Great locations and comfy lodgings to return to after long days of skiing. Wonderful host who is very responsive to questions and provides great information. Highly recommend this accommodation!
My family stayed here a couple of weeks ago and it was perfect for us! The location couldnât have been better, very close to Main St. in Frisco and easy access to the highway. The beds and couches were comfy and there was plenty of space. Very cozy vibe and it had everything by we needed. I had a couple of questions about the weather and the owner was super quick at responding. Would definitely stay here again!
This was a great condo for our family of 4. We arrived and had a little trouble with our door code. I called Mike and he responded right away by changing the code and followed up with me the next day. My daughter appreciated that the guest bedroom had an extension cord reaching to the top bunk so she could charge her phone. We used the kitchen during our stay and found all we needed. We even played one of the kids games (yes, teenagers enjoyed them). We live far from the area, but if we travel there to ski again we will definitely book this property. It was a perfect place for us!
This stay was a perfect little summer retreat. The location was perfect to relax in nature, walk down to Main Street, close to hiking and bike paths. It was fast to get to grocery stores. Kitchen uniquely well stocked. The only challenge was a little bit of noise in Master bedroom from highway when sleeping with windows open in the summer. Cute place! Excellent accommodation.
Condo was conveniently located right by Main Street Frisco. Cute shops and restaurants downtown. Easy to drive to other towns including Breckenridge and Vail. Condo was very clean, comfy beds, plenty of room for a family of 5 and Mike, the host, was super responsive, kind and helpful with suggestions for activities. We had a great stay!
This condo had everything our family needed and more - great location, plenty of space, stocked kitchen and bathrooms, a balcony nestled in the trees, very clean and fun mountain decor ... we will be back and will stay longer next time!
We had a wonderful time with our family for a long weekend. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The sound of the river outside the back deck is awesome and relaxing. The owner was super helpful and the beds were very comfortable. Thanks for a fun weekend.
The property was as described. Very clean and renovated. The bedroom layouts were perfect for a family of 4 (and large beds in the bunk room so kids can double-up if needed). The kitchen and living space is a little small at first, but we didnât find it to be an issue as we (family with 2 young kids) didnât spend much time watching TV or cooking. We typically stay in Breck so this was our first time in Frisco. While the location is a little further out from the busy part of Main Street, we didnât have any problems with proximity since everything was a quick 2 min drive (or 10 mins to Breck). We all thought it was perfect for us and would stay again!
Two couples stayed here for a ski trip to Copper this February. The condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location is very good and a short walk to the free shuttle to Copper which we used every day. Frisco is a small, but very cool town and was decorated beautifully in lights while we were there. In addition, it's close to Breckenridge which is another big plus. Very good central location and very easy to get onto I-70 two blocks away, yet you'll still feel like you're off the beaten path while here. It's very quiet. The only real complaint we had, which can be easily rectified (IMO) was that we found the kitchen table / eating area a little too dark at night when there is no natural light from outside. It needs a light over the table rather badly. The living area is also a bit small, but very comfortable and not really a complaint - just an observation which we expected anyhow. But it's fine for 2 couples, and it's very good for the price. The owner, Mike, was very quick to respond to all inquiries and although I didn't speak to him (that I recall), we did have exchange several emails and text messages a week after we got home when my wife realized she left a few minor things behind Might was super helpful and went up to the condo (twice) to find the items and promptly found and shipped them back to us! Super helpful & a great guy!! We would definitely stay here again and it's always reassuring to know you have a great owner if you run into any problems. Thanks, Mike!
Old man me and three teens appreciated this perfectly situated condo from which to launch to different ski slopes like Keystone, Breckenridge and Vail. Just off I-70, and, less than 1 mile to downtown (not bus dist) Frisco, this condo was perfect. A wood burning stove to dry out boots and gloves and warm bones, very clean and comfortably appointed kitchen bathrooms and bedrooms. Eating out was part of the adventure but full kitchen for any so inclined. Excellent instructions and communication from host. Would absolutely return and recommend.
Had a great stay, condo was comfortable, plenty of towels, tranquil river sounds, wood burning fireplace, TV w/ apps, bedding was nice and comfy, well stocked kitchen, and quiet building, 30 seconds to I-70 (can't hear highway from condo), 5 min to grocery, 10 min to Target/Silverthorne. 20 min to Vail, less than 10 to Copper, and 15 min to Breck. Check in/out was seamless
We have stayed at a lot of VRBOâs and Michaelâs was our favorite because of all the above. But the rushing river in the back just put his place over the edge literally. We stayed on our back balcony overlooking the river a lot of our time. It was just so peaceful so serene so private. Michael thought of everything to make us feel at home as he had anything and everything you would need in his condo. I have not one negative thing to say! We will hopefully be back. JD & CD
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The condo was spotless & equipped w/ all needed amenities, including a fully-stocked kitchen. Downtown Frisco was a stroll or short car drive away. Mike was great w/ communication & had a vast list of recommendations. He also thought of our kidsâŠpriceless. We would definitely book Mikeâs condo again!
This was the perfect location for our short spring break ski trip to Loveland and Copper. The condo building is old, but the inside was clean and updated. It had everything we needed. Would have been nice to have laundry in condo, but it was a short 20 yard walk to laundry facility. Beautiful view of the stream outside balcony door. Would definitely come back.
Michael's condo is 2 blocks from the free ski bus to the mountains and a quick drive to the main street. Perfectly located on a cute little river, it's easy on and off the highway (no highway noise at all) and close to Breck (about 25 mins) and Copper Mountain (about 10 mins). The condo was perfect for my family of 4. The main BR has a queen bed with private bath and the 2nd room is queen over queen bunks. The kitchen had everything we could use if we actually cooked (spices, utensils, crockpot, pretty much everything you need!) The restaurants in town are so great, why cook in? The living room and fireplace were very cozy. There's a place to store skis and bags and lots of firewood. I guess the only critique is that the condo is smaller than the pictures indicate but, it really was convenient, well equipped and decorated tastefully. I would stay here again!
Great condo and location for a ski vacation, itâs central to all the local resorts. Lots to do in Frisco and just a short drive to Breckinridge. The owner was great to work with and the rental process was fluid.
We fulfilled our lifelong dream by purchasing this condo in the summer of 2014. We've been long-time VRBO renters and have set up our condo to be an easy and clean rental for you. We truly enjoy spending our time there - and appreciate renters who will take care of our property as their own! We have consistently made updates over the years - bathroom renovations and updates, new kitchen, new beds and linens, new doors, new floors, new fireplace, new entryway tiles, new deck, new deck railing and closet, and not sure what I'm forgetting. New and new. We use it too and want it to be nice and expect you'll enjoy it the same way we do.
If you have little ones, let us know. We can help you out with what we've got or what we know.
We looked for a property in the mountains for 2+ years before instantly falling in love with the river in the backyard of the property - along with the secluded setting and private balcony. We also wanted to be walking distance to the restaurants and bars downtown, and close to skiing.
WIth new floors and carpeting, the property has been professionally updated throughout. New, matching linens await you, and a stocked kitchen will ensure you can tackle any meal you'd like, if you decide not to sample the great local offerings.
