The garden room is nestled in a private garden, steps to the beach. The garden may be shared with other guest if occupied during your stay. The garden room is separated by a door from guesthouse, There is a “Private entrance” , and bathroom. Ideal for one guest! Good for two guests, if planning to spend day outside, working, or visiting family locally. Tranquil garden to relax and grill. Great set up for working remotely and taking , "beach breaks"' . Walk to nearby restaurants and convenience store. No need for a car, easy to walk to several locations. Bike rental close-by. Parking is free but not always available for the garden room. You may need to park at the main house or in adjacent parking lot for a cost. Please notify host if you require parking.

Room was great for a short trip for 1-2 people. The air conditioning unit was very loud but kind of helped drown out the noise. The room was clean and the location was great

I spent 20 years in Boca, and this property is right near the best beach in south florida. This place is perfect if you want to enjoy the beach but in the middle of everything you will want to do.

The host was a great communicator. The room was small as it says in the listing. People were staying in an adjacent space and we could hear every word they said. It was awkward. We whispered so as not to be heard by them. The place was clean and we got what we needed out of the room

Great location for an enjoyable stay!

Loved staying so close to the beach. Excellent communication with Denise who is very welcoming. Place is very clean, bed very comfortable, lots of amenities available (parking, soaps...). I highly recommend staying here for a getaway to Boca Raton!

Short stay in Boca Raton

I wanted just a few days in Boca Raton and this was a great place to stay. Couldn’t be closer to the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. Denise was very accommodating. Would return for sure.

Very close to the beach! Small room but we didn’t spend much time in the room. We rented bikes, went shopping, and relaxed on the beach!

Property was good. Old deckboards and thin towels but bed was very comfortable. Terrible communication with host causing me a lot of stress and worry. Probably wouldn’t choose vrbo again because of it.

Denise and her place is A M A Z I N G !

This was my second stay at her property- the first time was another room. I won't go anywhere else when I go back to Boca Raton! The location is in between everywhere you want to be and the beach is literally right across the street! She is the kindest, most hospitable host you will ever meet and SUPER responsive if you should need anything. Cheers Denise! Til next time!

So close to the beach!

We only needed a place to sleep but the beach was literally walking distance! So we saw the sunrise and enjoyed picking up a few shells. The place was quite small. There were noisy guests next door but with the white noise we were ok. Denise went out of her way to explain the parking and check-in. All in all this place suited our needs The garden was lovely to have our coffee in the morning.

GREAT location!

The small apartment was perfect for one person. It had virtually everything i needed. It was relatively clean; just the ceiling fan needed to be cleaned.It included so many things for the beach scene with chairs, umbrella. There was a barking dog but I called the host and she addressed it immediately. Good service. The ocean is across the street!!! I had a small tropical garden to sit in. And you could hear the wave from the apartment. There are good eateries less than 2 blocks away. I would return to this great find. Just need a larger map /photos to find the apartments. Thank you!

Very clean. Difficult to find as it was behind the main house and no directions to locate the room provided. Owner had to come out and show me how to locate the driveway and room. This is a 2 room guest house. First night adjoining room people fought at night and in morning. No room to spread out anywhere and would be difficult for 2 people to stay. Had to put suitcase on bed because no floor space. Difficult to adjust shower temperature and sink had no room to even leave a toothbrush on. Close to beach and was fine for my needs.

Just stay in a hotel

Our stay was below average. It’s clean and close to the beach. The pictures make it seem like you will get a peaceful backyard with a patio but its shared with two other rentals. We had two dogs in the adjacent rental that barked all night. The pictures with the patio furniture are outside of a different rental. Its a small space with minimal room for 2 people and bags. To have AC you need the loud window unit on non stop. The fridge barely works. The shower feels jerry rigged. The interior paint has moisture damage and is bubbling off the wall. The hosts grand children tried walking into our rental the last morning. The host said she would refund one of our nights due to the fact hurricane milton was coming through and we couldnt make it on our scheduled start date. Then she decided she didnt want to give us a refund because we checked in a few hours early On our second scheduled day. I would not recommend this rental. Just get a hotel.

Not Impressed

Your entry is thru the bathroom and from the start we were not impressed. The pictures online are very deceiving making it look larger than it actually is - it is a ROOM and that is it! The A/C is some standup unit that is loud as can be and definitely takes away from space in the room instead of using a window unit to give more room walking around the bed. It has a large cabinet which takes up even more room on the one side of the bed. Little do you know that there is an extra door in the room that connects to the next unit, and you can hear everything going on over there. Apparently, nobody is told that there are quiet hours and husband had to go tell Unit 2 at midnight to turn their loudness off as the host did not respond to text messages starting at 11 when she was texted the first time about the problem, first responded at 745 the next morning. Definitely would not recommend staying here.

NOT HAPPY!

Rental property was super small but okay, I could deal with that because we weren't planning on spending much time there anyway. Planned on a 4-night stay with Denise but that was cut short because of an excavator working on the property next door starting at 7am our first morning. Communicated with Denise my disappointment and she assured me a refund via text message. Denise never notified us prior to our stay that there was construction, for the last two months next door, or we would have booked somewhere else. Contacted VRBO about a refund and Denise tried to push the blame everywhere else but herself. She did send me a refund for one night and the cleaning fee. Thanks, I guess.

Location, location, location

There aren't that many great places to stay in Boca at a good price, so this was a real find. Being close to the beach, I was able to enjoy sunrise, sunset, swims, and long walks. This was also close to the folks I was visiting, shopping, dining and much more. Really enjoyed my stay!
