Amazing aircon! But, beds werenât made up properly- no inners in duvet covers. Microwave, dryer, beach towels and garage listed but not provided! Hairdryer would be nice. Convenient location.
Decent sized space with queen bedroom and twin bedroom down stairs and mezzanine level with open-plan queen and single beds upstairs. I imagine mezzanine will bake in Summer as no a/c unit other than from whatâs blowing downstairs in lounge room, in winter it was stuffy by the end of the day. A fan is provided on mezzanine to circulate air. House was tidy and kitchen reasonably well stocked, could use a jug in the fridge for cold water. The bathroom towel rack was promptly fixed and replaced when mentioned it was broken to homeowner, much appreciated. Microwave wasnât working and never fixed/replaced. Stovetop and bbq both working fine. Itâs a quiet villa even though adjacent the main street. With a few little fixes/updates Iâd give this villa 4 out of 5 stars instead of 3.
Lots of room for lots of luggage. Extremely comfortable for a long stay. I loved the spacious fridge in a kitchen large enough for baking. The internal laundry with washing machine made washing very easy. I felt very secure in this cabin when the edge of cyclone Sean passed through.
The accommodation was amazing as was our host. We needed a few questions answered and our host was awesome getting back to us very promptly
Will definitely stay again
Really loved our 4 nights here. Very convenient location, spacious and clean. Could have been a bit more welcoming with some coffee, tea and milk and maybe more than one toilet roll!
Unit is a fantastic location and perfectly set up for a family holiday to enjoy all Exmouth town, Cape Range National park and Ningaloo reef have to offer. Highly recommend.
Thank you. We all had a wonderful stay. Itâs our second time at the Osprey, communications with the host was easy and prompt. We will rebook again soon : )

This unit was located in a good central place. The accomodation was roomy for two teenagers. We only used two rooms as other family members were not able to join us. Recommend to holidayers of all ages as complex also has a well maintained pool.
Good house with plenty of space, just some weird smells
The house was good, beds arenât very comfy and the bathroom smells no matter how many times we cleaned it. Useful outdoor toilet and shower for coming back from the beach. Plenty of parking for cars with trailers. Would definitely stay here again
Clean property in convenient location. Had read previous reviews so was aware that there were no bare essentials in the pantry like oil, salt/pepper etc. We had no issues, easy check in and check out.
The location was close to the shops and walking distance to a pub. The unit had everything we needed, was clean and practical. Airconditioning was good, smart tv was appreciated by our sons and the outdoor bathroom was handy. The pool area was well maintained with a nice pool. We would go back there another time.
Unit was not as clean as I expected. Had no dryer even though the add stated one. Saw cockroaches crawling in the kitchen and facilities were old and in need of an upgrade. The bathroom had mould and the tiles in the shower were slippery.
First stayed in these units when they were new in the 90's and this one is certainly looking a bit tired now. It was perfectly clean and furnished cheaply to basic level, but the single beds are rock hard and the mezzanine floor, which is 'bedroom 3', is unusable in the warmer months as there's only a floor fan, no aircon, and the unit in living area has no effect up there. There's no conventional oven and, like other reviewers we couldn't get the microwave to work properly. If there's a trick to this, maybe leave out instructions, otherwise it needs replacing ASAP. A cold tap in main shower also needs looking at. Turn it too far and it falls off. Most noticeable though was the lack of any small additions that could have improved the place a great deal. A few pantry basics, a water jug for the fridge, extra pillows, more bedside lamps, good window coverings etc. (I found myself making a mental list of what it lacked!). Aside from noisy Friday nights at The Potshot, the villa is well located and the pool was nice when we used it. However, frustratingly, it just needs a relatively small investment to make this place a whole lot nicer.
Great, but microwave didn't work, tried contacting but no response, chopping boards needs replacing, BBQ dirty a few basics would be a nice touch for guests like a few tea bags, sachets of coffee and a little milk maybe would be our suggestion. We did enjoy our stay overall, thank you.
