L'appartement est au centre de tout ce que vous avez besoin avec essentiellement tous Melbourne à distance de marche ou un voyage de tramway rapide. Excellent property

We highly recommend this property. Great location, fabulous views, lovely well appointed unit, outstanding value. We were met and showed around by Nancy who was a great help. We have stayed in Melbourne many times over the years and this is by far the best place we have stayed in. We will return!

Wonderful views

This was the second time we have stayed at this apartment. Once again it could not be faulted. From the warm welcome by Doug to the immaculate apartment with fabulous views and excellent location opposite Spencer Street station. We have had many visits to Melbourne over the years and this is the best apartment we have stayed in. Very reasonably priced too.

Beautifully presented apartment in a great central location.

Spacious and clean, walking distance to pretty much anywhere in Melbourne. Full kitchen and pretty much everything you need including parking. Ideal for business travel. Will stay there again.

Persönliche Einführung durch den Besitzer Doug. Treffen problemlos an Southern Cross Station, wo der Skybus nach einer Fahrt vom Flughafen ankam, und hat super geklappt. Lage der Wohnung fantastisch, insbesondere für Tram und Verkehrsverbindungen. Wohnung hat nur Queensize-Bett, dafür aber wie das Wohnzimmer, einen fantastischen Blick vom 38. Stock. Klimaanlage arbeitet schwach, man muss die Rollos unten halten über Tag. Keine Schallschutzfenster, ist also relativ laut.Sonst toll!

Well-equipped, clean, modern condo in a great location! Hope to return some day.

Very convenient location in the CBD. Easy transportation via the SkyBus from Melbourne airport to the terminal across the street from the condo. Owner, Doug, met us outside the station and escorted us to the condo for a very thorough tour of the unit. The condo was great for two people; clean, modern, well equipped and, importantly, a very comfortable bed. Umbrellas and bicycle helmets were even provided! The only amenity not included is in-unit WiFi. Free WiFi was available just outside the building. Location was great for exploring the interesting architecture, public art installations, museums, shops and restaurants of the CBD as well as for getting to Melbourne Park for the Australian Tennis Open, the Docklands, Southbank and several Melbourne Gardens among other attractions. A well-stocked grocery store is also located essentially across the street. We especially enjoyed the condo's balcony high above Melbourne. If we are fortunate enough to visit Melbourne again, we will most certainly check the availability of Doug's condo.

Perfect!

We came to Melbourne for the tennis and stayed here for a week in January. The accommodation is fabulous, very clean and comfortable with all the conveniences you need. We found it central to trams but we mostly walked whenever we were out in the CBD. It's location to the Skybus terminal means easy transport to and from the airport. Communication with Doug was fantastic so meet and greet was very easy and on time. This is our second stay at the apartment and we will definitely be back.

Truly Magnificent Views

Clean, Large single bedroom unit, trams within 100 metres, across the road from Skybus terminal. Full Kitchen and washing facilities large screen tv.. Superb.

great location...well stocked apartment

We recently stayed 11 days in this apartment. We loved everything about it,especially the bed and the view...our one suggestion for improvement,and which prevented me from giving it 5 stars,was the Air conditioning. There is only one unit which is in the lounge room,which is meant to cool the whole unit...and unfortunately it doesnt. Even the provision of a fan in the bedroom would have been beneficial. We stayed when it was very warm in Melbourne,and it did make some nights very uncomfortable. BUT...the unit is absolutely lovely,very well stocked,as if you were at home,and beautiful views,especially at night. Meet and greet was good,but maybe explain to the visitors where the nearest trams are. But overall,a very nice apartment...would i return?? Only if the airconditioning was improved. Thankyou

Hi Sheena. Thanks for the favourable. Most appreciated. In relation too the trams they travel all around the CBD and free of charge which is great for tourists. Yes there is one air con unit but normally works fine if left on the 40 degree days with the blinds down whilst you are out touring Melbourne during the day. SUPERB APARTMENT

Beautifully appointed apartment, with all the necessary essentials. Some lovely extra touches added, which was very much appreciated after a long journey. Absolutely breath taking views of the harbour and city. Great central location and only a short walk to Skybus, trams and train. Excellent apartment!

This was a fantastic place for me to stay whilst starting my new job round the corner. The owner was very accommodating with my date changes and nothing was too much trouble. It has all the bits & pieces you would expect in a high quality serviced apartment without the price tag! Nice touches like meet & greet with the key handover and a cold beer & bottled water in the fridge on arrival were a pleasant surprise. The views are amazing and transport is on the doorstep - nice to have a gym, pool and sauna to use to wind down at the end of a hectic day at the office. I have recommended it to my interstate/Trans Tasman colleagues at my new company as a fantastic alternative to a tiny hotel room.

Excellent property!

We stayed here for a week during the Australian Open tennis and were very happy with the apartment. Very well appointed, clean and comfortable with fantastic views. Very close to Skybus, trains and trams. We found it central to everything we wanted to do. The apartment faces west so was a bit hot in the afternoon/evenings but the living area is air conditioned. Owner adds some nice extra touches on arrival. We will use this apartment again.

Wonderful apartment

Everything from the location, cleanliness and price is terrific. Some nice touches by the owner to make you feel welcome on arrival. A simple, comfortable apartment with an amazing view from the balcony. Close to everything, especially transport (Southern Cross Station, Skybus, etc) as well as tram stops right near the door to get around Melbourne. Will be staying again later in the year, well worth it.

Fantastic Property

This property had everything! Close to everything no need to drive you could walk. It was a clean,quite comfortable apartment. We did not want to leave we will definitely be back!
