Comfortable Stay with Mountain View

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The three beds, including the sofa bed, were perfect for our group of three ladies. Having our own bathrooms was super convenient, especially at night. The hot tub at the clubhouse was wonderful for relaxing after a cold day!Mark was very kind—he called us before check-in to share helpful information about nearby grocery stores in Clayton and local takeout options.We highly recommend this condo for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Relaxing and beautiful church bells!

Sky Valley is beautiful! Our accommodations were everything we look for in a relaxing stay: clean, spacious, comfortable, beautiful mountain view, quick response from our host, our internet was not perfect but that happens in the mountains, and the icing on the cake was the beautiful music from the church below!

All aspects of the rental were great! Lovely property. As older folks, the 6 stairs to the unit were manageable. Such warm inviting atmosphere! Waterfall very close Communication was excellent. View was beautiful. Wish we could have stayed longer, we will be back.

I took my kids here for a long weekend so that we could go snow tubing and explore the area. The property was perfect. It was clean and had plenty of space for the five of us. The location was beautiful and we spent some time walking around the Sky Valley resort paths. I’m sure it is busier in the summer but our winter getaway was peaceful and quiet. Scaly Mountaim tubing was only a 15 minute drive. We would love to go back and visit this property again in the future!

Great location. Condo has age on it. The bed mattresses need to be replaced....they had sagging & were very uncomfortable! Don't know if we would stay here again.

The property was extremely comfortable and had absolutely every detail anyone could possibly ask for. Mark, the property manager, was extremely attentive and on top of everything. As is true with most listings, the pictures were flattering and it wasn't clear that this was a downstairs unit, however, it was beautifully equipped.. It might be time for a deep clean on the carpets, otherwise, perfect!

I loved this spot in Sky Valley. It's a quiet community just far enough away from the hustling and bustling of the city of Atlanta. My small family of 4 had a few issues with our GPS taking us to different areas but we called a management number listed for assistance and was met by a nice gentleman who taken us directly to our apartment/condo complex. Once we figured the door code out, it was a breath of fresh air to see how comfy, cozy and clean this unit was. My boyfriend usually cooks on our little mini vacays and he had everything he needed which is a plus. The 2 1/2 bathrooms were a plus!! Very comfortable and inviting living room area and the beds were super comfy also. The open views of the forest and mountains was nice sitting on the porch out back relaxing after a day of horseback riding at 'Dillard House Stables'. I loved that I could bring my little Chihuahua, she enjoyed exploring the trails nearby. I would definitely like to come back for a week next year, soon.

Overall an exceptional trip. The directions that GPS gave were not good and I was lost for over an hour trying to find the place. Other than that I would definitely come again. Thank you for an amazing time.

Mark was a great host, from giving us directions, and grocery store recommendations, and very prompt response to our needs! The area is beautiful, and the unit was roomy, beautifully decorated and very cozy!

Peaceful Beautiful Sky Valley

Beautiful condo, wonderful management, very well equipped, exceptional mountain view. We had a wonderful 2-week vacation and we truly enjoyed the Sky Valley golf course and many nearby activities (don't miss the Alpaca Fram in Franklin). We also enjoyed the many local vineyards and some very good restaurants restaurants. Definitely the best equipped condo we have rented.
