We're so glad you enjoyed your birthday at our beach house! We look forward to welcoming you back soon. Jane

We're so glad you like the position. Being able to walk everywhere is certainly a huge benefit in the busier times of year. We do the same ourselves whenever we are here. Really glad your kids enjoyed the property. We'd love to have you stay with us again.

Thankyou for your kind review. I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay Also just to let you know, we are doing a kitchen make over next month which will make our little beach house even more accommodating Would love to welcome you back one day again in the future Regards Jane

Hi Belinda, Thankyou for staying with us and thankyou your review. If you have time we are alwyas happy to recieve feedback Regards Jane

Dear Joanna, Thank you for your review, we are so glad you enjoyed your stay. We are very sorry about the hot water on your first night, we will have that checked and look forward to welcoming you back again in the future

We are sorry that you felt you had some unsatisfactory issues during your stay. As to the Xbox not working, that is a surprise to us as we know the previous guests used it, and it was working fine. Thankyou for letting us know and we will have it looked at. We always provide plenty of batteries, but for obvious reasons, do not leave them sitting out on benches or shelves next to remotes. However, if you opened the drawer you would have found them. You are welcome to use our Woodburnng fire and and there is plenty of kindling provided, and some wood behind the shed. We are pleased that the local chemist was able to accommodate your needs, hopefully your credit card wasn't declined as it was several times when accomodation fees were tried to be taken out. The house is thoroughly cleaned before and after each stay, and we ourselves were down ther a few days before your stay, and there were no cobwebs or dust to be seen at that time! We did note however, that we were charged excess cleaning fees after your departure. As we tell all our guests, we are only a phone call away if you have any issues or queries

Thankyou for your review, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay

Hi Kate we are so glad you enjoyed your stay We have spoken to the cleaner about the issue you mentioned so it will not happen again, thankyou for bringing it to our attention We look forward to welcoming you back in the future. As I mentioned, winter is a lovely quiet time down there also Have a good week regards Jane

Hi Joanne, Thankyou for taking the time to do a review. Yes we love the location too. So close to everything but far enough away to get away from it all. We did indeed have a few extremely hot days. In the past we have usually found the ceiling fans and air conditioner we have sufficient to keep the place cool. We'l l have to look into it further if we have another extremely hot burst All the best and hope you will stay with us again when next in OZ

Hi Kirsty, So Glad you enjoyed your stay Yes we a re very lucky to be in such a great spot and with in walking distance to the shops and beach. Even more important at busy times! Would love to welcome you back again in the future Best wishes Jane
