room perfect for those who like to stay up late watching a movie. Fitted with a comfortable sectional sofa, 55 inch smart TV, 2 queen beds, a full bathroom, multiple games and access to the best roof top.

-Gas Grill on the first floor patio.

-Experience technology: Smart TV's, Netflix & Youtube TV, smart thermostats (2 furnaces and 2 AC's) the Highest speed internet- WiFi (optic fiber).
