this immaculate casita was the perfect two-night stay for me and is exactly as advertised. it's in a great neighborhood, it's quiet, parking is ample, hosts communicated promptly and answered all questions. There's a huge closet with a full-mirror, though I didn't need the closet, it looked incredible. The bed was comfortable, the place was well decorated and it had everything I needed. I loved the table and chairs and how they used the space. I recommend it!
The property is wonderful! It's quiet & private, well stocked, spacious, clean, with a comfy king bed. The courtyard is a lovely place to enjoy coffee, breakfast, or cocktails. The location feels very private and is also so convenient to access everything. It's walking distance to Canyon Rd & the Plaza. Marge communicated with us about everything!
This casita was very comfortable. The host was commutative and quickly helped when we had any issues. It was decorated nicely. We would recommend it and would stay there again.
This elegant Santa Fe style studio apt, just a block from Canyon Road, offers a peaceful and convenient location. The interior is a very tasteful blend of southwestern charm and modern elegance, with the living, bedroom, and kitchen integrated into the main space. The one wall kitchen was gorgeously designed, well equipped, and had stunning tiles. We appreciated a separate washer, dryer, newly renovated bathroom and convenient on-site parking. The outdoor space was perfect for enjoying morning coffee, making this a solid choice for anyone visiting Santa Fe.
Stayed here for an anniversary trip, and if we come back to Santa Fe would absolutely stay here again. Property details are accurately covered by the listing photos; tranquil space that's a 20 min walk to the town square and footsteps to Canyon Rd. We loved our time in SF and our stay here was a huge part. The bed is more on the firm side, whether that's a pro or a con for you.Awesome stay! 5 stars in every sense.
My wife and I stayed for three nights for a quick getaway. Located in a quiet part of the historic district about two blocks from all the Canyon Road galleries and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.
The casita was in an excellent location. We walked to the plaza every morning for exercise and the trees along the way were so pretty. The casita was exceptionally clean! We were very close to everything we wanted to see in Santa Fe. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The kitchen and laundry room was nice and had everything we needed. Hopefully this casita will be available next time we are in Santa Fe!
I loved every minute of my stay in this tastefully appointed casita, and though I was traveling along, I felt completely safe. The neighborhood was charming and so quiet I could hear crickets at night. The kitchen was very clean and well appointed. Aside from the lovely bathroom and very comfy bed, I appreciated the rather large closet which included drawers and shelving, enough for two people to share at least one weeks worth of clothes, etc. The casita couldn't have been better located, away from the downtown hubbub, but a stone's throw from galleries and really great restaurants. The hosts were also very responsive. I will definitely be returning!
We were so happy to return to this Casita, which we first booked last March. It felt like home and was just as cozy, comfortable and welcoming as we remembered. And its proximity to Canyon Road with galleries and bistros is a plus!
Loved our stay! Weâve typically had success in staying at VRBO places in Santa Fe, and likewise this did not disappoint. Comfortable king bed, extremely clean, and well-appointed studio. Bath and kitchen were lovely. Thanks!!

Serious Plumbing issues
Upon arrival there was a very strong odor of sewer gas which permeated the entire casita. We called the host who was in Poland - she insisted the odor was not sewer gas but the portable AC unit which has âa funky odorâ. She admitted the sewer drain recently had issues but had been âfixedâ. After 24 hrs of using the plumbing the smell abated. 3rd day of our stay there was weak shower pressure with barely enough water to bathe. On the 4th day there was NO water coming out of the shower. While trying to reach the host in Poland, there was a loud crash & the tub spout w/diverter âfellâ out of the wall. Now there was NO way to bathe. Host said plumber would come by during the day, but never did. That evening (6:30pm)while at dinner w/friends, the sister of the host (also out of state) phones to ask âwhen will we be homeâ to let the plumber in (he couldnât find the hidden key). She admitted plumber had been there the week before & thought the problem had been fixed. We refused to cut our evening short to accommodate their plumber. We said weâd shower at a friendâs house but requested a one night credit for the inconvenience of not showering for 2days. Host said yes, we were due something, but never issued a credit OR responded. Instead, she filed an claim with the insurance policy we bought for $430. No refund & she bills Insurance! This is a very old building (charming as it is) with plumbing and sewer problems that the host is well aware of. It was a VERY stressful stay.
This accommodation checked all the boxes. Squeaky clean. Spacious room (larger that it looks in the photos). Very comfortable bed. Very inviting outdoor space with the acequia running through it. An easy 2-block walk to Canyon Road with its galleries and three restaurants. Quiet neighborhood with interesting possibilities for strolling.
This cute little casita was very clean and well appointed, just a few minutes from the art gallery district and a quick drive or bike ride to eateries.
