Dencarik / LOVINA VILLA de luxe avec piscine privée directement sur la plage

La Villa Rumah Buka est située directement sur la plage de sable volcanique de la côte nord de Bali, loin du sud bondé de Bali, à seulement 5 km à l'ouest de la plage de Lovina.
C'est l'endroit idéal pour des vacances tranquilles, mais il y a beaucoup de choses à faire dans les environs immédiats et de nombreuses attractions et sites touristiques.

La villa peut accueillir 6 personnes et un lit bébé est disponible pour une 7ème (petite) personne.
La spacieuse chambre principale dispose d'un lit double « king size » confortable, d'un dressing, d'une salle de bain avec toilettes, lavabos et douche en plein air. La chambre du milieu dispose de deux lits simples, lavabo et douche à l'italienne et la 3ème chambre dispose également d'un spacieux lit double 'king-size'.La salle de bain est identique à celle de la chambre principale.

La villa dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec grand réfrigérateur et congélateur, d'un salon spacieux avec télévision par satellite et système DVD. Mais dans la pratique, vous « vivez » dehors, sur la grande terrasse couverte.

Vous pouvez louer une voiture avec ou sans chauffeur. Notre propre chauffeur Pablo est toujours disponible sur appel. Il récupère et emmène nos invités partout à Bali, y compris vers et depuis l'aéroport de Denpasar, dans le sud.


Espace extérieur de la villa : Vous « vivez » réellement tous les jours sur la grande terrasse couverte (80 m²) avec table à manger et chaises pour 6 personnes, un ensemble salon et deux fauteuils relax.
Dans le jardin tropical luxuriant, vous trouverez plusieurs endroits pour se détendre et/ou bronzer. De plus, il y a une grande piscine privée (12x6m) avec terrasse ensoleillée et transats à côté d'une aire de repos typiquement balinaise appelée Bale Benong.

De là, vous avez une très belle vue sur la mer de Bali au nord et par temps clair sur les volcans de Java à l'ouest et bien sûr sur les levers et couchers de soleil.

Vous louez la villa uniquement pour vous et votre groupe. Il n'y a pas d'autres locataires sur place !

Le service : Une équipe permanente de trois collaborateurs est à votre disposition, 6 jours sur 7, 8 heures par jour. Binter est notre jardinier. Il nettoie la piscine tous les jours. Wayan et Ketut veillent à ce que vous ne manquiez de rien. Ils gardent la maison propre et peuvent vous préparer des repas.

Les draps et les serviettes sont changés régulièrement. Les serviettes de piscine sont fournies ainsi que les articles de toilette. Les seules choses que vous êtes autorisé à faire vous-même sont les achats pour vos repas. Il est possible de vous faire livrer vos achats à domicile. Il est également possible de se faire livrer du pain frais tous les jours par le boulanger.

The villa and staff were top notch! Loved the pool:) we were in it every day wyan and binter kept the place in great shape plus making some great meals , we will miss the morning fruit bowls wayan made us they all did a great job i felt for putu trying his best to clean the beach but the ocean had other ideas lol

As wonderful as it looks

An amazing house in a gorgeous setting - the infinity pool looking out Over the sea is devine - I spent The week we stayed here either in or around the pool. The gardens are lush and tropical which adds to the ambience. The crown in the jewel is the staff who are only too happy to help you enjoy your time there - would definitely recommend

Amazing villa

Everything about this beautiful villa is amazing from the incredibly friendly employees to the pool, landscaping and wonderful views over the ocean. Wayan is an excellent cook and created some delicious local dishes from fresh food she purchased at the market.We highly recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for the perfect vacation villa in a more relaxed part of Bali

Very Relaxing

The staff were amazing - very attentive and accommodating. Not intrusive at all. Wayan did an outstanding job with cooking, cleaning, laundry as well as most helpful with anything requested of her. Binter keeps the grounds looking very nice and was always cheerful. Komang always on time and played well each evening.

Beautiful Villa

The Villa and staff were absolutely brilliant. The property itself is peaceful, with large rooms all with excellent en-suits and located right on the beach. The large manicured garden and swimming pool were beautifully maintained. Every meal cooked for us was delicious. A driver was also available for us for a small fee and took us on a couple of great tours to some beautiful locations and great restaurants. We could not have hoped for more and didn’t want to leave.

Fantastic stay in stunning location

Beautiful house set in an amazing garden with a stunning pool. Relax by the pool and see the most beautiful sunsets! The staff are lovely and helpful. House is very spacious and it’s located in a nice quiet area. We felt very comfortable and safe. Many restaurants do a transfer service if you wish to eat out. We used this quite a lot. A truly relaxing time and you would be hard pressed to find a better location

Rumah buka November 2024

Thoroughly enjoyed our 6 days at the villa. Garden is beautifully kept and we all enjoyed the pool. The layout of the villa was ideal for our 3 generation family, grandparents in the separate room, parents and kids in the adjoining rooms. Staff were polite and very helpful. Although we ate out most of the time, the offer to cook for us was always available. The only downsides were very minor and of no real consequence. Would recommend the dolphin watching, the waterfall tour and restaurants, Buddha Bakery and 10th Table. Pablo, the villa driver, was courteous, reliable and helpful.

Best villa in north Bali!

We had a fantastic time staying at Rumah Buka. It was clean and safe and quiet. The grounds and pool were amazing. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Wayan kept the villa spotless and is an excellent cook. Her fried bananas are amazing. Bitter kept the property very tidy. Homing plays beautiful music during dinner and made us comfortable over night. The information book was extremely helpful and informative. There isn't anything we would change about our trip to beautiful Bali.

Relax, repeat Relax

Our goal was to tune out and relax at a private no noise safe environment. Absolutely achieved. Pablo the driver picked us up on time with a smile on his face. Wayan the house keeper and cook was an amenity you should take advantage of. We quickly realized that Wayan was as good a cook as any restaurant. So we stayed at the villa and enjoyed Wayans cooking, why bother going out at night and try to navigate a menu. The location and villa was nice, the view was great, the pool grounds and security. We ABSOLUTELY loved our stay at the villa - thankyou! It was like a little piece of heaven, very tranquil ☺️. House is huge and tastefully decorated… pool is large and great for kids and adults alike…. Garden is beautiful… and beach and sea were lovely. Wayan (housekeeper and cook) was totally fabulous…. So very very lovely. She looked after us and cooked nearly every meal… we didn’t want to leave. Her food is amazing. Felt very spoilt. Thankyou 🥰. Komang ( night security) played for us each night which was lovely.. And well the garden and pool was pristine.. binter did a fab job maintaining each day. Amazing!!!

Of all of the places that we have been fortunate enough to stay around the world, this is our new favorite. The large clean well appointed home, the big pool, the large covered veranda, right on the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. The staff were wonderful; Pablo drove us to wherever we wanted to go, Binter kept the grounds and pool looking great, Komang made sure that we secure at night, and Wayan kept the house clean and was a great cook! Wayan cooked breakfast and dinner for us everyday except on her day off. The meals were great and the cost was very inexpensive. Communication with the property managers, Maddy and Ton was always fast, friendly and efficient. They even provided a local help person, Anik, who was only a phone call away for any assistance that you might need. There are many nice villas in Bali but this one would be hard to beat!

Everything we hoped for….and more

Previously we have stayed in small resorts in the South of Bali but this time decided to try a villa on the North coast and we are so glad we did. After a challenging year we wanted a really restful week to recharge and that’s exactly what we got at Rumah Buka. The staff were friendly, quiet and almost invisible until a meal or tea/coffee arrived. The pool was wonderful as was the day bed and the various places to sit and enjoy the view. The visiting masseuse was awesome and she was the best I have ever experienced by far. (Why did I only make time for 3 sessions?). Should you wish to leave the villa then Pablo the driver was there to take you wherever you wanted without fear of the Balinese roads. In summary this was a better experience than in any resort I have tried. Comfortable and hassle free with lovely people. Wonderful. Finally thanks to Ton for easy communication and especially to help us rectify our own silly mistake. Unreserved recommendation.

Perfect piece of paradise

A beautiful well maintained garden and villa, which exceeded our expectations. I felt a little wary about the idea of having 'staff', I needn't have done, they were lovely, helpful and we felt relaxed in their company. The whole environment was relaxing from the sound of the waves to the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We mainly had the lovely Wayan cook for us, but some local restaurants will come and collect you if you eat with them. We were picked up on the beach to go in search of dolphins and got a free ride to and from krisna water sports centre to go paragliding. It's only a 10 minute walk down the beach if the tides out, food and drink is available and we were allowed to use their pool. We utilized Pablos services too and spent a day visiting a temple and some waterfalls, amazing. A worthwhile journey, although a little strenuous climbing up before you get a lift on a motorbike back to the car. The Bali people are so welcoming and friendly and i'm sure, as with most people we didn't want to leave. A huge thank you to Wayan, Binter, Komang and Pablo, as well as the owners who made everything so easy and were always quick to respond.

When we spend our holidays in Bali in 2005 ,we came in contact with a real estate developer from Holland.
Within a couple of weeks we decided to buy a plot at the northcoast of Bali and 8 month later we were the proud owners of Rumah Buka. No regret untill today!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Due to the experience of staying at the northcoast of Bali during our holidays in 2006, we found out that the location of our plot was an excellent one.
The north of Bali is still authentic,far away from the crowded south. Our plot is located just 5 km west of Lovina Beach, a small scale holiday village directly at the Bali Sea.
It can be reached by 'bemo' public transport and there is still tranquillity and quietness in this area. A splendid place to relax and enjoy the Balinese culture and beautifull nature.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Every day you can enjoy the the murmur of the sea, the song of the birds, the view over the Bali Sea, enjoying the sun or rest in the Bale Benong,sitting in the shade, with a cool seabreeze reading a book or whatever you like to do, while the staff is taking care of you.
