Propriété en bord de mer dans le quartier de Treasure Island. avec un grand espace extérieur pour votre plaisir. Cette maison est située sur la plage du col de San Luis avec accès à la plage et pêche à quelques pas. Profitez du pont inférieur avec des zones ombragées pour vous détendre ou du pont supérieur avec une vue imprenable. Cuisine complète, laveuse / sécheuse, 5 lits, baignade et pêche à quelques pas. La chambre principale comprend une salle de bain attenante. Grand lit, gigogne gigogne et canapé futon. La deuxième chambre a un lit double et un lit double.

Awesome as always

We love this house! Always a fantastic stay, right on the beach! The house is perfect for us and our puppers. We love watching the dolphins in the mornings and listening to the waves at night!

Perfect!

My friends and I stayed here for our annual trip to San Luis Pass to fish. The place was perfect! The location is awesome, the house had everything we needed, and was clean and nice. The Kurig with Starbucks coffee was an especially nice touch being so far away from a coffee place. Working with Holly was easy and she fixed our one small problem with checkin quickly and kindly. We will try and book her place again.

Very nice!

Very nice place to stay! Cannot wait to stay here again! Clean! right on the beach everything is convenient assessable! Host was very nice gave us all the information we needed before we even came! The seahorse girl is a must.

Nice place for a getaway!

Just Beachy is a nice place! Very clean, comfy, modern appliances, everything works. Only issue: the master bedroom could user a larger bed (queen or king). Other than that, this is a great place for a getaway; the hosts are very responsive; property is well-cared for, has an unbeatable view, and a long quiet beach for strolls.

Cutest cottage on the coast

In 2023, it is difficult to find an owner who takes such great care to make sure guests have a splendid time. Holly is one of those rare owners. Cottage was amazingly well appointed, and the view of the Gulf superior. Fabulous rental!

Lovely house with beach front views

House was just as described. Right on the beach - rocky in front of the house, but a 2 min walk to the beach. This works great because you have beach front views with privacy (less people walking by) and are just steps from a sandy beach. We’d definitely go back!

What a cool little house!

Just returned from five nights at this cool beach house. It was just as described, clean, comfortable and truly just steps from the waves! The host, Holly is great and made the rental process simple and quick. My husband fished every day, and we rented a golf cart . I highly recommend a golf cart for the miles of beach you access literally right next to the house. So fun!

On the water

My wife and I really enjoyed our get away. The well stocked kitchen made cooking meals a pleasure. The deck is just feet from the breaking waves and we like hearing the ocean day and night. We also enjoyed relaxing on the comfy couch and watching the nice big screen TV.

The Perfect Beach House

My husband and I have rented many luxury homes along the beaches of Galveston and this one we agree may be our very favorite! If you want to feel the ocean breezes and relax this is the one. We were very impressed with the thought our hosts put into making our stay the most enjoyable it could be. From toothbrushes to aloe gel in case we burned (which we did) they thought of it all! Our dog loved it and the beach wasn’t ever crowded. Just a wonderful vacation from start to finish. Book it you won’t be sorry!

great getaway

We had a great time. BRING BUG SPRAY. The mosquitos are horrible on the ground mainly around grassy areas at all times and on the beach after sunset. Porch was my favorite spot. Neighborhood is friendly. Accommodations were accurately described. Thank you!

Great house, great views!!

The House was just as it was described. The view was amazing and we loved being able to walk out on the deck and listen to the waves. It was great having a second deck underneath to sit in the shade as well. Being just steps from the beach made it so enjoyable not to have to lug all of our beach gear so far and the fact that it was away from all the crowds was nice too. Holly was so quick on her response and a great host. We really enjoyed our time. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beach house.

Beautiful View!!!

The view is amazing. Dog friendly. The owner is very kind. We called her very late with entry issue and it was because we were at the wrong house! She was incredibly understanding despite the late hour. I highly recommend....and this area is much quieter than Galveston. Beach walks with very few people in the morning was so nice.

Fantastic Location But Problems Sleeping

Loved the decks and the views/sounds from the living and dining room areas of the home. The beach was right next-door. We love the views; and we loved sitting, either on the sand in the early morning or late afternoon, or sitting on one of the decks, or in the living room with the windows, open, listening and watching the waves. The only negative was the beds were very uncomfortable. The master bedroom bed sagged in the middle, so we slid towards each other. The double bed in the other room was very uncomfortable for both of our backs. I ended up sleeping on the couch and my husband ended up sleeping on the floor. We would happily return even if the beds did not improve, and just bring along decent air mattresses to sleep on and just use the very nice bedding that’s provided.
