This private room and bath are located in a house on the Cape Cod Canal - has great views of the canal and occasional long boats that come through the canal during the day and at night. The long boats can be cruise liners, large container vessels, yachts, large sailing vessels, and seasonally tall ships. The characteristic fog horns and the smell of the ocean lets you know that you are definitely on Cape Cod. This room is very inviting and comfortable. Located in a wooded area, yet is accessible to many attractions - including restaurants, shops, beaches, and more. The Cape Cod Canal is a wonderful place to walk, fish, or bike ride.

The room is located in a house that is near the Massachusetts Maritime Academy, Cape Cod Hospital and Falmouth Hospital. Also an easy quick drive to Plymouth waterfront, Sandwich Center, Falmouth Center, and more. Trips to Boston are easy because the Plymouth and Brockton bus line is just 3.5 minutes away with free parking. The bus regularly goes to Logan Airport and South Station, Boston. So much to see and do -- so close and so easy!

This bedroom with private bath is equipped with a mini refrigerator and microwave, and the kitchen is not available for guests to use. During COVID the common spaces of the house are not accessible to guests. All guests must wear a mask and social distance in the presence of others.
