Perfect for four, the Cityside corporate apartment is brilliantly located; just across the road from Convention Exhibition Centre and just across the Yarra River from Melbourne CBD. It's securely tucked inside the stylish Rivergarden Condos building, a modern new building with a security entrance, which has brilliant facilities such as a fully enclosed 25m lap pool, tennis court, gardens and a communal BBQ area. Cityside on Whiteman is a two-bedroom apartment: with a king bed and splittable queen bed and extra single foldaway bed if needed. There's also a cot and high chair available for free if you need it. Don't forget to bring linen for the cot. Your Melbourne corporate apartment includes high quality furnishings and appliances, linen, beautiful bath towels, and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities, and a huge LCD TV. Opening windows in the bedrooms and onto the balcony from the living area allow fresh air through all rooms when you want it.



(Note from Owner: whilst Melbourne is our home, we currently live overseas and bought this apartment to enjoy when we often stay in Melbourne. It has been furnished to be comfortable home away from home rather than just a serviced apartment. So it is a really great place to stay, and super comfortable. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony (Melbourne weather permitting) whilst taking in the view of Melbourne city. We also love the trams right out front, so it is so easy to get around. You can wander across the road to the Southbank Promenade with all the great restaurants, a short walk to South Melbourne Market for some delicious food, or take a tram ride into the city or to Port Melbourne to enjoy the beach. It is really a perfect place for to enjoy Melbourne!

Southbank and Southgate Promenade shops, restaurants and cafes; right on the river

Southbank to Port Melbourne, South Melbourne or South Yarra - great for walking, jogging, bike riding or rollerblading. Southbank promenade forms part of the Capital City Bicycle Trail, which circles the Melbourne city centre and some inner eastern and northern suburbs. A popular starting point for the trail is at Princes Bridge near Flinders Street Station. Bikes can be hired near the boathouses east of the bridge.

The Yarra River is a great way to see the city and hear about its history. The river cruises show you and tell you so much about the city.

Great apartment. Chris was amazing to deal with, as was Magy who greeted me upon arrival. Everything I needed was there, bed was extra comfortable, and location was perfect. Homely, clean and neat. Will definitely stay there each time I'm in Melbourne.

Perfect inner city holiday apartment

We loved cityside on Whiteman. The owners have thought of everything to make you comfortable. The little details are very impressive. Board games, tv with streaming services for the odd rainy day / evening wind down. Kitchen and living room really well supplied with everything you need.Two generous sized bedrooms and two bathrooms make this really comfortable. There is a tram stop right outside and you can catch a tram straight to St Kilda beach.

We were very happy with our accommodation . 5 minute walk to convention centre and casino complex if that. Basic grocery store on corner. Comfortable and cozy. Would stay there again if going to conference
