The Space:

The view is the star — 16 floors above white Gulf sand, dolphins visible from the balcony on lucky mornings.

To protect your stay, you'll choose one of two options during online check-in: a $250 refundable security deposit (a temporary card hold, released after checkout) or a small damage waiver ($10/night, max $80).

The Neighborhood:

Majestic Beach Towers sits on Front Beach Road — the main strip of Panama City Beach — with the Gulf directly below. Walk out to white sand without moving your car.

You'll want a car for grocery runs and Pier Park, but the beach is at your feet and several restaurants are walkable along Front Beach Road.



From ECP Airport: ~20min drive west on Hwy 98.

From Pensacola (PNS): ~2.5hr drive east.



Parking: $40 per pass (up to 2 cars), arranged via email before arrival. Bay Town Trolley and Uber/Lyft available in PCB.
