Terminé le 1er septembre 2016, cette maison est TOUT NEUF !! Ce qui fait que notre maison brille au-dessus du reste, c'est notre souci du détail. Nous croyons que votre temps de vacances est extrêmement précieux et nous avons travaillé dur pour faire de notre maison de vacances une destination qui non seulement augmentera votre plaisir, mais qui vous donnera des souvenirs durables et vous donnera envie de revenir année après année.
BOASTING 4 chambres à thème spectaculaires, y compris Harry Potter, Star Wars, chambre Princess avec lits Cinderella Carriage et une chambre Mickey, notre nouvelle villa de vacances possède encore plus! Entrez dans la salle de jeux de Jurassic Park pour passer un bon moment, ou détendez-vous dans notre loft d'inspiration vintage avec table de billard en ardoise haut de gamme et table à cartes.
Avec une piscine privée orientée plein sud, de nombreux sièges extérieurs comprenant 8 places à la table à manger, un coin salon sectionnel relaxant et des transats de piscine luxueux, vous pouvez vraiment trouver cet espace pour décompresser de l'excitation de vos vacances.
Le salon dispose d'un immense coin salon et d'une salle à manger intérieure pour 10 personnes, ainsi que d'un grand bar de petit-déjeuner en granit pouvant accueillir 5 personnes. La fabuleuse cuisine est entièrement chargée pour le chef, avec mijoteuse, gaufrier, cafetière et plus encore!

Worth it.

This villa was everything we needed to relax and enjoy ourselves. My only suggestion is that they update the cookware. Other than that it was perfect and accommodating. We absolutely loved our stay.

Golf Trip

This is a great house for golfers. We played courses all within a few miles of the house to limit travel time. The theater room is great for watching march madness and the spa is great for us old guys after golfing every day. The host was easy to communicate with and the house is in great condition. Thanks so much for a great stay!

We have stayed here several times and we absolutely love it. Everyone is so easy to work with, the owners are absolutely amazing and we have enjoyed their home very much when we have stayed there. We’ve had no problems except we couldn’t get the lights to come on. I think it was in the playroom and they took care of it right away. They get 100% from me.

Very nice house

Very clean home. Few things I would update is the hot water heater as there were 17 of us and all had cold showers and more pans to cook with. Very impressed with how fast they responded when we needed something. Would definitely stay again!

This property is exactly as the pictures show!!!! Everything’s was immaculate. The community is A-1. We had access to all the amenities. There was a clubhouse with a water park, gym & a lot of other things to do. The owner had the pool heat already on when we arrived, which we didn’t ask for, & there was no additional charge for it!!!! I would recommend this property to anyone that is looking for someone to stay with a large group. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather together or in smaller groups or alone!!!! I really enjoyed this property & my family & I will definitely be booking here again!!!!

Spring break 2024

We all really enjoyed our stay. The house is as listed, the kids really enjoyed the game room, pool table, pool and patio. The house was a nice walk to the clubhouse. During spring break the club house pool was very busy, I would recommend getting there when it opened to make sure you get a chair! But our families really enjoyed our homes pool. It had plenty of sunshine throughout the day! We would recommend renting this home and wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.

Perfect for the big Family

This house was perfect for the large family. It was the perfect setup to give us gathering space but also separation so we could relax in our own rooms. The upstairs was arranged for fun and TV time with the big screen projector. The downstairs was huge with plenty of seating on the sectional as well as the dining table and bar. Publix grocery store was a couple of minutes down the road. The owner and property manager were very responsive if issues arose. A definite recommendation for the big fam!!!

Pictures don't do justice to this home. The wow the children had when walking in was worth it alone! The management was so helpful as well as Well as Stephanie the owner. Who went out of her way to help me on a late night situation (my own fault). Thank you to her and the staff I give you all a 5star rating!

An amazing property.

It was just as the pictures portrayed. The attention to detail on the themed bedrooms/ games room was amazing. The management were quick to respond as washing machine broke and they replaced it. The only thing against was that it was a little bit tired. Loungers needed replacing and could do with new blinds etc. Lovely to have a heated pool etc. Would recommend.

Nice home to accomodate our large family and accessible to Orlando activities.

We really enjoyed our stay. Room and privacy for our large family of all ages. Response to questions we had about the pool function, air hockey game, etc were readily answered. The pool and hot tub were a favorite and we didn't even need to leave the villa. The only thing I would suggest is an on-demand water heater, that way a large home like this with many people taking showers, doing laundry, running the dishwasher, hot water would never run out and the system doesn't heat water endlessly. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you for the opportunity.

Beautiful house needs some repairs

I will first state that the house was very beautiful. My family and I had a wonderful time. The property manager was very accommodating when allowing us to enter the house a few hours before check in. And the clubhouse is Top Notch. The drive to Universal Studios was about 45 minutes and about 30 to Disney Parks. Extremely close to restaurants and grocery stores. While inspecting the home once we arrived we noticed that the theater chairs were destroyed and that the toilet in one of the master bathrooms had a leak (which didn’t get fixed while we were there) Also we noticed that the home needs a deep cleaning where the tables and TV stand are included. Overall these are minor issues that I was told they are working on fixing. My reason for giving 4stars

Family trip

Had a wonderful time. Great location. House has a few problems that need addressed. Ice maker in refrigerator makes ice but unable to drop ice at door button. Light in refrigerator does not work. No good skillet to cook with. Only 5 small spoons to eat with. The Harry Potter room and Star Wars room stay hot. Roku remote does not work in Harry Potter room. Unable to turn volume down on air hockey machine. The power control in game room is mislabeled. These issues we were able to cope with and the house is very nice. You just might want to fix for next guest.

We had the air con checked and temperature taken in the 2 rooms you outlined here and on inspection all was good with them and no other guests reported issues, so I am unsure as to what happened for you guys. The air hockey game is arcade standard and there is no volume control for guests who would prefer it quieter. The remote just needed some new batteries which we could have sent out someone to do for you, no problem. I have also taken inventory in the kitchen and ordered additional utensils, thank you so much for reporting this in your review as it allows us to continually add and maintain equipment. Thank you for choosing our beautiful villa, we would love to welcome you back, returning guests are offered a discount and we hope to see you and your family again soon!

Disappointed

While the house is pretty and the themed rooms are awesome for the kids… When we got there the property manager was still cleaning and said there was an issue with the pool heat and they’d be fixing it the next day. I had to text him to ask if it had been fixed, we received no updates. After 5 days the pool was still not even remotely warm, mentioned it again and it took 2 more days to be told it was either a major repair or replacement of the heater. We were there 10 days with no use of the pool which was why we chose the house, photos of the pool area over another home I rented. I messaged the homeowner looking for a refund of something due to no heat at the pool and have been ignored. The home does not have enough utensils to have everyone seated for 1 meal. There were 12 of us and 9 spoons, 11 forks. Pool area does not look like photos. The loungers in the photos are gone, there are only 3 and 1 is broken. They are plastic now, not cushioned. The championsgate community area is nice. The pool there is heated, lazy river nice (not heated) and seems like enough loungers for the colder weather we had.

Thank you for your review Margaret. Unfortunately, unless I have authorized an early check-in guests cannot access our home as it is being cleaned and needs to be inspected. We did have an unfortunate issue with our pool and we constantly sent out our team and professional pool repair company who advised they had remedied the issue with the pool. The pool heater was fixed and I was advised the pool was heating up as it should. Due to the issues you had reported with the heater not being 100% reliable without having a tech look at it we replaced bought a new pool heater so all is working as it should. I am very sorry for your experience and have offered a full refund for pool heat for you. On a plus side, our home is located just a 2 minutes walk from the pool at the clubhouse so we have convenient access and I was so happy you enjoyed all that our community ad clubhouse have to offer.

A little disappointed

Just got back from our 5 night stay & this was our first vacation rental ever- & for the amount of money that we paid to stay there, Im just disappointed with the amount of things we had to deal w the entire time we were there that were negative- would of rather just stay home..the inside of the house was beautiful, we loved the themed rooms (that’s what attracted us to the house in the first place.. but even the process leading up to the vacation was super stressful bc I rarely could get a hold of the home owner once money was paid..it took weeks of trying to reach out to her & I finally had to contact customer service for help multiple times to contact her for me & she did finally call & we spoke & she was very nice, but then for the rest of the remaining couple weeks leading up to our stay, she again responded once then was no where to be found, even on the day of check in.. we dealt w roaches the entire stay (dead & alive) - pest control did come out two days before we left, but i feel like that’s not something that should happen while your there, they should do all the spraying before guests arrive..there were no fans through out the house, which is my fault I guess bc I didn’t notice that in the pictures- but it was so warm to begin w, & the A/C temp was not allowed to be lowered below 72 & the downstairs was just hot all the time even w it being on 72 (& doors/windows were always kept shut) property manager had no answers for this. which kind of forced us to stay upstairs most of our time when we were not in the pool or game room bc it was much cooler up there.. the ice maker stopped working a day before we left & they couldn’t fix it so we had to buy ice..only two items to play in game room outside of ps4- ping pong & air hockey, which was cool except for the fact that the air hockey table didn’t work upon arrival.. maintenance came the 2nd day we were there to fix a list of things and we got to play on the air hockey table for 20 minutes then it was back to not working, I just didn’t feel like having to continue to have him come out to fix it again bc he seemed so agitated to be there, so we went without.. things were either broken upon arrival, kept falling apart or were missing (like tv remotes) & honestly I just couldn’t relax at all & was on edge bc I was so worried something else was gonna happen & I was gonna have to reach out to the property manager again to let her know about something else..

Be wary...

Let me first say that I have utilized VRBO probably 15 times over the past 5-10 years. Our family (5 children, many grandchildren) has had annual family reunions over the past 10 years. The house had themed bedrooms that our grandchildren enjoyed. The pool was small (these are cookie-cutter homes) but worked fine. The children enjoyed the pool table and the game room (although the game room, a converted garage, was not well-lit, the air hockey game was very loud [babies present], and the game station had electronic issues). Also, we did enjoy the clubhouse. Our major issues had to do with 3 areas: 1. Lack of communication, 2. Miscommunication, and 3. Misrepresentation. 1. Lack of communication. We were never informed that we would NOT HAVE EITHER A DISHWASHER OR A WASHING MACHINE to use at the facility. We had 16 family members present, all of which expected an on-site washing machine. I arrived, and the first comment from the inspector that was present (after 4:00 PM) was "You know about the problem with the dishwasher and washing machine...right?" No, I didn't, because there was no communication. I should also add that I sent 10-15 messages to the owner about this AND OTHER issues. I received responses 2-3 times. 2. Miscommunication. We had minor problems with pre-visit instructions (e.g. they state that you can register online OR at the Visitors Center...in reality, you MUST visit the Visitors Center before going to the property). Also, the instructions ON THE PROPERTY seem to be very generic, especially with regard to electronics. Not very helpful. We had multiple issues with various televisions. If I had not had substantial experience with electronics, this could have been a major issue. 3. Misrepresentation. As above, we expected to have a dishwasher and washing machine at the house, which we did not have. My reunion family of 16 were forced to go offsite multiple times just to do laundry. After multiple complaints, we were informed by the owner that 1) she understood the problem, and 2) we would be compensated with $200 for the time and effort of this problem. We were given a $30 laundromat card. WE NEVER RECEIVED THE COMPENSATION THAT WAS PROMISED. While the home had some nice features, this is one of the worst owner-renter experiences that I have encountered with VRBO. I would NOT rent from this owner again.

Thank you for your review Randy. It was a very unfortunate occurrence that you arrived at our home the day after a huge storm which blew the transformer and damaged some appliances in our home. As you know I was very disappointed for you and worked tirelessly to get new appliances delivered asap. I did refund $200 to you via PayPal for the inconvenience caused and on checking that is still sitting waiting for you to accept it. Unfortunately sometimes 'life happens' which is beyond our control. I feel assured that myself and our management company did our absolute best to remedy the situation for you but I do understand that when you are on vacation this is the last thing you want to have happen. All appliances are new and in fully working order and I would like to extend a much reduced rate to you and your guests should you wish to vacation with us again in the future so that you can experience how truly magical our home is.

Big gorgeous house with plenty of space. Games room for the kids to play in. Private heated pool/spa but the pump/heat wasn’t working right for us and it took them 4 days to repair/replace after we contacted them so we only got to enjoy it our last 2 nights there. The community itself seems nice and quiet, but on Friday/Saturday nights it seems there are lots of partyers and people driving crazily through the communities. Also takes about an hour to get to any of the Disney parks from this location due to traffic on i4 being at a near standstill every morning and evening. Overall, if you’re wanting a nice relaxing place to stay that can fit a big group of family/friends with common areas to hang out, this is a great place.

I absolutely loved the house it was beautiful and exactly like the pictures on the website

This was a family birthday trip for my children and I. The trip started off very stressful but once we got to the house my children were very excited and they loved it. I'm so happy that they were so excited and enjoyed their vacation

The home was very nice the kitchen was stocked with anything you would need to Prepare meals. The only thing I would stay is that the Bath towels need to be upgraded. Over all I would give it a 9.5 rating STL 07/23/2022

Everything we could ask for

Beautiful property on a gated community, safe for a nice walk or morning run. Comfortable beds for 18 of us with tv on each bedroom, big kitchen fully equipped, nice size heated pool for kids and adults, access to a small but nice water park with good service on a bar and restaurant. Walking distance to a Publix and a short drive to many stores and restaurants. We will definitely recommend for a family to stay in this property and make great memories. We will be back for sure!!
