Il s'agit d'un chalet de plage entièrement rénové, construit à l'origine après l'ouragan de 1900. C'est à trois pâtés de maisons de la plage. Les caractéristiques comprennent une terrasse arrière privée avec cadre tropical et barbecue à gaz, Wi-Fi, Smart TV 32 "avec DVD et Google Chromecast, laveuse / sécheuse, air central et chauffage électrique. 1 BR avec un canapé-lit supplémentaire dans le LR. Il est situé dans le quartier historique de San Jacinto à Galveston et à distance de marche de nombreuses attractions de l'île.

just a little getaway

the cottage was cheerfully decorated and cozy. The bed and couch were comfortable and there was very nice seating for six on an outside patio. It has a great location very near the beach and also convenient for the downtown district. The neighborhood was nice and we always felt safe. There are plenty of nice eateries close by. We will stay there again if it's just the two of us. One or two more people could be manageable but it's best for just two. Host was very responsive and welcoming.

Wonderful Host

Rhonda makes sure you feel at home and goes above and beyond to accommodate. We have stayed at the little beach house twice and both times it’s been a perfect place to spend the weekend. Close to everything and Rhonda has everything you could possibly need for a great beach getaway.

A lovely two months

Rick and Rhonda, were the perfect host and we so enjoyed their cottage. It was close to the beach close to downtown and had a nice neighborhood feel. I could go on and on, but suggest you try it for yourself.!!

Loved our stay

The house was very nice, had everything we needed and was very clean! The location is very convenient and within walking distance to the seawall. Easy to communicate with the owner. We all had a great time. We would stay there again!

Nice place to winter

The house was as pictured. Close to everything and so walkable to beach and many great eating places. The birds kept us company in the back garden, the front porch a great place to read. If you want a sweet home away this is it.

The property owner is friendly, responsive, and willing to make our stay very nice. The property is a wonderful historic house in Galveston just a couple blocks from the beach. We love this experience.

My Husband and I came down to Houston in 2005. We are originally from Kentucky. We fell in love with Galveston many years ago, while visiting. Of course, as soon as we moved to Houston, we made a "bee-line" to Galveston! We first became week-enders; and now live in Galveston!

We became week-enders down from Houston in 2006. We fell in love with this little house for it's 1900 charm. We went into the back yard and saw the beautiful sitting area under the giant oak trees and were SOLD….we have had many wonderful times here, with family and friends! Our Little House is in the quiet San Jacinto neighborhood on the desirable East End of Galveston. We are 3 blocks from the beach, and close to private Paretto Beach.

Large, private outdoor sitting area with OFF-STREET parking. Washer/dryer. Walking distance to restaurants and bars and beach! WE WELCOME SNOW BIRDS. Contact me for off-season rates: December, January, February (Mardi Gras) and March. i have added special rates for September and October for monthly rentals. Please choose at least 31 days to avoid hotel taxes.
