Hi Alan, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your stay fell short of expectations. We’re very sorry that the full-size refrigerator was not working during your stay and that you were not notified before your arrival. We understand how frustrating this was, especially after purchasing groceries with a full-size refrigerator in mind. While two mini fridges were placed in the home as a temporary measure, we recognize they were not a sufficient substitute. The issue was discovered on the day of your arrival, and although our team explored options to resolve it, we were unfortunately unable to have a technician out or a replacement installed during your reservation. You should have been informed of the issue in advance, and we have shared this with our team to help ensure guests are notified of any appliance issues before arrival. Since your stay, a new refrigerator has been installed in the home. We’re also sorry our communication felt generic. As the property manager, our team serves as the main point of contact for guests throughout their stay, and we aim to provide clear and timely updates. We recognize we could have been more proactive, and we’ll use your feedback to improve our approach. Thank you again for sharing your feedback. Your comments have not gone unnoticed, and we are committed to making improvements based on your input. We are pleased to hear that you found the location of Eagles Rest 15 to your liking, and enjoyed the modern downstairs area. However, it is certainly disheartening to learn about the issues you encountered upstairs. We sincerely apologize for any lapses in our cleaning standards; this is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide. Regarding the carpet, a steam clean was scheduled to be performed, and we unfortunately were not able to have this occur prior to your arrival. While this has since taken place, we sincerely apologize that it was not able to be completed before your stay. Additionally, we are looking into replacement options for the rusted shower rods and will put in place a more rigorous cleaning schedule to ensure that our shower tiles are consistently well-maintained. We would have been happy to send our teams back to rectify these issues, had we been made aware of them during your stay, but certainly understand if you did not wish to to disturbed during your time on vacation. We understand the importance of a clean and comfortable space for our guests, and your feedback serves as a valuable tool in helping us achieve that.
