The house was beautiful and completely as advertised! We were so comfortable there and loved the pool and rooftop hot tub! Terri, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and even got us local pricing for the water taxi and helped us get our luggage to the water taxi at the end of our stay. We really appreciated her!

Clean and very comfortable place to stay near lots of activity. Very responsive host. Home feels safe and private. Great air conditioning. We loved the private pool after a long hot day exploring. We will be back! Thank you!

Nice house with great outdoor space and convenient enough to town and other areas.

Nice house with great outdoor space with pool and roof top hot tub. Plenty of space indoors for family of 6. Terri was very helpful and a good communicator. Convenient enough golf cart ride to center of town and quieter sections north of bridge. We enjoyed staying in the house.

Wonderful property

Our stay at Casa Cafe was great. The house was lovely, very clean and kept up and it was located in a great location. Pool was very nice and the balcony was wonderful. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We LOVED it!

This property is beautiful and located in a great spot. We greatly enjoyed the back deck/pool area and dock. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for 4 adults. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and utensils we needed to cook for several meals while there. We would and plan to go back as soon as we can!

Belize Getaway

The house was perfect for our three couples. It was clean and hed everything we needed for our stay. In addition, it was conveniently located to town, restaurants and activities. We enjoyed the pool in the heat of late afternoons. And the property manager was very helpful with check in and transportation, as well as activities and restaurant recommendations. We would definitely stay there again!

Excellent Property.

The property was perfect in every way. Great location. A short ride into town, very close to a pier where we were picked up for diving and other day trips, an easy drive to Secret Beach, and several fantastic restaurants just a few minutes away. The house was comfortable, clean and perfect for our family of 5. The private pool and upstairs sitting area were a great way to relax in the afternoons and evenings, with a constant breeze and breath-taking views. It's the property manager, Terri, however that really made the property stand out. She arranged for everything from a golf cart to day trips, had great suggestions for restaurants and other local places to visit, and made us feel at home for our entire stay. Terri took all of the stress out of the trip and allowed us to just relax and have fun. We will definitely rent here again the next time we travel to San Pedro.

Relaxing getaway

This property goes well beyond the description given on the website. Terri, the property manager, makes sure you are well taken care of from the moment you arrive at the airport. She goes above and beyond helping you get situated on the island. The rooftop patio is an unexpected delight. We spent time here enjoying the sunset and the gentle ocean breezes.

Wonderful home minutes from downtown San Pedro on Ambergris Caye. Amazing backyard pool looking over a lagoon with beautiful sunrises. Massive rooftop deck with lounge chairs and hot tub. Each room had its own air conditioner allowing me, my wife, and four sons to customize each rooms' temperature.Nice community pool with very close restaurants and grocery stores. Everyone seemed to be tri-lingual (English, Spanish and Creole). Both US and Belizean currency accepted interchangeably.Terri Aldana (property concierge) was instrumental in streamlining our stay helping me book travel from airport to ferry dock, renting a golf cart and even pre-purchasing ferry tickets for my family. Warm and friendly she responded very quickly to any issues. Her excursion and restaurant recommendations were spot on and really made the trip memorable. We will miss San Pedro.

Wonderful stay

The place was wonderful and Teri was so much help...We had 7 adults and we enjoyed the whole place. Upstairs on the roof was our favorite. Hot tub!! But was a little disappointed there was no propane for the BBQ. We should of mentioned it but didn't. That was they only thing that we found that was a disappointment. I would recommend this place to everyone. Beautiful...

Lagoon front property close to town.

This private villa in the gated Mara Laguna area was a nice location for a family vacation. Located less that half a mile from what I consider to be the start of the Downtown area, this location is excellent. With roving security and a gated entry, it is a private and secure setting. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor areas as well as the roof top patio, There's ample room for a family or small group. We utilized the dock to come and go a few times which was nice, but the water at the entrance to the lagoon section is only bout 2' in depth so it will be limited to smaller craft. Management and staff were readily available... I recommend this property and would likely book it again for a similar trip.

Pristine beautiful home in San Pedro

We spent 3 nights here and couldn’t be more pleased. The property is pristine and so comfortable. Each room has its own AC controls to make each persons space exactly to their liking. The interior all feels new and up to date. The pictures provided accurately depict what you expect. We also loved that it’s in a complex of homes where there’s a guard watching the entrance. Also, it’s north of the bridge so you are in a quieter area of San Pedro overlooking the beautiful mangrove bay side of the island. And the best is Terri the concierge. She picked us up from the ferry, arranged our airfare for the day we left, the ferry tickets, recommendations for restaurants and set up our golf cart rental. Didn’t have to figure anything out on our own and kept us in that chill vacation mode the whole time. Can’t recommend this rental enough!

An Absolutely Amazing Vacation

This truly was a vacation of a lifetime, one that began the moment we stepped off the water taxi onto the beach in San Pedro. Terri couldn't have been more helpful in getting us situated with a rental golf cart and transporting us to the property, which was magnificent. It was just as pictured in the VRBO listing, and so much more. Quiet, peaceful, right on the water, with a magnificent pool and rooftop "bubble tub." The location was perfect, within an easy walk of a great local market, and easy access to everything we wanted to do. Again, Terri arranged snorkeling excursions for all of us, as well as a sunset sail, and suggested some amazing places to eat. Recommendations: Definitely make the trip up to Secret Beach (we loved Blue Bayou), have dinner at the Purple Pelican and the Blue Water Grill, enjoy a rum punch at 303, and definitely kayak in the lagoon right off the dock at the villa. Lovely property if you like distance

Great house/property for couples and or family. Had every amenity that you could want. I didn't anticipate a salt water pool, which is a bit more work. The property is lovely but definitely in need of a week of tlc. Towel racks missing, kitchen faucet almost unplumbed, light bulbs missing, trash and garbage on the banks of the lagoon, etc. The flies are a real problem. Screens on the slider doors and tighter fighting doors would help. Definitely more than a mile to town. Not convenient to anything. Not sure that I would stay there again. I'd probably look for something closer to town.

Paradise

A few things made this the perfect trip - leaving Wisconsin cold weather to a beautiful property with hidden gems all around. And Terri - if we didn't have Terri and her husband, we would have felt so lost. The communication was nothing less than superb. The suggestions - the ease of getting snorkeling and anything we needed set up (golf cart - yea just get it for the whole stay), it made the stay feel like we were home. The house was in a gated community and I think was the only house with a pool, which we used frequently. The outdoor upstairs patio was a beautiful spot for the sunrise (and a few other things). The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was small but perfect for what we needed (basically just to cook breakfast). The location was ideal - go to the Farmhouse - go snorkeling with Flor's crew at Searious Adventures - make sure you get Gary as a guide - dinner at Caramba in San Pedro is a must, Capricorn was delicious - taco's at AJI's - I could go on and on. Can't wait to go back!

Amazing Vacation

We took our 3 grown kids for a family trip to Belize for a diving vacation. I can honestly say it was a trip of a life time. I searched for the perfect VRBO and chose this one. What a wonderful find. The house is absolutely perfect. It exceeded all of our expectations. The private salt water pool was such a central part to start and finish every day. We would all just hang out each morning, when we got back from our excursions, at night before bed. The house is well stocked with everything you can possibly need for cooking in with a lovely kitchen and a bbq deck upstairs with tons of room and hot tub. The location is amazing. It's a short golf cart ride to every where you need to go. The neighborhood was quiet and just lovely with a great restaurant a short walk away on property. The pictures you see on line are exactly what you get but the amenities are better. You will be able to work with Terri, the concierge for the property. Terri is a wealth of knowledge, knows all of the tour companies, best restaurants and is able to guide you, help you make your reservations and is so responsive. She will make sure you feel comfortable and literally will pick you up at the Water Ferry and help you get settled with your golf carts, and take you to the the beautiful Villa. I honestly feel I couldn't have pulled off this trip without her. She made sure everything ran perfectly. I would give her and the property more than 5 stars if possible. Perfect!
