Nous pensons qu'une fois que vous avez décidé de visiter notre belle île comme destination de vacances, ceux qui recherchent une location luxueuse, propre et aménagée, voudront choisir "The Perfect Shell" pour leur retour à la maison!

Une fois que vous êtes installés, vous pouvez chercher cette "coquille parfaite" sur nos magnifiques plages où l’île de North Captiva offre une incroyable abondance et une grande variété de coquillages avec des gens qui voyagent de partout dans le monde, attirés par nos coquillages.

Notre belle piscine avec ses 2 chambres à coucher ouvertes, carrelées - à un étage, grandes télévisions à écran plat, lits excellents, grande véranda, grand patio couvert, belle cour et notre NOUVEAU surdimensionné - style lagon - chauffé à l’eau salée Piscine avec beaucoup de sièges, est certain de vous séduire! L'ameublement intérieur et extérieur PLUS de nos maisons est TOUT neuf ou très récemment acheté neuf!

Nous sommes situés sur un terrain très sec et très sec dans le quartier des dunes, offrant un grand terrain et une grande piscine permettant de nombreuses activités. Nous sommes à environ 30 secondes en voiture de golf ou en marchant directement dans la rue qui vous mènera à l’une des plus grandes et des plus grandes plages de sable à sucre de l’île!

Nous préférons réserver du samedi au samedi - 7 nuits minimum - sauf si nous avons une disponibilité de dernière minute. Nous nous félicitons de vos demandes de renseignements concernant les dates et de vos questions afin que vous puissiez faire votre choix de vacances idéal! This was our second time staying at Perfect Shell. It was just as amazing this time as it was our first time. Had everything we needed, the weather was perfect, the gulf was calm and crystal-clear water. We plan to rent this home again when we return to the island. The host and staff are wonderful!!

We really enjoyed staying in the Perfect Shell for two weeks. Everything was comfortable in the house. The pool was super nice. Loved walking along the beach shelling. All questions were answered and there were no problems. If in North Captiva again we will definitely stay here!

We loved this stay! Great home just down from the beach so it perfect to get your steps in or just jump in the golf cart. Home was clean, well stocked with everything you need to cook, spices, extra blankets/pillows, toiletries, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Pool was a great feature as we used it every day. Shelling was good and beaches were not crowded at all! Information provided by the host was great especially since it was our first time on the island. It covered everything. Concierge service was great and very helpful with introducing us to the island, transporting our luggage and grocery delivery. (Little pricy but worth it) Restaurants/bars were great options on days we didn’t want to cook. We highly recommend this place for a quiet, lazy, romantic and remote get away!

The Perfect Shell was exceptional. It felt like home away from home! We enjoyed the pool, screened in porch, comfy couch, and comfortable beds. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals and the coffee bar was an added perk. We were close enough to the beach to walk easily, but we also enjoyed using the golf cart to explore the island. We will definitely be returning!

Amy and Ken have clearly put a lot of effort and time into this property. The house was very well stocked, there was nothing additional we needed. If you’re going to stay on this island you need to take advantage of Lori and Tortuga concierge services. It makes your life that much easier. The new pool was absolutely glorious so we split her a time from the beach and the pool and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect vacation. Thank you again and we look forward to seeing you next year.
If you see a deep hole on the beach, don’t get too close. You might see a ghost, sand crab, pretty creative.

We were extremely happy with our stay at the Perfect Shell. Check-in was very simple and clear. You are provided a personal concierge upon arrival to the island and upon departure. They handled loading and unloading our luggage completely. The house felt rather spacious and had any amenity you could desire - plenty of beach and bath towels, toiletries in case you'd forgotten any, games, pool and beach toys, and much more. I wasn't sure what to expect as far as the size of the pool, but it was larger in person than it appears in the pictures on the listing. We spent many hours floating on pool noodles soaking up the sun. The yard and house are also quite private. We were technically visiting during the off season, so that may have had an affect on our experience, but the beaches were mostly uninhabited. We thoroughly enjoyed our private strolls on the beach and wading in the ocean. The house is located very near what is, in my opinion, the nicest stretch of beach.I would recommend visiting the Perfect Shell if you get the opportunity. A great experience for a great price!

This house is appropriately named as it is perfect. From location, communication, cleanliness, amenities provided, house layout, decor, pool there’s not one thing I would change. Awesome family friendly stay at North Captiva

We had the best time here. The island is super cute and this rental was one of the best ones we've stayed at. It was super clean and decorated very well. I would totally come again.

Beautiful luxury beach house!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Perfect Shell! This home had everything we needed and more with very comfortable beds and cozy, high end furniture and decor along with easy access to the beach and a beautiful pool area. We highly recommend The Perfect Shell, it was by far the best property we’ve ever rented on North Captiva!

Island Getaway

This was our second stay at The Perfect Shell and it was every bit as delightful as the first. The house is extremely comfortable and supplied with everything one would need which makes it feel like a home away from home. We definitely hope to return there for future stays on North Captiva.
