La maison

Fraîchement peint à l'intérieur. Nouveaux appareils, y compris four, plaque chauffante, machine à laver, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle et canapé en cuir.

Le rez-de-chaussée comprend une cuisine ouverte, une salle à manger et un salon avec télévision numérique à écran plat / DVD / USB, station d'accueil pour iPod / iPhone, une cheminée à bois et le chauffage par cycle inversé et la climatisation. Cela s'étend sur un pont face au nord et une douche extérieure chaude / froide.

En outre, il y a un deuxième salon (pour les enfants) avec une télévision / lecteur de DVD, Lego, des puzzles, des jeux et une gamme de DVD pour enfants et adultes.

Il y a une blanchisserie de style européen avec une machine à laver.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec une table de cuisson et un four électriques, un lave-vaisselle, un réfrigérateur, un four micro-ondes, de la vaisselle, des couverts, du verre et des casseroles neuves.

À l'étage, il y a 2 chambres avec des lits queen et des peignoirs. Une troisième chambre se compose de 2 lits doubles superposés et de peignoirs.

La maison est à moins de 2 minutes à pied des plages avant et arrière de Pt Roadkinght. Des promenades spectaculaires sont disponibles à la fois. La plage avant offre une promenade pittoresque au sommet d'une falaise avec une vue magnifique sur la côte et la zone d'Anglesea. La plage arrière offre des kilomètres de plage à parcourir jusqu'à la falaise d'Urquart avec une vue sur la côte et jusqu'à l'anse d'Airey.

Excellent

This was our second stay at Rock Break. We absolutely love it and feel so relaxed the minute we walk in. The deck out back is lovely and private. The location is fantastic - only a couple of minutes walk down a shady lane way to the kiosk and beach. There is a seperate toilet and small bathroom upstairs but as others have said the outdoor shower is so good we hardly used the bathroom. The house was really clean and well appointed and Catherine was lovely to deal with. We’ll be back

Relaxing Beach break

Our family enjoyed the stay in the relaxing and well set up and very spacious beach house. Being only a short stroll from two beaches, we spent a lot of time on the beach despite the cooler weather, and even had a couple of swims in the still very fresh ocean when the sun was out. The outdoor shower was great coming home. The kids loved the fire place in the evening, the kids play room and the whole family enjoyed the DVD collection for some down time. We would definitely like to come back.

Sand sea and relaxation

This property is in a perfect location with room for two families or a larger group. The house is well maintained and has a relaxed vibe with a private outdoor area with large bbq and eating area. The kitchen is well equipped so you can cook up a storm if you like or go out to any of the nearby restaurants. We highly recommend whether it is just two of you or a few more.

Ocean at the doorstep

This house is a perfect beach holiday spot. Everything you need an just a short walk to the beach. Very quiet and enough beds if you have a few people staying. Great outdoor area. Be aware only one bathroom and toilet but no issue really! I enjoyed an ocean swim each morning and a fabulous hot outdoor shower

Perfect Getaway

Great location, close to the beach and the outdoor hot shower is the cherry on the top! Accomodation was just perfect for the family and had everything we needed. Catherine is a great host, simple and clear instruction, very informative and responds very quickly. This was our second trip, will be back again this year.

Fantastic location, lovely hosts

Thanks to Catherine we had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very clean with a really well equipped kitchen and games room. The beach is incredibly close and the property well maintained. We look forward to coming back soon!

‘Rock Break’

Our family had a very relaxed and enjoyable stay at ‘Rock Break’. It is a lovely modern, open space, light and airy beach home within a short walk of Point Roadknight beach which meant we didn’t have to get in the car at all during our stay. It was very clean and had all the facilities a family needs for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday, including a fully equipped kitchen, barbecue and outdoor eating area. Catherine was extremely prompt in replying to any queries and always easy going and friendly. We would love to stay there again next year for our pre-Christmas holiday.

Fantastic location!

We loved our time at Rock Break. The location is perfect - a very short walk to the kiosk (great food and coffee) and the beach. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. We loved the outdoor deck and hot shower! Our host Catherine was great. Thanks Catherine, we’ll be back 😊

Fantastic location

We had an amazing time during our stay, Rock Break was perfect for our needs as we had two young families. The accommodation was fantastic and proximity to the beach made the numerous trips with kids and beach toys in tow simple and quick. The outdoor shower also meant we could keep the sand outside where it belongs! The owner was also easy to contact and very helpful. Many thanks, we will definitely be back.

Perfect family getaway!

My family and I would like to say a big thank you for our wonderful stay at Rock Break! It was very hard to leave today! The house was comfortable, clean, spacious and so close to the beach. The outside shower is an absolute bonus after a day at the beach. We had such a great time that we are already planning our next stay, hopefully early next year. Thank you also for your thorough correspondence leading up to our stay, it was much appreciated.

Wonderful location!

This was a great place to stay for two families. The house met our needs and it was very good value for money. The short distance to the beach is fantastic and I hope to go again in Summer just to use the outdoor heated shower. The owner was very good to deal with. Thanks!

Just what I wanted.

So nice to walk into a really clean and tidy house. We loved sitting outside on the deck, in amongst the tea trees. Only a 2 minute walk to an incredibly beautiful beach. Very safe swimming and the kids enjoyed walking out to the point at low tide to explore the rock pools and go snorkelling. Loved the outside hot shower too, nothing better after the beach. Will definitely be back as soon as I get a chance. Thankyou for your help with all my questions.

Great family get away

Lovely house in fabulous location!

Have just returned from our second long weekend at Rock Break in 2014. This is such a great house - light, bright, well equipped and in the best location. It really is a VERY short walk to the beach down a quite little walkway. And the large deck in a bush setting is a huge bonus - a lovely place to sit, eat, read and chat. This time we also really enjoyed the log fire. We will be back!

Wonderful, relaxing stay!

We chose this property to accommodate our mothers and some of their friends for a break after our wedding in November! We just wanted to relax and this lovely, quiet spot was perfect. The house was well appointed and comfortable, with a good set up for larger groups. We were able to walk to the beach within a few short minutes and took full advantage of this! Catherine, the owner, was friendly, helpful and efficient organising the booking. The ladies had a wonderful time and we would definitely book Rock Break again!

A great home to stay with a young family. The children's play area means the living area is not over

A great home to stay with a young family. The children's play area means the living area is not over run with kids and their toys and provides space for Mum and Dad to sit and relax! The bathroom is a squeeze, but the outdoor shower makes arriving home with most of the sand from the beach easy to deal with!

We had an awesome time. The house had absolutely everything we could have wanted and the light filled lounge was great. When the weather turned, the wood heater was sensational. The walk over the point and along the exposed back beach was a real highlight.We will certainly stay there again!!
