Hi again!, The 'ROOMROMO' team is back with a bigger and better project "SYE 39 residence" after our very first project "ROMPO" earned the 'SUPERHOST' status on the airbnb account. What makes us truly unique is our dedicated host - Kriang, Champtik, and Waan from BKK.

We decided to move on the new project and put in a Manmoth effort to make it even more perfect for our guests. A little fun fact, the word "SYE" is Thai means "BANYAN" in english. Our core concept is to create a warm welcome, peaceful and serenity feeling reflected in the home design locating right at the heart of Bangkok. That is why we chose to create this project in Sukhumvit 39 right behind the famous mall Emquartier as our new homebase!
SYE 39 residence is also a small art gallery! We have our good friend, "Jhoanne" who have found her passion in colors through abstract paintings. We decided to display all her work at our property !!!
If you like any of her work please, do let us know as it is also for sale. Part of the proceeds will be giving to charity work.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
Together both rooms have 3 double beds, en suite with private shower bathroom with basic toiletries, living area with sofa and smartTV. We also provide, slipper, towels , hair dryer,small safety box, instant coffee in every room. Daily free light snack, instant noodle, soft-drink and drinking water is arranged for you in the refrigerator in the kitchen on ground floor.
At our place we would highly recommend to see some good art pieces from our good friend, Jhoanne, (please see her photo in the gallery) who have found her passion in colors through abstract paintings.
