Merci de considérer le condo de notre famille à Myrtle Beach ensoleillé pour votre destination de vacances! Ceci est une unité de coin au premier étage avec parking couvert. Nous espérons que ces vacances deviendront une tradition pour votre famille et vos amis comme elles l'ont été pour tant d'autres.

Certaines commodités comprennent:
-Appareils de cuisine complets (fournitures de nettoyage situées sous l'évier si nécessaire)
- Cafetière Keurig (n'oubliez pas d'apporter vos K-Cups préférées)

Nice condo for a Mom-cation!

Enjoyed our weekend getaway in this condo. It was clean and comfortable. Close to beach and lots of food and entertainment. Would stay again.

Great location!

Great stay at the beach

The facility was spacious, clean, included all needed amenities, and was within walking distance of the North Myrtle Beach beach! Plenty of stores nearby to ensure you're never wasting too much time of your trip completing the mundane tasks. Would definitely recommend!

Great place!

Myself and my girls stay here for Spring Break. It was the perfect location with just a very short walk across the street to the beach. It was so very nice and peaceful. Our condo was very clean and had everything we needed. I would very much like to stay here again in the future!!

Perfect Myrtle Beach Location

This condo was very clean, comfortable and a perfect location! The beach was a 5 minute walk and it was close to the outlet mall, market and all the great golf courses! Since we stayed here in February, the weather was perfect and the whole complex is very peaceful. It was a wonderful stay! Owners are very nice and easy to communicate with. We would love to stay here again!

Very Nice Condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had plenty of room and was a nice, well kept place. Everything was there to be able to cook with when you wanted to stay in. Being there over Christmas, I wasn't sure what would be open to eat at, so being able to cook was great. The owners were very easy to work with, and very prompt to answer any questions or concerns.

Great vacation condo!!!

Nice, clean, and comfortable condo, very nicely decorated. Has a nice little view of the ocean, without the overbearing morning or evening sun, which is hard to find. Located right across the street from the ocean, literally a few minutes walk to the water, has 3 nice big pools, and the biggest hot tub I have ever seen Large comfortable balcony for morning coffee, lunch, dinner, or late night. Great location, a little quieter area, yet close to all services. Nice restaurants close by, as well as convenient little store. 10 minutes to Barefoot Landing or the outlet mall.

Great value!

We loved our stay. Plenty of room for a family of 5. A 3 min walk from the beach, and easy access to two good-size pools on the property. The other guests were fun to hang out with. Parking was really easy. Communication with Kristopher was awesome. Before we arrived, he alerted us about a change in how to enter the property. He even checked in on us when TS Elsa came through with high winds and heavy rain. Will consider again in the future!

Terrible experience

Run down condo with absentee owner. Lights didn't work, bathroom fixtures broken, carpets soiled and stained, walls stained, furniture badly worn and uncomfortable. Contacted VRBO immediately and they couldn't have cared less. HORRIBLE experience!!!!!

I agree on the title of your review, this was not a nice experience from our side either. We proudly have a 4.6 star overall rating. ~The combination of an almost perfect property rating and an international travel company (VRBO) both "not caring" tells me something is wrong with the renter. Not one rating below 4 stars, including the guest that checked out prior to your stay, but you leave a 1 star and bad review, something does not add up... ~As soon as you contacted us with these "problems" we immediately offered a FULL refund if you checked out the next morning. ~Absentee owner is simply not true, we reacted to your issues immediately and tried to remedy the situation. ~Lights did not work? The ceiling lights are on a wall switch, I am sure you figured this out after you told us about the "issue" and we let you know they were wired to a wall switch. ~Carpet stained? There are hard floors throughout, except in bedrooms where carpet is less than a year old. ~Walls stained? This is a new complaint, walls were painted in May 2021. ~Furniture uncomfortable ? Come on. Lastly, you stayed the entire week, how bad was it? Appears to me you wanted to stay for free now that you disputed your charge with VRBO. Owners beware, do not rent to this family.

One of the few condos on the property that has an ocean view and also overlooks the pool. Short walk to the beach. Ample parking space available underneath unit. Perfect for daughters first visit to the beach.

This is our third time staying in this complex and second in this condo. The condo is a great location and a few minutes walk to the beach. Several updates have been made to the condo and it is a clean, safe place to stay. Owners respond immediately via text and are very friendly!

Great Location

My family and I loved staying at this property. The walk to the beach was just a few minutes away and had a restaurant within walking distance as well. The property was clean and was just what we needed in between being at the beach and site seeing.

Ship Watch Condos

Tremendous value! Condo offers pretty much anything you need. Balcony faces SE so morning sun greets you and catching some rays with your morning beverage is nice. Ocean view small but a premium and nice. Also, one of the many complex pools is directly in front of the condo with the hot tub, very large is nearby. Outside barbecue area very close as well. The Arcadian shores area is active offering eating, drinking and stores close by. The owners of the condo are very nice and great communicators. Immediate feedback if needed. In summary, we would rent again. Nice find and worth the cost.

Perfectly located, well maintained property!

We could not of been happier with this condo property. The location was perfect for our vacation. It’s was centrally located for all the interests and attractions that we wanted to see.(boardwalk, barefoot landing, mini golf, Ripley’s, etc. Best of all it was maybe a couple hundred yards from the beach. It’s in a quieter section of Myrtle(more condo’s / less high rises) which allowed for a really relaxing week away from the big crowds. There’s even a couple little stores around the corner to pick up supplies, souvenirs, drinks, etc. The property itself was very clean and well maintained. The pools(3) were cleaned every morning. Our unit was on the 1st floor(less stairs) and the balcony gave us a great view of the pool area and part of the ocean. Now for the actual condo. In a word, AWESOME! Plenty of space for our family of five with all the amenities and luxuries of home. It was very well furnished and had plenty of utensils and kitchen supplies. Our unit was very clean and well maintained and the owner was awesome to work with. The communication with him leading up to the trip was great as well as letting us check in early and rent an additional night at the end of our week left us with no doubt we will be back as repeat renters.

Nice place and Great Location

Great location just across the street from the beach. Store and local bar (Flip-flops) are located within a few hundred feet of the unit. We highly recommend Flip-flops for the cold beer and fried pickles. Pools on the property are wonderful as well. The unit was nice, spacious, bathrooms were fairly recently remodeled, which was great. Don’t think your cleaning service is doing a good job since there was a sock on the living room floor, one in the washer, and clothes in a dresser drawer when we arrived. There were food stains on a wall, kitchen cabinet, in a couple of drawers, and in the freezer, which we cleaned up. Also, dresser drawer and blinds in the front bedroom are broken. Good thorough cleaning and some minor repairs would get 5 stars.
