Récemment rénové avec des travaux en pierre personnalisés et un mobilier haut de gamme. Entrée au rez-de-chaussée avec garage double. Chambre principale au premier étage avec très belle salle de bain et douche à l'italienne. Montez l'escalier en colimaçon aux chambres du deuxième étage, une avec lit queen et une avec lit king, et salle de bain complète avec douche à l'italienne. Toutes les chambres sont équipées de téléviseurs à écran plat et du câble. Laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Bel espace extérieur avec gaz, grill et entièrement clôturé. Equipé de câble et WiFi. Beautiful condo in a great location

My husband, a native Phoenician, and I moved to Florida a few years ago. Even he was surprised this location was incredibly convenient to every single thing we did over our three week stay. Additionally, I love that the property is so close to Mayo, and so miles and miles of running trails.

A week in the Sunshine!

Great accommodation and location

The property was perfect and a great location. The host Diania was exceptional. She greeted us and is very accommodating. One of the best hosts we have ever had at any of our VRBO rentals.

She met us at the property at check-in to review the property and offered great suggestions for activities. She went over and above what any other property manager has done in our experience. Nice place!

This place has lots of room and is comfortable. It was in a nice location too. It was very hot when we were there so we went to the pool but the water was too cold. We were a bit disappointed in that but everything else was nice.

Details not accurate

We arrived and Host said the pool was heated and everything worked. The coffee machines were both not working my husband had to fix one. I phoned the host a few times prior to us coming and we were told the pool was clean and heated to swim in. The pool grounds were not maintained, bird feces everywhere and the pool was ice cold. Our grandchildren could not go swimming. The unit also was not child friendly and dark. The floors were dirtying the kitchen and we had to deal with construction noise.

The condo was meticulously clean and absolutely gorgeous. Beds were so comfortable. Diania couldn’t have been more helpful and responsive. We loved it there and we will definitely be back! Thank you so much Diania!

Terrific home away from home

Great location, easy access to all highways/loops. Quiet neighborhood, which was great. Patio area wonderful, and the pool and facilities were very clean! Home was well described and maintained. Loved our stay!

Just beautiful! 5 stars!

What a gorgeous home! Beautiful, clean, spacious and stylish. We were amazed by the detailed touches both in the design of the home and the amenities. Our best Vrbo experience yet. Diania has thought of everything - the bed and bath linens are beautiful, spa-quality. The furniture is impressive, everything looks brand new and top notch. Plenty of space for our family of 4 adults. The kitchen and entire space was spotless and well appointed. We used the grill (clean and full tank) and enjoyed the little outdoor seating area. The location was convenient for our day trips and easy drive to restaurants. Diania is a lovely host, gracious, thoughtful and helpful. We enjoyed relaxing indoors as much as sightseeing. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is a beautiful updated condo. Amazing attention to detail. Very clean. Great location. Kitchen well equipped and spacious bedrooms. Quaint outdoor seating area. Host prompt in returning emails calls or texts. Would definitely stay here again given the opportunity.

Fantastic home away from home!!!!!

The townhouse was beautiful! It was beautifully decorated and had a high quality decor! The location in north Scottsdale was perfect. Our hostess was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating! The whole experience made for a wonderful vacation! We look forward to returning!

Very nice and very convenient with a great host!

Communication with the host was excellent prior to arrival. At arrival we were met and given a tour of the rental along with a brief overview of some surrounding things to do. The property is very quiet and super clean. The bed in the primary bedroom was great! All the comforts of home with everything working as it should, the outdoor patio is really nice. The neighborhood seemed very safe and centrally located, especially to the Kierland Commons area. The garage is a nice bonus. The pool area is just steps away and very clean with nice loungers. Overall, this a very nice property with excellent amenities and a very attentive host. The property is a strong value and we would stay here again without hesitation!
