Cet appartement de 2 chambres est situé dans un complexe bien rangé au troisième étage. Cet appartement dispose d'un balcon donnant sur la piscine et d'une cuisine entièrement équipée. Cet appartement dispose également d'une télévision à écran plat avec un lecteur D. V.D, d'une buanderie interne, d'un parking couvert et se trouve à quelques pas des magasins, des restaurants et de la célèbre plage de Flynns pour attraper une vague.

Cet appartement peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes avec 1 lit queen-size dans la chambre principale et 2 lits simples dans la deuxième chambre.

Very very dated, carpets not clean, mattress cover stained, not enough toilet paper for 7 days, oven not clean, I refused to cook in it. Thick layers of dust on all dining room chairs and wardrobe doors in small bedroom. I won’t be back

Great location terrible cleanliness

The apartment was not clean when we arrived. I had to buy cleaning products! The mould in the shower was horrendous. The bed linen was dirty. There was only 3 forks. The plates and cups needed to be Re washed. The apartment looks into the back of a restaurant so heard load air conditioning all not. Probably worst place we have ever stayed. Real estate agent was fabulous. Location near beach was also great

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Tidy basic apartment, close to Flynns beach, good base point for exploring the area. Double bed master and 2 singles in 2nd bedroom. comfortable balcony. Laundry off kitchen with washing machine and dryer. My stay was interrupted by the annual fire alarm check however was out this day so didn't affect my stay too much. Overall a functional unit. communal pool cons: bedrooms back onto food business therefore noisy at times with rubbish disposal and cars. 3rd floor no elevator, must remember to press the timed light button as stairwell dark! and this can time out part way up at times.

Unit was clean and tidy - highly recommended for a small family. Only problem for me (overweight & middle-aged) was the apartment was at the top of the stairs - lol. No views but, hey, go for a walk.

Pool is nice to swim in after a day at the beach, I fell asleep on the pool lounge so relaxing. Great spot to get the kids off tech and outdoors, easy to ride or walk into town. Flynn’s is great for surfing and body boarding, life guards too. Highly recommend

Great location, very spacious

We enjoyed our stay and would come back again. Close to beach and good restaurants. Pool was closed a few days, until repaired, and had some issues getting the correct pool key.

Family catch up in Paradise.

The property was clean 2 Bedroom unit & convenient to local beaches & restaurants. A perfect economy stay holiday. The unit was ‘tired’ but suitable.

Simply what I needed

When back in Port Macquarie, I'll be contacting Wiseberry again. They were easy to communicate with and the property itself had everything listed. Close to shops to stock up on what's needed, so, little was needed to be brought from home. Thank you!

I loved the location, it's just perfect. You get charged a cleaning fee so I have to say I can expect a clean flat but have to submit cupboard could need a wipe inside and outside. Doesn't matter if it's an older looking unit but if you pay for cleaning I expect more. Would be nice to offer breakfast bowls and a few other things in the kitchen... The support for checking and during my stay was just great and helpful. Thanks for that! I had a great stay and really enjoyed my time :) Angelika

Definitely budget

Important to note this is on the top floor. We were a bit disappointed with this unit. Yes it's cheap accommodation but the owners could take a little more pride/effort in it. Little noisy at night. Just across the road from Flynn's beach which was good. We'd probably stay elsewhere next time.

I would have loved to have a hose to wash my car. The dvd remote did not work. I know it’s difficult to clean the windows, but the windows were off’ish. Other than that we were very happy with our stay and wanted to stay longer. We will come back and also refer others

I will certainly inform strata about the windows as these are taken care of by them due to the height of the complex. I will also see that the batteries are replaced on the dvd remote.
