We had a wonderful 10 night stay. We arrived to find the apartment spotlessly clean and with an assortment of welcome goodies. The Prosecco and chocolate went down a treat Maria! Thank-you! Perfectly located in a tranquil yet vibrant part of Noosaville, a super easy walk to restaurants, bars, cafes and Noosa River. We loved hiring a boat for a few hours and touring the river with a stop for a swim. The apartment is very comfortable and is a terrific base. Itâs lovely too if you just want to stay in. We made good use of the pool and private courtyard daily! The well equipped kitchen has everything you need. Weâll be back Maria & Geoff.
Noosasville was a great spot for us. Relaxed short walk to cafes and restaurants. 20 second walk to riverbank. Super quiet. Apartment is clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Host was easy to reach and very helpful. Discovered we could catch a ferry to Hastings Street so no need to find a carpark in busy Noosa.
Conveniently located at Noosaville ... close to the riverfront and a range of cafes and restaurants.

A real gem just off Noosa river. Easy and quick access to the river and restaurants. Accommodation is generous, modern and well appointed. Maria a super host. All boxes ticked. Will stay here again without hesitation.

Wonderful place to say. Round the corner to Gympie Tce which has plenty of restaurants, cafes and Pelican beach. The unit was well presented and had everything you needed. Would stay again in the future.
Loved our stay at this property. Spotlessly clean, arrived to a lovely and generous basket of goodies. Has everything you need including a beach bag and so close to the Noosaville eateries and river foreshore for swimming. Highly recommended.
Lovely property thatâs very well stocked with everything you need. Great location that quiet but close enough to walk everywhere. Only downside was that the bed in the 2nd bedroom was very hard! Would stay again, especially in summer.
We had a lovely time during our stay. The apartment was well appointed with everything you could think of to be comfortable during our stay. The welcome package was so thoughtful and well received. Early morning and evening walks where a pleasure with the location just meters away from the pristine Nossa River. Bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable, livong space is very comfortable. Many balconies to sit on and enjoy a coffee or afternoon cocktail. We will be back again and look forward to our next visit.

Great quiet location close to the waterfront. Clean and tidy with lots of little extras. Owners easy to deal with. One sunny balcony off the front bedroom.
I love travel, art, languages, and spending time with family and good friends. Noosa offers great restaurants with sustainable food produce, pristine beaches, excellent hiking and a very laid back and friendly vibe. My husband and I love relaxing and spending time here because of the many things to experience here.
What attracted us most about this property was its close proximity to the water. As we enjoy kayaking and paddle boarding it's so easy to pop the board or kayak into the water 30 metres away. The bike tracks in this area are very safe, scenic and fabulous. We are walking distance to all supermarkets, and we ride down to the Noosa Gourmet Markets often. There are an abundance of restaurants walking distance away. In fact you may never need your car. The other feature we love about the unit is the private garden it offers with complete privacy.
The waterviews from the upstairs balcony are serene and once again the garden around the unit is unique and private. Even though it's just a 2 bedroom unit we have 2 living areas and each bedroom has its own ensuite and there is an extra toilet downstairs. There is loads of space. I've equipped the kitchen for people who like to cook as it really annoyed me when we used to rent holiday places ourselves with no amenities on the entertaining side. We have cleaners who use organic based products only and we try to steer away from any chemicals.
