Relaxation attend dans le salon de cette maison haut de gamme. Passez votre temps à lire sur le canapé, en regardant quelque chose sur la smart TV à écran plat, ou apporter votre ordinateur portable le long et utiliser le WiFi gratuit!

You have never mentioned any issues during your stay. After checking out tried for a refund or discount for no reason. When you have seen you will not receive one, you added a negative review. I wish we could select our guests better...

The place is wonderful, clean and well located. All parks were about 17-22 minutes from the location. The owner is very responsive of the customers need.

Good time in FL!

This house was a refreshing spot away from the crowds of the convention center area where we played in the AAU volleyball tournament. The pool was a treat and the golf course back ground gave a nice view. It was a 45 minute drive to Universal Studios. Overall nice house!

Lovely place

We had a great stay. Location is great, the house is in a community that is mostly private residence so it’s a peaceful area. Pool backs on to a golf course, it’s nice to watch the golfers, all very respectful. Pool is a great size. House is great. Primary bedroom was great, large comfy bed. Kitchen is a great size and had everything you need. We would definitely stay here again.

Orlando stay

Perfect house, great location! We enjoyed our stay here. We paid for the pool heat and it was perfect! My only suggestion would be to update the book on the internet password. I wrote it down from the email and realized the book was wrong. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice home. Good location but not very clean. Needs maintenance

The house overall is beautiful but could use some maintenance and a good cleaning. There were cobwebs on the light fixtures and the mouldings were very dusty. Pool could use some maintenance and the dishwasher was leaking.

It was good!

We loved the house and the location. We were disappointed that the thermostat was permanently held at 75 though as that was way to hot for our family especially for someone who was pregnant. Also a little confused on the wording in the book left about having the sheets and towels washed prior to our leaving as we left by 5:40am but after rereading it seemed to say that it would be helpful if those this were done not needed to be done. Also the book left by the host with instructions seemed to be outdated with information such as trash day. It was a nice house and it all worked out but just a little frustrating with the temps in the house.

Nice property needing a couple of tweaks

Non-matching chairs in the lounge area, one large armchair and the other small no-arms chair made it difficult for two people. Sofa behind chairs too far from TV. No TV in kitchen/dining area. No blinds or curtains on kitchen/patio access doors and bedroom curtains were see-through from the outside.

Could be better-owners don’t seem to maintain

The house seems like it can have great potential. First off, the house was not all the way put together. The chairs outside were all pushed together with cushions piled up. The two white chairs were broken. They have nothing extra for you to use such as toilet paper dishwasher pods or anything. 1 or 2 of these items to get the stay started would greatly be appreciated and kind. The pool was dirty and smelled really bad. Also not to mention someone had the same passcode as us to get into the house and I am so thankful my family was home to see this as the person was able to get all the way into the living room. I know the owners did not seem to believe but Mauro did say that the lady did in fact have the same code so, I had to have them come back after already being there once to fix the chairs and to turn in the filter for the pool. The two TVs in the spare rooms did not have remotes. The master bed was extremely loud and seems old probably should replace. The curtains were also very see-through in the master room, so watch out when it’s dark out and lights on are. They did seem annoyed but I feel like these are basic things that should be done no matter what. Overall I think the house could be good but the owners don’t seem to care as much as the other vrbo’s I have stayed at in the past.

Hi Kali, first of all thank you for your candid review regarding our Villa. Usually in the rain season like this, the cleaning team use to put up the cushions of the exterior furniture in order to not remain full of water when you want to use them. Also , when they clean the deck they will put the plastic furniture in one side of the deck. It looks like this was a big issue for you, however, it may be very normal for a Florida property. The previous guests do not advised about the broke chair, so as you mentioned , we have taken care and bring you others. The pool timer got some issue and we have change it as soon as you advised. I would understand such a review if during your stay no one would assist you with the details , but we've been there anytime you have sent a request. Best wishes, Nicole

Kids weekend

I was very impressed with how clean and well kept the property was and how comfortable the feel the home was - the only thing that I feel could be an improvement is - stock of toilet paper and a few other household items that people don't think of to bring on a trip (trashbags, papertowels...etc) Other than that - I DEFINITELY will rent this property again.

Nice stay, good location.

This home is well represented in the photos. We addressed the dishwasher not working (heater failure code), response from Mauro the property manager was very quick. Very quiet neighborhood but be aware the golf course and cart path are feet from the pool. My only complaint was the very early morning grass cutting on the golf course which is no fault of the property owner. Their remodel of the home is well done. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Great vacation home

We had an amazing time in this house. It is exactly as showing in the pictures. Very peaceful. Location is perfect, pretty close to supermarkets, parks, stores. The only issue we had was that the dishwasher wasn't working, it was leaking so we couldn't take advantage of that and the AC thermostat is controlled by the property manager, which was not ideal. However we contacted the property manager and she was open to make the changes we requested. Other than that, we had an amazing time and we would definitely come back in the near future.

Nice and clean but no amenities

We use VRBO at least once a year and we have always stayed in homes that had a decent supply of basics like salt and pepper, extra toilet paper, napkins, etc. This house has nothing. Also, we were happy that we paid extra to heat the pool but whatever chemicals they are using to keep it clean are now destroying everyone's skin. We are all burning and itching!

Not a bad stay at all

Very convenient neighborhood. The property was well kept. The pool can use some cleaning. The front yard can use some landscaping- too many bushes out front. I would stay here again in the near future

Beautifully decorated Florida rental

Overall check-in was great. Online photos are a great representation of what it actually looks like. The outside bushes up the walk way could use some trimming as it was very overgrown. There were also three hornets nests on the corner of the outside garage door..we were away most of the days so it did not bother us. Other than that the rental was a great addition to our Florida vacation and not to far from Tampa and Disney. We did pay 40$ extra a day to have the pool heated..a little pricey to charge but at the time necessary. Would recommend to friends and family!

Nice Home

Property was as described. Clean, plenty of cooking utensils. I paid to have the pool heated and it was lovely. I reached out to the host to get TV log in credentials override so that I could log into my own accounts because theirs was locked. I was never able to do so. Good thing I packed my laptop because my partner is a TV junkie. We just watched movies and TV apps that way. Great stay overall.

So cozy!

Such a great reprieve from the hustle and bustle of Orlando yet close to everything we needed. We enjoyed greeting the golfers in the morning and taking a dip in the pool at night. Decor was lovely and Nicole made check-in seamless. We enjoyed our stay so much!

Quiet Neighborhood Cute House

The house was very much like the photos posted on VRBO and was very clean and nicely decorated. Very minimalistic, but fresh and new. We had a dryer issue and realized there really wasn't very many places to hang towels up outside. But, we were able to use the dryer at a close property after it was cleaned and the renters checked out. Those issues do come up, the solution was helpful. The maintenance manager was very apologetic and wanted to help. One thing to note "if" you have a back issue and need a firm bed, the master bedroom does not have a very firm bed. I would love to stay at this property again, if there was a newer firm bed added. All in all, we have stayed at a half dozen or so different homes in the Orlando area and this is one of my favorites. Very spacious and nice access to the pool off the kitchen. The golf course behind the house is not an issue and was entertaining as we were abiding by the social isolation rule. Yes, folks Disney was closed! We arrived at the start of the Covid-19 Pandemic and I felt very safe, secluded and had no issues finding necessary supplies for our week long stay. Fridge and oven etc were in good working order. Showers also, great condition, newly tiled.
