Always Beautiful!!!! Property was just what we were looking for!! Right on the beach, balcony, wifi, great bed/bedding, clean, functional kitchen, large shower with good counter space and all the amenities!! Very private and quiet property! Love.Love.Love.

Maui Escape

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My sister and I stayed @ Kaleialoha #315 for 11 nights. The ever changing vistas from the lanai were a treat to experience . Sunsets, changing waves and water conditions, turtles coming up to the wall to feed off the rocks and a few whales spouting and breaching in the distance. We found the water, rocks and sand conditions not too conducive to swimming near the condo but did see people in and out of the water and paddle boarders surfing the waves. The condo is well located for walking to strip malls-about a mile or so to the food trucks behind which is a long walking trail along Kaanapali beach to Black Rock. A car is a must to get to other local beaches and bring gear for snorkelling etc. the condo was well equipped with starter supplies of tp, paper towel, Kleenex etc. and plenty of cooking and eating utensils, dishes, etc. we loved that beach chairs (backpack style),beach towels and snorkel and boogie boarding gear were there for us to use. The corner unit had cross breezes and fans to keep it comfortable. With the windows open @ night we could hear other tenants and children but all but the waves were quiet by 9:00pm. Very comfortable bed, sheets and pillows. Condo not brand new but quaintly decorated and the tile floors make sand clean up easy. Overall a great stay.

Exceptional Bali inspired Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I enjoyed 10 nights in this lovely condo overlooking the ocean with fantastic sunsets nearly every night! We walked to nearby restaurants and shops. The steps down to the beach were a bit difficult for this 70+ swimmer to navigate. However, the grassy area with lounge chairs was fabulous for sunning! Sandy beaches were nearby to drive to, however parking could be a challenge. Was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy Maui!

Great location relaxing stay

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall stay was good. There was just a mixup on our reservation the last night we needed to be moved to another unit to accommodate another guest. The other unit didn’t have AC as our original expected accommodations which initially I thought was a big deal. I expected to stay in the accommodations I reserved. Lonnie was apologetic on many occasions. I ended up adding another night stay after I booked which was confirmed to be available but approximately a week before traveling we were notified we would have to move to another unit on our last day. It all worked out and we enjoyed our stay. The only down fall was the insect 🐜 issue roaches.

The condo was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, clean, and the best was the amazing view. We saw turtles every day, whales twice and the amazing sunset. The bed was extremely comfortable and the breeze through the condo was powerful enough so we didn’t need to use the fans. Close to eating places and beaches and free parking spot ( we had a car rented). Overall was an amazing place we are happy we found and we’ll stay there again when we return to Maui. Mahalo!

Going to sleep and waking up with the sound of the ocean is a major attraction. The location is situated in a relatively quiet area yet close enough to walk to beaches and restaurants. I'm thankful we stayed here because you don't fully know what you're going to get until you get there and this happened to be a place we don't regret. You will enjoy it too. Lastly, having a private kitchen and laundry facilities is a big plus!

Wonderful location and well-supplied unit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit has a nice amount of sitting area and a well-stocked kitchen. We loved the dish/drinking glass variety and there are plenty of pots/pans/food storage containers. The bed was very comfortable. As with the other units, the provided sheets are microfiber, so we brought our own sheets because we prefer cotton, especially in hot climates. This unit is on the 3rd floor, which allows for a nice view of the water/turtles and gorgeous sunsets watched from the lanai. The palm trees in the photos are no longer there, unfortunately. They added to the view, but they've been removed, I'm sure for a good reason. The landscape and buildings overall are well-maintained and since it's a smaller condo building, the size allows one to feel like they are a part of a temporary family while staying there.Just two things to make note of regarding this unit - it doesn't have A/C but it has a lot of windows. The breeze through the unit is a good, strong one, which helps keep the worst of the heat at bay. So, if you like a good, strong natural breeze and are not bothered by heat, this is the unit for you. We were grateful for the ceiling fans that are very efficient and especially for the floor fan provided by the owner! The other note is that being a corner unit, the potential of more outside noises coming in is higher because there are more windows. For those not bothered by noises, this is not a problem, but something to be considered. Lonnie, your go-to manager, is very responsive and helpful so we felt well taken care of.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the property for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The unit was clean and was nice and bright. We were on the balcony relaxing most of the time enjoying the ocean front view. It was great having a washer and dryer in the unit itself, it made it very convenient. There was no AC but the ceiling fans in the living room and the bedroom were sufficient. We were very comfortable the whole time. The only thing that needs a drastic improvement would be the building’s elevator. The only word I can use to describe it would be gross. It is dated and the carpet was filthy.

We had a great, close-up view of the ocean and its lapping waterline from our corner unit lanai and we loved the breezes coming through the windows on the north side in both the main room and the bedroom. You can of course close the windows, but we like the feeling of being outside as much as possible when visiting Maui. Lonnie was very attentive and everything was as promised. Mahalo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We could not have had a better place to stay. Perfect for two. Missed out on so much news as rarely had the TV on. We spent a lot of time on the lanai watching the whales. We did three tours while on the island and met up with some of the others staying in other condo’s there for happy hour. The view is breathtaking.

Perfect location and view

Conveniently located near several beaches (we elected to drive, but only a few minutes drive and you're at fairly non-populated beaches), shops, grocery stores, and perfect even if you don't plan on doing a lot of anything. :) The view was perfect. Rainbows spotted outside the Lanai every day we were there. I know a lot of ppl think they can't live without AC but we didn't even need it because of the cross breezes throughout the condo. Only downfall was that the kitchen faucet was leaking (we informed management and elected to not have it repaired while we were staying there, but they offered to fix it), and clothes left in the clothes washer, but other than those things, VERY nice place to stay for the price.

Condo on the beach

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It doesn’t get much better than looking out the patio door and seeing sea turtles or the waves crashing on the beach. Except when it’s 95 degrees and you have no ac and you are laying in bed sweating, trying to fall asleep. This place would have been 5 stars if it had ac. I will NEVER stay in Maui without AC again. Good luck to all the visitors behind us and be prepared for a rough nights sleep.
