A entièrement rénové maison de 4 chambres situé dans la belle Soldiers Hill. Capacité d'accueil jusqu'à 9 personnes confortablement avec une abondance de caractère et de confort situées dans un facile 5 minutes à pied des restaurants, historique des affaires de Ballarat et le transport.

A 5 minutes à pied de la gare de Ballarat et une belle promenade en ville pour un peu de shopping, visite de la galerie d'art, une bouchée à manger ou un spectacle à l'historique Théâtre de Sa Majestés.

Situé dans la belle Soldiers Hill et à distance de marche de tous les grands restaurants et les pubs locaux. Soldiers Hill est bien connue pour son architecture historique, belle bordée d'arbres des rues et la proximité de Ballarat CBD

We really enjoyed our stay. Close to Aldi. House was exactly what we needed. It is close to train track and we could hear the trains in the front rooms but didnt notice them while in the rest of the house.

Great trip away with the boys. Property was well catered for and is super convenient to walk into town.Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely house to share a stay with extended family

House has plenty of character and is in a location that is an easy walk to town. All the amenities catered for our needs. Host was helpful and accommodating to our requests.Found that the single bed in Bedroom 3 is actually a high bunk bed which meant the person planning to sleep there had to sleep on couch as could not climb the stairs. Also Bedroom 4 is bunk beds - not 2 singles - and only accessed via Bedroom 3 which made it not private. Felt the description should have explained the sleeping arrangement better.

The property is starting to show its age but is still fully functional. Whilst it has a sleeping capacity of nine, there is only one bathroom and dining capacity for six. It is quite close to a busy rail line which may be a problem for light sleepers.

Plenty of Room and Beds. Location to town was great but the trains at night were very interruptive being so close to the train line.

Excellent location and comfortable house.

Well presented and versatile rooms. Only one bathroom which was ok for us but could be awkward for larger groups. Would certainly like to visit again.

A lovely cosy home.

It was very convenient for the activities in Ballarat that we had planned. Communication was easy and questions answered promptly. The layout was perfect with areas able to be closed off for warmth and privacy.

A fabulous stay....

Great location, suited all our needs with beds for all nine of us. There is an oven which wasn’t listed so can do all your own cooking. Great communication with the owner. The only down-side was that it’s opposite the train line.

Great location, easy to walk into town, great pub around the corner, plenty of space .

Great property for larger groups of people, however keep in mind the 1 bathroom and toilet located in there. Limited parking and be mindful very to train line. Also, the 3rd bedroom is off kitchen area and has a loft bed.

Very comfortable beds

The loft bed was fun and it was great to have so many tv’s!!! A really lovely home with everything you could need. My mum loved the coffee machine. The only thing that could have been better was if the water was hotter. I recommend for anyone to stay there.

It is close to the railway crossing so if your a light sleeper you will be up early but everything else more then made up for it. Great place to stay

Great home

This property was a lovely place to stay. We had 4 adults and 2 kids, 1 toddler and 1 baby and was a great size to cater for all. It can be a bit noisy due to the trains but overall it was a nice place to stay. Was clean however bins were full meaning we couldn't put all our rubbish in, there was a bit of dog poo in back yard which the toddler wanted to play with BUT they are only faults. I do recommend this place.

We had a great weekend away at Abode.

Our weekend Away at Ballarat and our stay at this house was very relaxing, the house had everything we needed. It was lovely to arrive at the house on a cold evening, the heater and lamp was on, such a welcoming gesture. The house has everything you need also very family friendly. Comfortable beds, lovely linen and a wonderful kitchen. The only downside was that it was right near the train line and you can hear the trains. However an overall fantastic stay. Thank you
