Fall weekend vacation

We found the house very nicely furnished, decorated and equipped. Location was within walking distance of the ocean with easy access. The screened porch was a hot and used every morning. All in all a very pleasant stay.

The home was absolutely beautiful, exquisitely decorated, and thoughtfully appointed with luxurious furnishings, linens, and every amenity we could possibly need. It was perfect for our family of four, my elderly mother, and our dog, with plenty of comfort and space for everyone.The house was exceptionally clean, which we truly appreciated, and its location was ideal. We loved being within easy walking distance of the beach and so close to the Beach Club. Everything about the home felt thoughtfully designed to make our stay comfortable, relaxing, and special.The rental company was also an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Their professionalism and attention to detail made the entire experience seamless and exceeded our expectations.We cannot say enough wonderful things about this property and the rental company. It was truly an exceptional experience from beginning to end, and we will absolutely be renting with them again on our next trip to Hilton Head. Highly recommend!

The location is lovely, and extremely close to the beach. The company is great with helping you select a property based on what you needs are, and this time we wanted to be walking distance to the beach. We had our rental bikes ready to go when we go there, so we could ride as soon as we got out of the car. I love that best nest provides plenty of detergent, trash bags, towels, pillows, soap etc....most items you need will be there. You will have a great stay here, and we will certainly be back! Hello John and also Readers-- this was our fault and I apologize. After some thorough forensics, I determined that yes, we could and should have done a more thorough job. However, John (our valued guest) did not alert us of any displeasure and I would have sent our head of housekeeping in a jiffy if we had only known. (We found out via this review.) Upon welcome, we leave a personalized note asking each guest to reach out our 24 hour local phone line if they need anything at all. We aim to have the house to be made nearly perfect, and in the case that we miss, we want to be able to fix it. And we will. :) Beverly

Great place for our trip

Very quiet and close to the beach (less than 5 minute walk on a path). We have stayed in several places over the years and this was the best stocked in terms of beach towels, chairs, coolers and a welcome basket. Ended up calling the location help number when we arrived and when we left and they were friendly and helpful both times.

We had a great family vacation at 8 laughing gull. House is well appointed and a short walk to the beach. Perfect for our family of 5. Sea pines is a great location. We rented bikes and rode all thru the area. Really enjoyable beach vacation.

Great Getaway!

This was by far the most well stocked vacation rental we have experienced. The home was very clean and had comfortable beds. There will be no problems cooking a meal and having all the utensils you would have at home. For example, having chip clips for your snacks was great! We would rent this house again!

Perfect!

8 Laughing Gull was perfect - located steps from the beach, single level, impeccably clean and thoughtfully accessorized. We had everything we needed, including a well equipped kitchen, laundry room and plenty of bath and beach towels. The home was light and bright - tile floors, sliding glass doors and skylights with comfortable beds. Perfect place, perfect stay!
